“I wondered if you’d write something on how you spend your days these days with so much let go of now. For instance, what percentage of the day are you focused in the spiritual? Do you have any spiritual processes like some form of meditation of ‘sitting’? Do you connect to Higher Self etc. intentionally? Do you do any active creating, imagining futures, or just respond to what turns up?

Any things you observe others are still doing that you perceive they’d be better letting go of now?

I received this email question last month and can finally reply to it. Thanks for it LT. <3 I told LT I would reply to her questions in a HHL post because I felt it might help more people if I did so instead of replying to her privately.

This is another post article that is not a ONE SIZE FITS ALL answer. I’m an ascension Volunteer (I did not create that term) which means when the great call went out across the cosmos for volunteers to help with the approaching Universal Ascension Process, I was one of many that raised my non-physical hand and said, “We’ll go,” meaning all aspects of ME existing in a realm of Light offered ourselves to this important endeavor. Because of this, my replies to LT’s questions will come from an incarnate ascension Volunteer, an elder Volunteer at that, so keep that in heartmind while reading this.

What percentage of the day am I focused in the spiritual?

Short answer is, I am spiritual, meaning it’s my constant state of being. There is no more Separation for me between “heaven and earth”, between the Divine and the physical, between the daily mundane and the eternal spiritual, between physical Denise and Higher Self and Soul.

I intentionally incarnated with much less pre-ascension Separation gap in myself. I insisted on this prior to incarnating as Denise in this life of ascension, even though it meant I’d experience more pains, attacks, difficulties and misunderstandings because of it. That choice saved me precious time in this life so I could, from the very start of my online writing about the current evolutionary Ascension Process, share more in my writings in the hope of helping other Volunteers more quickly consciously remember why they’re incarnate now and why they’ve felt what they have since 1998—2000.

Another aspect of this that’s automatically caused by the ascension Embodiment Process is the option that’s currently available to everyone alive now. Embodiment of one’s Soul and Higher Self/Selves with one’s current physical incarnate self, body, consciousness and being. In other words, it’s a big aspect of our current evolutionary ascension of integrating, unifying and Embodying those higher frequency aspects of YOU with physical incarnate you. Separation time, consciousness and reality is over. We’ve been ascension Working very hard in multiple ways to integrate and merge with our other aspects to the extent that we vibrationally transcend lower Duality frequency and enter higher Triality frequency.

I am no longer in a vibrational state, frequency, level of consciousness and personal being of Separation with the other parts and aspects of Me and ME. I’ve integrated and merged physical me with Higher Self Me with Soul ME. I’m not saying I’ve reached the completion point of this process because I know I haven’t. I have however gone far enough in this Embodiment Process to know I have changed a lot and am continuing to change. Reaching this level means one is, Knowingly, a spiritual being all the time no matter what one is or isn’t doing. This is the start of us becoming NEW Humans that exist in this new Great Cycle in Triality.

What spiritual processes like meditation or ‘sitting’ do I do?

For many years now I’ve spent more and more time each day and night in what LT has called “sitting”. I’ve never done formal meditation, but I’m in a sort of meditative state much of the time. I’ve spent hours every day for many years “sitting” and intentionally opening, being receptive, aware with Higher Awareness, in a state of nonlinearity, and continually expanding my HighHeart and its capacity to receive higher Light and LOVE (Source creativity). I “do” a lot by “not doing” much of anything, or so it would appear to the unaware. I do a lot of ascension Work while “sitting” for hours and seemingly doing nothing.

The more you integrate with your other higher frequency aspects, the more NEW Human you become. This Work isn’t done in the head, it isn’t an external ritual, physical props of any type are not needed or required, and I don’t go to anyone else to help me or direct me with this evolutionary Work. I just sit my physical butt down in the quiet and privacy of my home and intentionally, from my HighHeart, Embody more in my physical Denise self, body, life and reality. There’s the magic formula people.

Access to greater Source and everything else is done from WITHIN each of us Individually. This evolutionary CHANGEOVER out of Duality frequency up into Triality frequency requires humanity to make this evolutionary internal shift within themselves.

Do you do any active creating or imagining futures?

I spend some time nearly daily in what I’ve called Conscious Creating. To me, intentional Conscious Creating includes doing some Conscious UN-Creating too. There’s what I personally want, there’s what I want for NEW Humans, and there’s what I deliberately and with great personal gusto and oomph energetically Work to quickly and permanently remove from ascending NEW Earth. Things like religious and war-based holidays. Things like human greed, heartless anti-human humans having power over anyone or anything. Disempowered and unaware states in humanity. The global patriarchy and their current and worsening anti-human actions done to humans, females, Earth and more.

My Conscious Creating contains both NEW higher creations and fast-tracked removals of patriarchal negativity and actions. It’s happening nonetheless, but because I’ve lived for more decades in the profound negativity as a more integrated and consciously aware Individual from birth, I’m spending some time and focus on the removal process as a type of personal healing and all-around satisfaction. If you knew my personal backstory, which no one does fully, you’d understand what I just said and why.

Things others are still doing that they’d be better off letting go of now?

The energy Stairsteps still exist and as each person grows, learns, discovers, and changes when each is honestly capable of doing so within themselves.

The main thing is the continued addiction to, belief in, habitual reaction of people continuing to disempower themselves through believing they need an EXTERNAL person and/or group to fulfill or uplift them, fix them, heal them, teach them, clear their lower issues, wounds etc. As long as one continues looking outside of themselves for help, aid, repairs, direction, waiting on some new group of incarnating “savior” souls to do things for you that you should be doing for yourself, one is still wallowing in lower Duality frequency, consciousness and personal disempowerment. Put down your habitual focus and reliance on an external other or others as the source because that has expired and go INTERNALLY to your Divine Inner Source.

Another thing that many people continue doing is a slight variation of what I just said. They still believe they need to Help Others by removing negativity from them, from areas of land, from buildings and so on. Again, this is more externalized focus by someone when what’s truly needed is each Individual continuing to Work on themselves. The most pure, honest and quickest way to truly help others is to Work on yourself. Get yourself where you need to be energetically, frequency-wise, and vibrationally because that not only helps everyone and everything everywhere, but it quickens the Ascension Process as well. No pressure. Just put down the expired Piscean Age gear and get with the NEW program.

“Things are pretty intense here – the energies are relentless. I’m so sleepy and have this sense of having no idea where I am, what I’m doing or what matters very frequently these days. I’ve also noticed that I’ve just stopped caring about my old work. I don’t even know what matters anymore anyway! But I’ve noticed old colleagues still doing what they used to and striving to get somewhere. I’m guessing that’s just us all evolving at different rates and that at some point they will go through a similar thing? I must admit I thought I had a degree of comfort with the unknown, but this is truly next level and I’m not finding it easy!”

Yes, it’s those numerous different evolutionary energy Stairsteps that different people are on. The lengthy, winding ascension parade of evolving humanity.

Because there’s been another recent big jump forward/upward in the Universal Ascension Process many of us have, once again, HAD to move ahead and out of range either temporarily or permanently from certain other people; people we love, people we like, people we very much hope will come along with us in these current lives. How long that gap in the Stairsteps lasts is up to those individuals coming up behind us. For the time being, we HAVE to move ahead just like we’ve done numerous times since 1998, 1999, 2000. Many will catch up, some won’t in these lives but that is not our business, focus, responsibility or burden. Lay the energy track, pave the energy road, show the way, anchor the NEW Light energies and embody Forerunners, but keep moving forward/upward no matter who falls off your personal radar temporarily or permanently. Internal focus remember? Another’s Soul choices and timing is NOT your business, focus or responsibility. Embodying and laying the energetic pathway to the NEW for everyone is. And that is done internally in and through you and your physical body First Everythingers and Forerunners.

I told John in my reply email that it often feels to me like floating in nothingness. I must say however that much of that is what Divine Mother Feminine NEW Triality simply feels like, and mass humanity is completely unfamiliar with IT/HER! It is fluid, vast, malleable, free, unrestricted, and in weak moments can feel a bit intimidating. Other times it’s Divine, it’s blissful, peaceful, and more beautiful in its as yet unexpressed, unformed Divine Creativity—aka LOVE—than linear words can describe. But IT is Divine Mother Feminine from the higher frequency of Triality and the NEW, and this has only just gotten started for ascending NEW Humans.

Another aspect of many people feeling an increasing and continuous sense of disconnect, disinterest, disrespect, intolerability and unrelatability from the past and all that went with it is caused by our having ascended to the NEW Triality frequency energy template and codes and this tremendous return of the Divine Mother Feminine or Divine Mother God.

Again, those of us who embody (the NEW Light energies) and Embody (Soul) these NEW higher Light energies, templates, energy patterns, codes and DNA additions first, experience, feel and live within them sooner than other people. Sometimes by months, sometimes by years, sometimes by lifetimes. The greater the Triality frequencies you’ve embodied, the less this fact affects you emotionally. Triality frequency means transcended ego-based emotions, which means you’re increasingly neutral about things emotionally because you consciously Know more about a lot of things and none of it runs through your old ego. It runs through your HighHeart and Higher Awareness.

Don’t hate me Dudes for this next part.

I’ve long Known that this profound evolutionary shift change out of thousands of years of planetary patriarchal rule, consciousness and reality would, for the most part, be more difficult for most human males. It’s no great stretch to figure this obvious one out. So, with Divine Mother Feminine now very much front and center in ascending NEW Humans and NEW Earth, some males are or will have some difficulties with what John mentioned.

Regardless of sex, we all are deeply ingrained with existence in a very tight, restricted, narrow band of frequency, consciousness, and reality of the pre-ascension past. That world and frequency was Separated, Dualized, highly limited, ridged, isolated, and totally controlled which meant our daily lives were similar to plow animals! We were tightly harnessed in and followed the narrow, well-worn furrowed tract in the dirt and worked and lived our entire lives in that limited frequency. And some benefited greatly because of this.

But now we’re having to learn to exist outside that old dense frequency and furrowed tract in the dirt we plowed day in and day out. The greater our NEW evolutionary freedom, the more we’re all having to adapt to the new-to-us expanse of space, life, freedom from linear time, choices, creativity, and greatly expanded possibilities. And like I said, sometimes all that NEW freedom, space and openness can temporarily cause one to feel small and aimlessly free-floating in the vast Greatness. Get used to it males and females, it is Triality, and it is Divine Mother Feminine, and it is the early stages of becoming a NEW Human. I said over a decade ago that our playground was getting much larger and we were going to have to adapt to that. We’re there now, and this will continue expanding due to our ongoing expansion, so learn to be comfortable in pockets and periods of profound open space where seeming nothingness exists. Trust the times you experience voids, vastness, and float for moments, minutes, hours or days in what to you seems and feels like way too much unstructured nothingness. Remember that you can “do” amazing things by “doing nothing” but being, feeling, perceiving, sensing, and floating in an intentional wide-open state internally inside yourself. This is us learning and embodying Triality frequency, Divine Mother God Feminine presence, reality, life and creativity.

As I mentioned earlier, we’ve recently gone through another big forward/upward shift in the Ascension Process. As is usually the case when this happens, we experience an abrupt change in our personal relationships. Certain people exit our lives and vice versa, and certain other people sometimes enter it and vice versa. Do not take any of this personally anyone, it’s simply an aspect of the ongoing Ascension Process and our lives in it.

Another common aspect of these types of extra big forward/upward energy and reality shifts are the physical symptoms it causes many of us. These symptoms are not set in stone so don’t worry if you haven’t been going through them lately.

♦ Return of Hot Flashes — For females and males of all ages. It takes a tremendous amount of energy to transmute and transcend and that causes great inner heat. Inner heat in our physical bodies and in Earth too.

♦ Compression sensations — When the energies ratchet up yet again, that, like the great inner bodily hot flashes heat, causes a sensation of being squeezed, compressed, pressurized externally from every direction. When I experience this, it’s felt all over my body but much more strongly in certain joints and knuckles, vertebrae, bones, temples, jaw and skull.

We often feel these very big energy increases as bodily compressions, pressures, heaviness, density (isn’t that interesting!? More Light first feels like denseness to us!), and physical weakness and deep exhaustion. Over hours, days or weeks however, we adjust and adapt to the latest embodied NEW Light energies and these sensations reduce until they’re completely gone. They didn’t leave, we simply acclimated to having embodied greater, higher frequency Light energies.

♦ Physically seeing/Clairvoyantly Seeing strange objects — I received another email this month from DS with a question about an unusual crystalline-like pulsating pattern she had seen recently, which she’d drawn and included in her email.

I’ve been using certain triangular (Triality) shaped images in some of my articles for well over a decade now. Also, remember what the glyph for Aquarius looks like.

More people are seeing/Seeing these NEW Triality template patterns and codes for ascending NEW Humans and NEW Earth. They keep changing because more additional layers of them continue being added to this NEW foundational Triality energy mix. It used to be once a year I’d See the latest NEW Triality frequency template pattern and/or code. That’s increased each year since 2019, and now I See NEW ones every three months or so. NEW Human, NEW Earth energy and frequency building blocks.

Seeing one or more of them is not only beautiful and inspiring, but how they’re seen and Seen is different and you need to be aware of that. I see them with my eyes open and closed. I see them when I blink. I see them from what looks to me like they’re in one eye or both my eyes and also when they appear to be a foot or two away from me. This seeming difference in perspective is because I have—as you also have—these NEW Triality energy template patterns and codes internally in us, our NEW Human DNA, and also externally in the world we exist in, ascending NEW Earth.

This latest big ascension uplift shift has more individuals seeing/Seeing some of these NEW Triality codes and template patterns. More will come and they’ll be different shapes, colors and patterns than the ones you’ve already been seeing/Seeing. Discern and feel into them.

♦ Knowing you exist as a NEW Human on ascending NEW Earth now — This symptom is a big one we’re having to or soon will have to consistently deal with. You know when it happens, when you feel it, that unique sensation of being a NEW species on a dramatically evolving planet within a vastly higher frequency and set of energetic laws. You feel like you’re in your own world, doing your own thing, heading your own way into the NEW. What’s going on around you doesn’t matter all that much because you know the chaos and collapse of the lower dense past is the dust field behind your ascending Pathpaving trail. You live but not with the others, not yet, not for a good while yet. It isn’t time yet because the NEW Earth isn’t yet fleshed out enough for full occupancy. It soon will be but not yet. Stairsteps are needed for safety, stability, and sanity. This is the building and foundation laying phase, and your current Volunteer job is to do your part in that from and through your physical body and incarnate self/Self/Soul Source SELF.

It’s not only okay to release the past, release your past, your habits and old favorites but it is necessary. We’re being stripped down to the bare crystalline clear NEW foundational basics, and as is always the case, we’re doing this first. Mourning is allowed, confusion is allowed, feeling alone is allowed, feeling nothing is allowed, feeling too much is allowed. It’s no small step you’ve been taking all along, and it’s no small one you’re currently taking either! Allow yourself the time, privacy, aloneness, quiet, uniqueness and changes that are musts at this time and place in the ongoing evolutionary Ascension Process. More is being done and changed and quickly now than it currently seems. That takes a toll on physical bodies, Central Nervous Systems, human psyches, and one’s overall sense of self/Self/SELF. Float in the vast nothingness of Divine Mother God Feminine and feel IT/HER and ALL and don’t even attempt to use your old lowly left-brain to intellectualize what you’re experiencing as a higher NEW being. Just be in whatever NEW you find yourself in from moment to moment. Feel it from your HighHeart because that is capable of comprehending what you’re experiencing and much more.

As always, more to come so rest and self-care, sleep and sleep some more when you or your body needs to “reboot” what you’ve recently embodied. As I told John, I don’t even care anymore if I sleep my way to NEW Human, NEW Earth existence. Sleeping more now is needed and important in helping us cope with and survive the tremendous, compressed evolution we’re constantly going through now.
