Wow! I just found this QandA section and I am grateful to read through it and add a question if I may? It is similar to the question Thelma asked and Barbara too. But it has to do with my husband who is also a lightworker/starseed. We both (my husband and I) are very conscious of the Dark energies which “hang out” around us and our very light filled home and land around. We also have observed that they seem to be particularly attracted to my husband and always have, but it took a LONG time for us to really get what they were. We have been together for 12 years in this life and after the conception and birth of our son the energies have been more and more intense. They seem to channel through my husband and then into our son(well he just gets mean and says that the “yucky” energy is making him do it) or I after! I am not sure if “channel” is the right word, but it is so dark and filled with every confused thought and idea that “they” are us at the time. It is such a nightmare! We all recover from it in no more than a day and realize that it was totally NOT us, but it is depleting and it really throws us off track of our humble plans and such. I and my son can immediately feel them lurking around us and can recognize them in my husband’s eyes. He literally gets a dark aura and we ask him about it and although he knows about them and knows they try to do this, he will often totally forget at the time much to our horror and he walks about in a stupor and they just come through. Now this happens fast and has speeded up over the years so that it usually catches me off guard. It usually happens when there is something really beautiful happening in our lives and they come to destroy it.
Now after all that I will ask my question!
I sometimes wonder if I should leave my husband because it is so intense. We have tried everything to evade these beings and they have followed us everywhere and have increased their persistance much more over the last year! My husband and I really love each other and nothing about this plan feels it is from our heart, but it is so scary and intense. I also do not want to move, because this home and land is so peaceful and light filled, but I have the sense that I would have to leave with my son and the little one I am carrying inside too in order to fully get away from them. What to do? I also thought that this would get easier, but it seems to be getter harder and I am afraid it is keeping me from being or doing what I came here to do. I really am not afraid of those dark energies, but when they come from someone I love it is VERY different and really crazy making. I hope this makes sense! I’m glad your own noisy neighbors have been silenced – it gives me hope!
Part of your response really resonated with me: “Many of us… HAVE to hunker down where we currently live to transmute that particular area’s energies plus anchor the new Timeline”. The next-door neighbors do not personally disturb me, it’s more like I hear them in the distance as I live in wonderful harmony with the other occupants of my building.
My sense is that I need to become more nonjudgmental and detached and simply see the discordant energies as a difference in vibration WHILE remaining centered in peace, harmony and love. This encourages me to expand from my heart center and let Light energies flow through me to my surroundings.
On August 18th just past, I had a dream in which I dissolved into pure consciousness. It was like my ego self split off from me and I merged into a wave of pure bliss. My dreams often prepare me for things and in this case, I seem headed for a shift in consciousness. FINALLY! :-)
Denise, thanks for providing this forum and taking the time to answer questions as well as giving us your perspective on global changes. So needed at this time! By the way, I ordered A Lightworker’s Mission through Amazon and should receive it by end October. Am looking forward to reading more about your own experiences and learning more about my “mission.”
Most of my “mission” I only see in hindsight. For 31 years I worked in large corporations, mostly in Human Resources where I dealt with many people. Later I realized that as a Lightworker I helped to bring light into a dark, controlled environment of money, power and prestige. After I left my job, I felt compelled to coach people to increase their self-love and self-acceptance and gave numerous motivational workshops to encourage them to go after their dreams. All this before I even READ about Ascension!
It’s reassuring to know that there was some purpose to my life, after all.

Denise, as this may relate to my experience with “noisy neighbors” I wonder what your interpretation would be of the dream I had last night?
I am walking into a country house with a friend – it’s an old house that no one has lived in for years and is in disrepair. The walls have been torn down inside and the foundation is crumbling! It is held up with big wooden poles that have disintegrated. I stop my friend from going on the balcony because it’s dangerous.
THEN I walk into the forest behind the house (it’s built on a mountainside) and it’s an absolutely magical place! The plants and trees seem alive and are gorgeous. I love it there!
I think this may have to do with where my consciousness is moving – perhaps from 3D to 5D? What do you think/sense?

Denise, many thanks for your thoughtful answer about my noisy, lower-vibrating neighbors. (I will be interested in reading about your own experience, too, through your book.)
Certainly this enables me to “see, feel and intimately know the two very different levels of energy, reality and consciousness” (response # 1). I realize that these people have every right to be on the planet doing what they do, I just don’t match their vibration.
This actually makes it easier for me to raise my vibration and move into 5D. I so clearly don’t belong here anymore!
About your response # 2, that it may be time to MOVE to a new location, I share Barbara’s confusion (her message of 29 September). If we are indeed ascending in the near term to be in a dimension of “like” energies, WHY would we need to physically move in 3-D AT THIS POINT?
I’d rather leave this dimension altogether! I really feel I belong on the new earth as that is what I am vibrating. Your clarification would be greatly appreciated…
About your point # 3, I have also been frustrated by those who don’t believe the Dark exists or who believe it’s a natural part of our psyche. I have personally encountered Dark entities, one of whom held me in a hypnotic trance and tried to possess my body. (Within a short space of time, all kinds of friends called or showed up to get me out of danger… and I freed myself.) I will ask for and visualize more Light around me and where I live.
I also plan to purchase A Lightworker’s Mission as you suggest and will consult my Higher Self about these happenings in my life.
Thanks so much for allowing us to express our concerns in this forum and for helping us to open to different possibilities through your answers.

I have struggled with this question myself over the years because I still want to move to and live in the forest away from other people. I also realize that I have a number of options that will present themselves to me and many of you reading this, and we’ll each make the choices we want at that time. Until then however, if you currently live in a place that’s so miserable, so negative, dangerous or whatever, then honestly discern if physically moving now will make you feel better. If so then move; if not so much and you sense there’s some lesson in the misery of your current situation (with possessed neighbors or whatever it may be) then stay where you are now and discover whatever it is that you’re supposed to now. It may be about taking more power, more responsibility, or practicing with Conscious Creating, or mastering ignoring the monsters trying to cause you pain and distract your High Heart focus etc. I’ve struggled with that one off and on over the years and its only been over the past maybe five months that the noisy, negative neighbors around me have finally been silenced by THE LIGHT. Take that! :lol:
Seriously, many of us Starseed Prototypers HAVE to hunker down where we currently live to transmute that particular areas energies plus anchor the new Timeline…the Separation of Worlds. I sense that the moment we’ve completed this Mission Work we’ll be free to go anywhere we want very quickly and easily…and I certainly intend to get outta Dodge asap! ;)

Pepe, What works for me is double crossing my legs,and crossing my arm, with palms down on upper chest,..Even better grounding of these energies achieved by sitting on a solid wooden or cane chair with your feet resting instead on a good hunk of obsidian. Great for vibrating legs and feet. Wobbled my way to my bedside and grabbed a 30 lb hunk of snowflake obsidian. A good friend and helper direct from Mt.Lassen..Talk about a Powerful Ally.
So Right now for me, taking a few moments this calms that panic flutter of anxiety. And I feel my body breathing deeply,,and the pain is at a distance..More like a pressure instead of a massive crushing weight ..I feel like a balloon with a backpack on as my body tends to bob and weave..Not great, but better..
Just went out and tried one my favorites for full body pain..leaning into a tree..First was weird as the tree leaned back away from me,,and gravity weakness (is this what you mean,,Denise?) yanked my unsupported neck and head back at an angle to the tree trunk..not comfortable enough..So I
Tried a straight tree,,relief for all except a fist between the blades. Next and finally, I find the perfectly slanted tree to tuck into that fist of pain and it is gone..
Alas, all too soon the rest of me starts to ache,,not quite the perfect tree for a full body fit,maybe dig up another obsidian for my feet…Might take a while to check all the trees on this acre. A few moments of calm and a look at the stars in the company of my dogs..heavenly.
And for the heavy lungs, it feels to me that my now very sensitive skin breathes for me when my lungs are getting worked on and so tend to sometimes yank my shirt off,,open the window wider in my bedrm and turn the fan fan on..If I can get a cold shiver going it starts up that ripple of vibration I used to curse,,and once I vibrate,I have found the pain eases on out of energy field..
I much prefer vibrating to hurting..If I have it I use a little willow bark for pain,easy on the tummy. A little at a time as it will give me a slight bloody nose,which I almost never get.
All natural fabric in allows our skin to breathe freely.. Also try calming colors, like blue or amethyst. And with a soft pleasing texture. No sticky tags…

We stayed up all night reading “A LIGHT WORKER’S MISSION” and it answered many questions for me about what we and many of or friends and family have been going through. We laughed,,we cried and felt much less alone and clueless about this process..Many things that I have shared with no one, experiences and perceptions that I could find no words or context for have come into focus..
Brief pause for a run to the bathroom for nausea and gagging..I came into this life with a very restricted throat chakra,,and almost tongue tied. I suspect for telling truth no one wanted to hear I likely had my tongue cut out and was gagged to death. And I suspect that it was my only Brother by blood in this life that killed me as my Mother watched. It takes a lot for me to speak my truth, stoic was the mask I wore most of my life.
The time is now to speak our truth. And I have to say that Denise Le Fay has indeed brought light and understanding into my life of the unexplainable…
The big, fat, slow cloned flies that appeared in a very remote and secluded bathroom area of Patrick’s Point Park on the late shift one day in 1994, along with vile,violent quotes of sexually expressed violence towards Women.
I was warned the wk before and spoke about my concerns in a safety meeting for seasonal Maintenance Park employees about a woman alone doing late night walk-thrus to stock bathrooms and garbage pickup because determined raccoons made this necessary.
I was only late shift for the full wk before the attack..The stalker was stalking me that wk!!!!..And I say stalker because he was caught with the spray can under the tree he was hiding in, by the THREE Employees that showed up in his place of choice for a planned rape and whatever else.
He had finished the bathrooms and setup a sleeping bag,,and was spray painting arrows on the Redwood trees to lead to the scene when they showed up to close the Privately rented Group campground..And my heart is racing,,here come the sobs,, and shakes and moans..and Shelby my best dog friend ever to comfort me….OK,..That fear,oh,,I never roamed my beloved beaches of Trinidad alone, again..I pray that fear has left me now.

A dear friend and fellow worker,,I should say now known Light Worker by the name of Rachelle and I saged the bathrooms…also the young woman on the shift after me has my given name of Laurie…It really hit me hard just now.Thank you for this amazing clearing, Denise.
That was my late yr at the Park..And then I had the neighbors from hell get in my face,,built a 6ft fence around my tiny spot with salvaged lumber in one day..Never stopped to pee,,peed my pants and never knew it!! I had felt safe for 10 yrs anywhere I was in the Redwoods of Northern Humboldt Co. Now I felt safe nowhere.
The flies showed up at my next place of employment at Woodley Island Marine just off Eureka..My boss turned into the boss from hell,,flies and all. Thanks for the Cheesy flies!!! Gotta love ya, Denise.
Also for the Twin Star seeds,,we KNEW we were Twin Stars,,but not Twin Star SEEDS from our Egyptian lives…

Okay, now I’m getting confused. I thought that we were ascending soon. In other words, I don’t understand why some of us may be asked to move within the coming year or years, when, as I understand it, the stargate will open on 11-11-11 and remain open until December of 2012, during which time we can consciously choose to incarnate into 5D Earth, one that is compatible with our raised vibrations based on love and non-fear. I’m aware that not all will ascend and in fact it appears, at least in this Now Moment, that the majority of humanity will choose to stay with 3D Earth, but for those of us who have “booked our tickets” to 5D and beyond, I’m getting confused because it seems to me that moving now flies in the face of the “real move to 5D”. Can you help me with my thinking, Denise?
And I guess I may as well ask my second question. I’m delighted to say that for the past few days I have been experiencing no ascension symptoms. Very strange and I’m wondering if it’s because I’m through the worst part or I’m just being given a time out. I hope the former. My situation may be similar to what others are going through, so I thought I’d post here for your viewpoint and advice.
I live in a quiet neighborhood in a big city (Montreal). While there is a wonderful sense of peace and harmony in the small building in which I dwell (three lodgings), NEW neighbors in buildings on either side of us recently arrived who are polar opposites – noisy, disrespectful, drug traffickers and users, heavy drinkers.
We often hear screaming matches next door and at least a dozen times in the last few months, police officers have come to break up domestic fights. One of the tenants almost set the house on fire!
The contrast in frequencies here is so HUGE it’s ridiculous. I know I’ve chosen to ascend and I’m feeling detached from what is around me. My question is: WHY is this happening now?
Is it because the 3D world is becoming more chaotic as we near the end of the Mayan calendar? Why would an oasis of Light energy attract DARK, lower-frequency energies around it?? Is there anything I need to do except hold the Light and realize these are just 3D energies playing out?

If you can afford to buy A Lightworker’s Mission: The Journey Through Polarity Resolution you may benefit from reading it now. Besides, you’ll relate to what I and my Mom went through from 2000 to June 2004 when we HAD to sell our house to escape demonically possessed renter neighbors! It was beyond horrific…
In your particular case now, this horrible situation is probably to teach you many things:
1) to see, feel, and intimately know these two very different levels of energy, reality, and consciousness for yourself which is invaluable information in learning how to “read” energies for oneself
2) possibly to force you into moving elsewhere because it’s simply time for you to move to a better matching location
3) Light and Starseeds/Lightworkers/Wayshowers/Prototypers etc. naturally attract the Dark Ones in both physical human and non-human, non-physical forms. Sucks big-time but it simply goes with the energetic job of embodying, carrying, and maintaining Light within what’s been a TOTALLY Dark world! I’ve often said that the Light literally glows in the Dark which makes us easy targets for the Dark Ones as they see/feel/sense us long before we see/feel/sense them down here on Earth. But we’re mastering this lesson and fast…have to. The fact of this is why I’ve been so frustrated and offended by the BS insanity of certain people (usually “fluffy”, “new age” types) believing that the Dark does not even exist! That type of thinking is how the Dark Ones use people so easily and they never know it.
Anyway…I’d suggest you keep the Light around you and yours, around your property, the walls of your house, your car/cars, your pets etc. That’s just basic survival and protection tactics. The difficult part with this lesson is that you are going to have to pay very honest and close attention to what plays out with these possessed people living so close to you now. It may blow-over fairly quickly…or it may be there for months or years! If it’s time for YOU to move on to the next phase and location/house, this situation will remain and increase its negativity and ugliness in an attempt to get you to move. I can’t know this, only you can discern the deeper level implications of this dark situation. I sense it’s time for you to move but like I said, this is a multiple leveled test for you.
Pay attention, keep protected every day/night, and ask your Higher Self and/or Ascension Assistants to help you better understand this situation. As the Light energies really amp up as they’re doing now through 2012 and beyond, many more of us will need to move to a location that’s a better match to us. Be strong, be wise, and be willing to change. I’m facing some big changes like this myself now and have my senses turned way up high so I can catch everything I need to now to know when to move and when to wait a bit longer.

Hi denise, love everything you write. my spin speed has reached 144,000 so i know i am on the write path but i have an energy that wont let go a shadow part of myself which doesnt want to to move foward. Working with a wonderful healer and have many sessions but constant nausea and not feeling well heart and lungs where cannot breathe properly. Any suggestions would be gratfully excepted. love pepe

There’s no magical trick to transmuting our inner dense stuff/junk/crap! It’s there and for us to continue energetically moving forward via this Ascension Process we HAVE to either directly transmute it and/or integrate it and/or be 1,000% willing to let it go no matter how dug in it is or how much we’ve gotten used to it (whatever it is for each of us) etc. It is an aspect of us so it’s really no big deal so just pull “it” into your high heart and Love it, accept it, and return it back into the Light that is You. Mission accomplished. ;)
The sooner you integrate – Love and reintegrate – this or any other “shadow part of myself”, the sooner those physical body pains and other symptoms will dramatically lessen. Lower frequency energy (as in old emotions, old junk, old fear, hate, our shadow parts or whatever it is for each of us) literally cannot co-exist with HIGHER frequency energy. To try to do this causes pain in all of our bodies. Just embrace, don’t judge, and Love your dark junk and you’ll feel so much better not to mention that you’ll be really FREE as well.

It seems to me that more of your readers are got connected to Light/Source/Love energy, so I think it is a good time to share my amazing experience I had earlier in September.
It involves a friend of mine Noa whom I know in the here and now 3D reality + I believe he is my ‘brother’ in/from 9D.
On the 3rd of September he had a ‘triggered’ Opening to Source energy through his Crown chakra. And just a few days later he ‘worked’ with It already. On the evening of the 7th, I got a text from him, saying, he has that overwhelming connection again, Love/Source/Light energy is pouring into his Crown chakra. Just a few minutes later I had the feeling, something ‘big’ is happening. Then clairvoyantly I saw it: Noa was receiving HUGE amount of Love/Source/Light energy running IT through his Crown chakra and his body, literally ‘bringing’ IT down to 3D and spreading IT. At the same time my body got very heavy and I saw what was coming to me. The Energy that Noa was spreading, started to PUSH OUT HUGE amount of dark energies from 3D. And that was my job as a transmuter of dark energies to run that HUGE amount of dark through my Heart chakra/body, away from Earth, up to Source. All of this transmuting process was So intense.. at one point I felt my Heart chakra/chest will physically open up. The process went on for an hour as I remember. I went to sleep/I was exhausted!/ but somehow I had the feeling it went on all night.
The next morning my non-physical family said: ‘You /Noa and me/ released century’s of darkness from Earth.’
I’m sure, MANY of you /from this blog/ are doing the same amazingly powerful cleansing as well. What I understood from this experience is that, now, there are people with Powerful Connection to Light/Source energy /they have the fun job/ and there are the transmuters /we have the pain/. Us, with the pain, we are not having much fun, but perhaps it will help some of you, to Know, when we are transmuting /with pain/, others are ‘bringing’ HUGE amount of Light in. And I’d like to ask those of you with Powerful Light connection, please, keep receiving! When the connection is ON, hold IT as long as you can! Please, be ‘available’ to do this amazing job! /And we’ll do our job on the other end.

Before the Light could begin coming into this Dark and totally controlled world, there had to be small Groups that came in first, second, third (the “First Wavers, the “Second Wavers” etc.) to first break up large parts of the Dark energies so the Light even had a place to fit, to land in down here in this world. To do this there had to be Starseeds/Lightworkers/Energy Transmuters on the inside ;) . After years and years of this first stage energy work of breaking up (transmuting) Dark energies, then increasing amounts of Light energies automatically could come in and continue replacing or “pushing out the Dark” as you put it. As soon as the Dark energies were first broken up years ago, this Process has been constant, expanding, and getting much faster and easier for all of us Cosmic Janitors (Starseeds/Lightworkers/Energy Transmuters) to bring in increasing amounts of Light through our bodies and beings.
Now Eva, here comes the important part that I really want you to hear okay? ♥
I’m a First Waver Starseed Lightworker Energy Transmuter. I’m literally hardwired this way and cannot NOT transmute lower frequency, negative, Dark energies. I cannot NOT do it; it is who I am and what I am. You Eva and so many other readers here at TRANSITIONS are just like this too. You (and them) are hardwired (built) to transmute Dark energies so Light energies can come in and fully replace them on 3D Earth (and the 4D Astral plane).
However…once we’ve done what we’re so very good at doing (transmuting Dark, negative, stuck energies here) we literally embody (“Prototype”) increasing amounts of Light from Source within ourselves to the point that we no longer need to “DO” this transmuting of Dark energies any more! Now, all we need to do is “BE” the Light that we are and THAT is how we transmute Dark energies now. :) Do you understand how this eventually flips over into us needing to just BE THE LIGHT so that we continuously RADIATE LIGHT for everyone everywhere?
Now we transmute Dark energies by simply BEING THE LIGHT we’re increasingly embodying in our bodies and selves. We glow Light, we radiate Light, we shine Light everywhere, we change reality because we are generators and anchors of Light in this Earth world. See the difference, the transition we make with this Process?
And yes…unfortunately it still physically hurts embodying increasing amounts of Light into our physical bodies/brains/hearts etc., which is also transmuting our physical bodies/brains/hearts etc. into NEW higher frequency models ;) . This is “prototyping” the NEW higher frequency blueprints or “architecture” into our physical and energy bodies and brains and having our DNA evolved and so on. That still causes different levels of physical pain in our bodies but this won’t last forever either.
So I want you to realize that you do not need to continue transmuting the Dark energies in the old familiar earlier ways you (and I and all of us) have. Eventually just embodying more and more Light is what does the job now. :) Just radiate the Light constantly flowing through you and your body now and know that this is how we transmute the Dark (in whatever form) now.

Hi Denise! So today I received my new drivers license. And I’m looking at the picture and thinking…who is this person? I look so different. I swear the shape of my face is changing, and it doesn’t seem to be just a weight thing. I find my self thinking something similar when I just look in the mirror. Its just strange. Absolutely! Not only am I old enough that my face, head and body are changing anyway, but on top of that the Ascension Process has and still is changing me/my body etc. I too don’t recognize the person in the mirror anymore and I try to just go with the flow and hope I don’t end up looking completely like Yoda! :roll: But the hair loss thing still pisses me off…

I had some extraterrestrials in my apartment, yesterday. I could see them, but they could not see me. I understood that they were low vibrational ETs because, I could feel/see, they were looking for low vibrational energies/food. They were very disoriented, confused, kind of lost, so I wasn’t bothered by them. But, end of the day I thought, it’s time for them to leave my space. I asked my Higher Self to give some idea, what to do. And as an answer, my 8D aspect of me got connected to me. (I have had contact with that 8D aspect of me already.)
As we (me+8D me) got connected I saw, there were a lot more of that same kind of low vibrational ETs around the house and outside of the gate. It suddenly felt like an attack, I felt overwhelming pressure from them, when my 8D aspect of me ‘started to work’ through me.
Pushing tremendous amount of 8D energy through my body. As the energy spread, all of the low vibrational ETs simply disappeared. After, we were finished, I saw crystallized energy all over my body.( It was a beautiful image.)
In the morning, when I woke up, I felt upbeat and extremely tired at the same time.
Now, I can not help to wonder, are we going to ‘do’ this sort of cleansing?
We are done with /most of/ the dark ones, now, is it time for low vibrational ETs?

First of all let’s establish when “yesterday” was for everyone; it was July 16, 2011. I’m going to go back a bit farther with this issue because A LOT has been unfolding constantly since July 11, 2011 – the 7-11-11 portal.
I’ve noticed in 2011 that some (not all but some) months 11-11 portal day is incredibly high, positive and full of Heart and feels just wonderful. This however is often followed on the next day (the 12th) as the total opposite! Often the 12th will be miserable, dark, full of pain and crap and increased negativity. It’s as if by our passing through that month’s 11-11 portal and literally moving up a few more energy stair steps, the next day is the lower and negative crap (in its many forms) rushing in around us again trying to stop us and/or feed off of us. These lower negative beings are finding it increasingly difficult to do this to us now in 2011, and with their energetic food source drying-up, they’re becoming frantic to find some tiny morsel of energetic food from us.
For me July’s 11-11 portal day was profoundly high and full of High Heart energy and awareness. Then for me the next day, July 12th, 2011, was this opposite energy coming back in yet again. Vastly less powerful but coming back in searching to feed off anyone they could. I’ve clairvoyantly seen (and heard) old lower negative things almost every afternoon and evening since July 12, 2011 but, these things I see are NOT able to effect me and mine as they always have in the past. They try to feed off me and mine of course, but the massive improvements in 2011 are so great that they’re not able to parasitically feed off of me/you/us as they always have.
Yesterday, July 16, 2011, I too had some negative beings manipulating humans and dogs to weaken me so they could feed. And, like you, I finally got tired of their BS and opened my window and loosed a sound I didn’t even know I could physically produce! It was so incredibly powerful that it shocked me! Honestly, I was shocked at the force and volume that came out of me at these lower beings/humans and the dogs they manipulate/possess. But the entire neighborhood went quiet instantly and I felt reality change the second I released that sound energy at them all.
I hate and resent being pushed to the point where I have to do something, say something, produce some energy to clear the negative crap and possessed unaware humans etc. but there it is. This is who we are and this is what we excel at so…just do it. (I’ve cleared entire cities like this; it’s a learning curve for all of us to realize how much we can, and should be, Consciously Creating right now.)
It’s time for ALL of the Dark Ones in ALL of their forms and levels to either join the Light, or, go elsewhere and deal with the consequences of their actions, or for the stubborn ones be reabsorbed by Source entirely.
Eva and everyone else reading this, now (July 2011) is when we Starseeds/Lightworkers/Prototypers no longer accept this negativity or any other for that matter and we claim our space and spiritual right to be sovereign beings. We’re not supposed to tolerate this type of negativity, shit, manipulation, irresponsibility, or parasitic behavior from any being in any dimension any longer. None of it from anyone human or non-human. We each need to pick up our power and stop these types of old lower actions from happening in or around us. Who else can do this now but us? This is some more of that responsibility I’ve been hinting at recently.
I’m NOT saying that you/me/us needs to “do” anything like we’ve been doing such as transmuting or clearing etc. What I’m talking about is exactly what you did, what you experienced Eva and what I did, what I experienced; you, me, us using our individual power and knowledge and spiritual rights to stop the negative beings/humans from continuing all they’ve gotten away with doing for so long. We have the ability to stop them and to create over them now and this is what you, me, all of us Starseed Lightworkers/Prototypers/Wayshowers are supposed to be learning now. That and how to Consciously Create and Co-Create. No more transmuting the lower…now we stop them and create what we want over all of them and we don’t slow down or look back! :)

I have found your website relatively recent but I guess this was the PERFECT time in my Ascension journey to get to know you and all the other people that are posting here.
Last weekend as we were spending time at our cabin on a beautiful, serene lake in BC, Canada two amazing yet surprising things happened that I would like to share with you and get some feedback for.
First, we have two beautiful, stubborn miniature Schnauzer boys (dogs) that we love so very deeply. In the mornings, at the cabin we usually let them walk free in the meadow and the forest behind us working through our fears that something bad could happen to them. However since we heard that there have been coyotes wondering around surrounding properties for the past few days, Saturday morning I felt the urge to follow them into the woods and as I came out on a meadow one of my dogs came running to me, jumped in front of me, then started walking in the direction he came from.
I followed him and, to my surprise, right in the middle of the meadow, my older dog was nose-to-nose with a … coyote. I have to admit that I panicked! I called him but he was too busy to even look my way (we do have a deep, spiritual connection, though). After a few attempts at calling him I grabbed the little one into my arms and I started walking towards the coyote, ready to fight for my dogs’ lives.
As I was getting closer I expected the coyote to become more aware and … do something! Instead he continued to be very gentle with my dog, until my boy decided to come to me.
We walked away and I kept looking over my shoulder being prepared, just in case, but the coyote did not move, he just looked as we were getting farther and farther. They could have been breakfast for him if he chose to!
The second thing that happened the next morning, on Sunday as I was still laying in bed around 5:30am while everyone else was asleep, I distinctly heard a young boy’s laugh in the back of the cabin as he was running through the meadow and then he was gone!
There was no one around us, no neighbours there that weekend, as I found out later!
I asked my husband if he heard it and he said no, but later, my son, who’s 13 years old and very wise and evolved for his age (Crystal Child), mentioned that he heard the same thing followed by two dogs barks!!!
Will you be able to share some light from an Ascension perspective on what is going on?
I did have some Ascensionitis and Ascension flu symptoms that might explain the acceleration of my personal Ascension.

i had a dream last night that i was in this elevator with two other females that i don’t know we were around the 551 (or something floor don’t remember the last number i think was 4) from the elevator you could see all the buildings out side very high buildings suppose we were in vegas but the buildings look more like New York type very modern and high tech suddenly i started to see the buildings outside moving in a weird way like the top part of the building will make a curve as if the were about to fall but i didn’t say anything then the elevator started to fall as we felt we were having and earthquake i say out loud: we’re having an earthquake here in vegas this is going to be crazy i just saw the buildings moving but i didn’t say a thing … the elevator was falling in a very fast speed and we crashed but nothing happened to us i didn’t saw nothing after that i just felt relief ….
the weird thing is one day before i dreamt with a few spiritual guides telling me some stuff that i don’t recall at all .. i was so frustrated when i couldn’t remember what they say …

I was so grateful to read this statement by you below in your reply as i knew the astrological sign was chosen for a very good reason but the organized religion i was in was totally fear laden and astrology was a definite NO, however when i left and was able to finally look back without absolute disdain i could see what a big tool it was… I came in as Sagittarius sign(always around religion) which i always knew but just in recent weeks learned i was Pisces Ascendant and my moon in Leo so with a heart full of love. I also learned my Life Path Number is 9 which seems to go along with great changes to be made in this world….

Hey you all, – Quick notes on Religion and Lazaris (two separate issues). From the time I was very young I literally got sick to my stomach in church. My mother took me to dr. – he said it was a psychological problem – which my mother did not want to accept b/c that would mean there was something “wrong” with me. So, she continued to send me for awhile, but even the sound of high-heels walking into church made me ill (I sensed the hypocrisy but could not put it into words) and eventually, I guess out of embarrasement, my parent quit making me go to church. So, religious training is very little for me, and I am very happy for that.
Lazaris is wonderful, imo. I began going to Lazaris workshops in the 80’s; he was my first spiritual guide (that I was aware of) and my closet spiritual guide today. He is channeled through a man named Jach Purcel and 1000’s of people from all over the world go to the workshops. However, you do not have to go to a workshop to connect w/Lazaris. Concept Synergy, the company that does the workshops, has received probably more than their fair share of criticism over the years. Many get upset at the cost of the seminars – but I don’t see them to be much more than anyone elses (weekend long workshops). The quality of info is amazing. Also, Lazaris can work w/you in ways a “human” can not. Some online references refer to it as a cult, which is far from the truth, but he is of the light so of course, the dark will try to have their say. Lazaris from day one said he is not a guru, just a friend. I believe the information he provides is profound and his guidance and friendship over the past years has helped me tremendously. That said, I discontinued going to workshops in the late 90’s, mostly d/t location, and only buy recorded cd’s from time to time. Denise I have read from your messages that that you were not brought up in organized religion so have no attachment. I was raised in religion and just left in 2002 so the vision Eva had immediately jumped out at me as something familiar..A vision is recorded in the Bible at Daniel 2:35 about an image described much as what Eva describes..
The Message Bible has this at vs 32-35: “While you were looking at this statue, a stone cut out of a mountain by an invisible hand hit the statue, smashing its iron-ceramic feet. Then the whole thing fell to pieces—iron, tile, bronze, silver, and gold, smashed to bits. It was like scraps of old newspapers in a vacant lot in a hot dry summer, blown every which way by the wind, scattered to oblivion. But the stone that hit the statue became a huge mountain, dominating the horizon”.
I definitely without any doubt/reservations know that organized religion has to go, tough work there especially in what is called the Bible belt here in the South, however my wonder is why Eva would get this vision with you. Do you suppose you will be the religion buster since you have no religious beliefs ties/sentiments or any attachments to it so no emotional poop with it’s outgoing?

Eva I’m sorry I didn’t respond to your truly wonderful vision. I’ve been busy and exhausted from busting big rocks. ;)
Avian I know humanity is currently and quickly evolving beyond the past 2,100-yearlong Piscean Age religious beliefs…and more. Typically, Starseed Lightworkers incarnate at every Age change to break apart the old stuck past Ages beliefs, systems, karma, wounds, distortions, stuck energies, projections etc. It’s what we do to literally clear a NEW path for the new Age, the NEW Light, and in this case, the entire Ascension Process. Because of this I and every other Starseed Lightworker has played our parts in transmuting the negativity and distortions caused by religions. So, for me this isn’t something that I will be doing, but something that I and others already have done. Now evolution will do what it does and everyone will perceive so much more.
To go one more step with this I’m going to add that I’m a Capricorn which the final of the EARTH signs and is the Mountain Goat. I have Pisces Rising and Pisces is the old Age that’s currently exiting (to be replaced by the Age of Aquarius). Because of my Pisces Ascendant I have a very direct energetic connection with the Piscean Age and I know how horrifically it was intentionally distorted by some to control the many. I’ve felt the Collective Age’s archetype and it’s not been easy and yet, what a great tool I’ve had to transmute the negativity and controls of that Age. (Our Higher Selves choose our astrological blueprints VERY carefully before we incarnate to give us as many tools to do what we’ve got to do while alive.)

Well, after reading these posts I just had to go on Salusa’s site to see what it was all about. At first glance it looks like they are talking about all the same things we talk about on Transitions but like Debra, I got a funny feeling, like fingernails on a chalkboard or something. So, this is someone channeling messages from some other entities? I don’t know what word to use, sorry. I have a couple of friends who are followers of something else like this – or, I think it’s like Salusa – it is Lazaris and it is a man who channels these same types of messages. Over the years I have offended my friends by not wanting any part of it – it also creeped me out. It can be very confusing because most of the messages are so loving and beautiful but it just felt “off” to me. Am I right – are these basically the same kind of sites? or are you familiar with the Lazaris one? Got myself good and confused now, ;(

Discernment is crucial with everything from everyone everywhere. I had written a longer Comment about this to Debra & All but it magically disappeared before I published it so I took that to mean I didn’t need to go into a lot of detail about SaLuSa and the other people who channel what they believe are positive ETs.
However…a few days ago I was intuitively led to a website I didn’t even know existed that had an interview of a well-known man who channels ETs. In it callers were allowed to come in and ask this man personal questions. One of the callers was another person who has recently began channeling. This person publicly asked the first man if he knew who he was channeling and if they were “okay”!!! That was why I was led to see this information; to see one of these people publicly ask another channeler if who he was channeling was positive or not because he/she didn’t know who they were or if they were positive or not! Unbelievable…but there it was. Reader beware because the person or people doing the channelings in many cases doesn’t know or have the ability to read energies to know for themselves if they’re being lied to by whoever has connected with them and is sending transmissions to them to be published. Any entity or being can say or claim they’re such-and-such from wherever and so many people unquestioningly believe the material channeled and the human who did the channeling.
I’m not familiar with Lazaris. At this point I believe that we individuals should be able to better access our own Higher Selves for information, guidance, deeper insights etc. It’s time for us to learn that WE can access higher Light/Information for ourselves and not continue to entirely rely upon other people who channel and hope they’re channeling true positive beings’ information. You sensed that something was distorted and incorrect with SaLuSa’s info and YOU were correct. That’s important and don’t forget how your body felt when you encountered lower frequency info cleverly mixed in with some truth here and there. ;)

Thanks for confirming re: Salusa – I could not put my finger on it – but you are right every post says something about how they will be here to help us…. us poor pitiful humans – this is exactly what we don’t want to do – WE are here for this Ascension and WE have all the power we need – WE are here for this TRANSITION! I apologize if I am offending anyone, but I got a terrible feeling every time I read the posts. It was weird b/c some of it would be ok, but then this queasy feeling. Just as I decided to sort of quit visiting the posts, I noticed Calleman promotes the link on his website. I’m an empath and highly intuitive – so it is about time to quit questioning myself and own my power! Many layers of this… Also, this had to do w/the reading w/Peggy Black (Morning Messages if you want to look her up) and her “team”. Well, I ‘knew’ everything they said to me…it was nothing new to me. That said, the kick in the rear was good, b/c I have not been applying what I know. That is CHANGING, big time. I am making huge changes – mostly in applying what I know to change my reality. I will keep you posted as to changes.
PS – Got a call from my nephew tonight; had hour long conversation about Ascension and he stated he feels it happening and believes – this came totally out of the blue. Well done you! :) Yes we’re often given tests like this to help us see something in ourselves. We don’t know how much we actually do already know until we reflect off of someone or something else. This is so important now in helping us be more consciously aware of who and what we really are and that we’re well capable of…much. ;) This is another aspect of each of us awakening to the fact that we really can Consciously Create and Co-Create. This is very much us easing our ways into existence within a fifth dimensional reality/world. Individually (Leo) empowered and conscious ascended people embodying Light who exist and work with other empowered and conscious ascended people also embodying Light (the Aquarian Group) within 5D.
From June 2011 forward people will be SUDDENLY waking up/awakened and searching for like-other souls/people to help them with their questions and about what’s going on now and why and so on. This will literally explode in comparison to how slow and difficult spreading Light/Knowledge/Information prior. The first half of 2011 was like pushing a boulder up a hill; from June on this boulder is going to free-fall down the other side of the symbolic hill! :)

I’d like to share a vision I had last night, because it’s all good ;-) and you were in it.
The first image I saw, was a dark, round shape, huge ‘rock’ right above your head, having an intense pressure on you/almost crushing you/.
Then, I saw the Light -literally- ‘Drilling’ into this ‘rock’ from above, with an unstoppable speed and power. As the drilling went on, the ‘rock’ cracked in half and opened. Only then, I realized what was really happening. The ‘rock ‘ was the Old Earth, and as it opened by the Light, the New Earth was rising from within. The layers of dark, old, dirty, sticky, dense, etc. energies from around the New Earth, simply Vanished as It was rising!
I saw you watching the New Bright Earth. You smiled and you said:’ IT’s Complete!’
This vision was so clear and had so much Power in it, I needed to send it to You/All.

I, too, have major problems with food, eating, digesting. I have had problems for many years, and now am at the point that I have trouble digesting most everything – except protein, some vegetables, some nuts and some fruits. Allergic to soy/wheat/dairy. My frustration is that I still want to eat – but if I do I suffer. Oh, yes, sugar goes down quite easily, and I like anything ‘sweet’, but I can literally feel my immune system struggling as soon as I eat some sugar or drink a coke. I would like to have an alcoholic beverage on occasion, but alcohol is completely toxic to me. I think I need some nutrition – but hmmm will try to live on more light and see how it goes ;-)

that is happening to me also but i thought it was something with my stomach like a worm or something reading your comment i think we have the same i don’t feel like eating specially at lunch time i feel apathy for food and as soon as i start eating i want to stop this never happened to me … i eat small portions too is like if i get 1 serving spoon i end up eating half of it or less mmm …

Yeah the food thing goes through repeated changes as we evolve, transmute more, and make repeated adjustments to the constant higher Energies/Light/Love etc.
When we’re transmuting more dense energies within ourselves (and/or doing additional Service to Other energy work) we require more protein food. When we’re in an integrating phase and not doing as much transformation energy work we require much less food of any type. In fact it’s hard to digest food during these phases and is best to eat small portions of light foods that are easy on our bodies to digest and eliminate.
Our whole eating/digesting/eliminating systems are evolving dramatically due to the Ascension Process. Many of us will be able to increasingly exist on Light as a food source with only very small amounts of physical food occasionally. This is very 5D and will become the new “normal” for more people as they evolve.

I wanted to ask you this months ago, but maybe now is the time. I’m getting very confused about food. I’m having the feeling of letting go of food. I don’t really feel hungry any more, and if I eat I want to stop immediately,/like I don’t need it/. I’m not sure how to deal with this, I still have my physical body and ‘logic’ says it needs food.
Now, I eat very small portions, half of what I use to eat/and I never had much interest in food/.
Do you know, how to make /safely!/ this transformation from food to Pure Energy?
I would appreciate any advise from you on this matter.

hi – just read thro these comments and found the one where faces were appearing to you and someone else – this has been happening to me for ages – never kn ew who they were or the significance of it – some of the faces look sad – but mostly fairly normal – different ages etc etc –
another thing i get occasionally is the feeling i’m travelling along a road and i can see the scenery and feel the ,motion – goes quite fast – i always stop it because it feels like its getting out of control so i dont know where i’d end up if i carried on – other times i go upwards quickly – it doesnt happen every night but i have just got used to it and could see no reason for any of it –
these faces and what i’ve just mentioned are very different from when i opened up too fast years ago and i saw quite scarey stuff flying past me and i was zooming through different dimensions – that was all a bit alarming!! then i saw out of this world creatures and some v odd things – and big round dark doughnut shaped openings etc etc
strange what i now take for granted – or dont get freaked out by!!

In 2008 plenty of Dark Ones tried to ‘bribe’ me, by offering me all the ‘power’ and what comes with it…
Those Dark Ones wanted me to leave the Light and ‘serve’ the Dark. This being’s ‘offering of help’ reminded me of that time, but everything happened so very fast, ‘It’ simply didn’t give me a chance to react at first.
Over the years I have learned to recognize the tricks of
the Dark Ones, but this visit/attack was definitely something new for me.

I do read the channels but get sort of a strange feel – they all basically say the same; they are planning to show themselves, the world is making preparations, there are behind the scenes talks, they are preventing worst case scenarios, etc. I just am not feeling great about it all. Also, I have an appointment with Peggy Black and “the Team” next week – I know Peggy has a pretty good reputation but just wondered if anyone had any first hand experience or insight on what to expect. I’m going to try and say a lot without saying a lot about this because I will not tolerate word battles or attacks or negativity from anyone anymore. That was not directed at you Debra please understand because, based on what you’ve already said, you’ve already correctly sensed that all is not what is seems with SaLuSa. (There are plenty of other channeled ET messages and people who channel them that are profoundly distorted as well. People need to discern for themselves.)
Very simply, the majority of what SaLuSa says (that I’ve read in 2011) is positive and nice but then there will be a few sentences in every channeling that reeks of dis-empowerment and the old Dark negative “savior” bullshit. Another common theme with these particular channeled ET messages (from others than just SaLuSa) is that humanity is helpless and unaware and that these ETs are going to “save”, “rescue”, “fix”, clean up the toxic planet etc. etc. etc. for the lame, weak, unaware humans. This crap totally goes against the fact that Starseed Lightworkers have been incarnate on Earth for many decades to live, ground, and anchor the higher frequency NEW from within the physical 3D polarized system through their bodies and beings. We also have plenty of help from our higher dimensional Homes too because we’d NEVER enter a lower frequency dimension and world reality without plenty of safeguards and multidimensional connections to our different dimensional stellar Homes, energies and consciousness. Some of us Starseed Lightworkers are here now to also help wake-up other Starseeds and Lightworkers and remind them that the Expiration Date is rapidly approaching (the end of the Mayan calendar on Oct. 28, 2011) and to not become trapped in this dimension and world and remember why they came here.
ETs are not going to come and save or rescue humanity…period. The entire Ascension Process is about the Cosmos energetically triggering humanity – and all other species as well – to evolve beyond the current cycle of evolution. The All That Is/Source has time-coded energy’s released and energetic events to trigger and guide or unfold these massive cycles of evolution and the Galactic Center of the Milky Way has been and will continue to produce specific Energies in wave-form which trigger and signal that it’s time to change, to evolve beyond what’s been. The different dimensional ET races all know this and they know that it’s time now for this huge event to happen, so why would some channeled groups claiming to be ETs repeatedly be telling humans that they are going to fix the toxic Earth and save humanity? Because they’re either not who they claim to be, or, they’re unaware ETs with big egos and no knowledge or respect for the Universal Law of Freewill and the whole Ascension Process!

Last night I had a bit of confusing experience.
I know you had contact with SaLuSa, so I’m hoping you can help me out with this.
He/It came to me, saying ‘I’m SaLusa’ and offered me all kinds of help – to be honest I can’t remember ‘help’ with what? it all happened very fast. But, before I had the chance to ‘say’ anything,/like yes or no/ He/It started ‘wrapping’ my upper body around and around with some kind of energy. The ‘wrapping’ was so intense it made me feel very uncomfortable, so I asked him to stop. He/It stopped and the pressure from the ‘wrapping’/energy was gone. I saw him pulling away last night, but I see that He/It close by as if He/It’s waiting for me to call.
I do read the channeled messages from SaLuSa, but I don’t remember having trying to contact him, or ask for help..
This ‘visit’ was so sudden, I’m not sure how to deal with it.

First of all, ANY higher dimensional POSITIVE Being/Starbeing/ET/Lightbeing/Angelic etc. would NEVER EVER come in like what you’ve described and do something like this; negative beings would however. Remember that any being/entity can say they’re so-and-so and that sure as hell doesn’t mean they are who they claim they are! Discernment is critical, and because you’ve shared this experience here tells me you already sensed this being or beings are not who “He/It” said it was. In my opinion you are completely right and this was an attempt by some negative being to bind you energetically. These are the types of experiences many of us should expect because the stakes are so high now in 2011 and the Dark Ones are frantic to stop us from evolving any further. They can’t stop us or the Ascension Process nor can they, at this point, even slow it down.

Your answer to carpathiananonymous gave me full out body chills! Since December 2010, I’ve been getting flashes of faces too. I wasn’t sure who they were or what they were about, but it’s gratifying to know I’m not the only one getting these– and even better to know who they are! I had some very happy-looking characters just the other day. Kind of goofy-looking, actually. Maybe they were some of the spirits that hang out around me. And, yes, they are mere inches away from my face, too. I guess we’ll find out more about them in the coming months. I’m looking forward to that! And I think I feel another blog coming on on this topic!

usually i only get them on dreams (and thats very rare) or if I eat mushrooms (magic mushrooms) thats the only way i get to hear higher dimentional info..

While out of our bodies or in “dreams” is much easier, quicker, with less trauma because the person’s in a frequency and dimension above dense 3D. This is changing as we speak via the Ascension Process however.
As far as taking ANY substance to hopefully induce an expanded state of consciousness…I would never suggest it and here’s why. Unless you’ve got a Master protecting you on multiple dimensions while you’re toasted out of your mind, you’re wide open and easily seen/sensed in the astral plane by Beings you’d never want to know you even exist! Seriously. Solution to this danger is to request your Higher Self guide you in opening or expanding your consciousness without the use of any substance. A la natural is the safest and most powerful way to do this.
Having said all that, there are also times, periods and phases where we simply cannot seemingly connect with these higher dimensional levels and consciousness. I’ve gone through this many times since the start of my biological Ascension Process. We’re going through a lot of inner/outer changes and there’s just periods where we need to be quiet, still, and IN-BODY instead of trying to get out of it! ;) Patience and flexibility is key.

This is exactly what I mean when I’ve used the terms Stair Steps and phases, triggers and Time Coded events etc. This happens to each of us at exactly the correct moment/moments and is pre-programmed by our Higher Selves to activate on exactly the correct days/hours/minutes for each of us.
On another note, since the start of 2011 I’ve been clairvoyantly seeing very fast flashes (this is normal when dealing with higher dimensional information/visuals) of individual ET’s or Starbeings faces. It’s like some of them are flashing me – and no doubt most other Starseed Lightworkers – head shot images of themselves. :) It’s like a visual reminder that these higher dimensional Beings are right there…mere vibrational inches away from us…waiting so, so excitedly for all of us to be reunited frequency-wise I mean. The second-half of 2011 (June through the end of Dec), many (but not all of) the higher dimensional ET’s/Starbeings/Lightbeings will become much more in our consciousness. This too is an unfolding process but it’s really accelerated this year and especially from June on.

I sent this question Up last night and I’ve got a vision as an answer.
I saw a Net of Light attached to Earth/all around/. We, Lightworkers are functioning as ‘pins’ at different locations around the globe to hold/pin down/this Net of Light to Earth.
It was a beautiful, but very short vision.
Do you have more information about this subject, Denise?
More and more people are relocating or having the feeling to do so, and I’m just wondering why?
Are we must /Be/ holding the Net at specific locations?
Or/and is something else?

From what you’ve described the “Net of Light attached to Earth” sounds like you saw the NEW higher dimensional Ascended Planetary Grid System. It is indeed a NEW and vastly more complex and higher frequency geometric pattern of Light that’s the NEW Earth’s energetic central nervous system, its veins and arteries that circulates energies, its antenna and entire Grid System.
We Starseeds/Lightworkers (Grid Workers etc.) are not necessarily “pins” or pinned down to certain locations but I understand what you’re saying and why. Think of this more like lightening rods and/or acupuncture needles where the Starseeds/Lightworkers literally seed, ground and anchor the NEW higher Light energies, consciousness, and much more into the physical locations where we each live currently through our physical and energetic bodies and beings. Before the NEW Ascended energies, consciousness, and reality can manifest into the NEW Ascended Earth, there MUST be matching or like-frequency Beings in human bodies living on Earth to receive, house in and through themselves and their bodies, and then seed the NEW higher frequency Light energies into this dimension, planet, world and literally manifest the start of the NEW everything here. In other words…the Starseeds and Lightworkers capable of doing this are literally the first ones Creating the NEW Earth world reality for everyone else whose chosen the Light over the Dark.
Far too many Starseeds and Lightworkers (in my opinion) still do not understand what they’re actually doing now in 2011 and why. I’ve tried to get greater numbers of Starseeds/Lightworkers to consciously realize that reality is permanently changed on Earth because of what we’ve been living and struggling with and hurting from right in our own bodies! THIS is why the Body and Brain Rewiring was so very important, because, like Earth, we needed to be upgraded to be able to house and run these NEW much higher and faster Light Energies right in and through our physical bodies and brains and NOT be destroyed by them. Same process with the entire planet and it needed a much higher frequency Grid System (what you called a “Net of Light”) in place first. Why? So that the NEW Light energies could come into this world, dimension, reality and seed and Create the NEW for all who are capable of being in it. In 2011 the Starseeds/Lightworkers are increasingly coming online with the current Light energies and this is radically – and very quickly now – changing the world and reality on Earth.
Back to your question. Usually when a Starseed/Lightworker has completed whatever it is they were doing in one physical location on Earth, they’ll suddenly be free to move about the cabin ;) so to speak. In other words, they can if they desire move to another location because their Light energy mission work for that phase and location is complete. They’ll either move to someplace that’s a better match to them at the time vibrationally, or, they’ll be impulsed to move somewhere because they’re going to be doing more Light energy mission work during that phase, at that time, in that location.
Another aspect of this that I’ve consciously lived for the past three decades now is that of Earth Changes and my lessening or grounding them and/or redirecting them to other locations where they will harm far less people and property. On the other hand…(see how complicated this really is?), many locations on Earth need to having these Earth Changes (earthquakes, fires, floods, storms, etc.) to purge old patriarchal Age negative residual energies and purify the location for the NEW higher Light energies to come in and replace it all. So what often seems like a “negative” event is really exactly like the pains and aches we feel in our bodies; it’s all so that Light energies can come in which obviously completely transforms the very reality and consciousness on Earth.

O yes: my gardening helps a whole darn LOT. No anxieties. No panics… no agitation… no stress… none while I garden. ^_^
Sometimes I intuitively ask the Earth for aide, guidance and protection… among other things like learning how to understand plants, insects and animals even in the wind. The more I do that, I notice the more I become less scared and free from my old family beliefs.
This early morning while gardening… I didn’t even realize no one was at home… even though I could’ve sworn at least one parent was physically there. Turned out that both were out for church. I felt so safe and grounded… not realizing no one was there. :D
The norm here was to stay indoors. They kept emphasizing the dangers “out there” as a woman etc etc etc… and of course I’d be afraid after their lecturings. Yet… I felt a breakthrough I didn’t realize I broke! lol
I think Mother Earth enveloped me in such security… that I know somewhere within me that we all will be alright in spite of the coming chaos… and that’s still me as a WIP (work in progress). ^_^’

Know also that paying attention closely to the alt news has its pitfalls… it does require the same discernment we use for all things ascension and it does have the tendency to connect rather than disconnect you to the 3D world. I am trying to learn to take it in much smaller doses! I continually struggle to step outside of the polarity/duality/either/or world that exists in 3D.
I hope Denise will weigh in also because I need the centering that she might offer! Paying attention to the 3D stuff and watching for the changes seems important to me, but maybe not!

I was beginning to worry over such petty things… when my Higher Self keeps gently laughing at me for “worrying” about such inevitable down-the-hill things. A part of me is still in this 3D physical Earth so I’m daft about what’s really going on. Only human you see.
Now… living with my still well-off folks who don’t believe in such things… which they would laugh at it and call it nonsense while they habitually store canned food anyway… is kinda comforting in an awkward sort of way… but I still feel the need to go to my HS (Higher Self) for such needed preparedness. Doing and Being so winds up coaxing their Intuition… with me not telling them anything. I do notice this… well… in this process I keep learning and noticing this… but is an awkward learning process I tell you… ¬.¬
A friend of mine… whom I have NOT seen in ages… told me once upon a time… that here in the Caribbean, we islanders get the brunt of such calamities a few months late… because we still have and do and allow lots of trees, greenery… water… Nature all over and around us… to shield us from such energetic financial/collective meltdown… be it physical, emotional, mental and ethereal. We still behind of the times especially with technology… but still… I KEEP noticing that we’re now nearly in sync with everybody else even in developed AND developing countries around the globe… so I’m not that foolish to think we’re “safe”! :(
May I ask where you’re getting your newsworthy resources of information? Since the Osama Death case… I find the nightly news more and more distorted and untrustworthy and surreal… like on the inside I’m now seeing what’s behind the curtains: the puppet masters working their hands on their puppets on the tv/computer screens… reporting to us not that important “news” and/or fanaticism/fear-driven ideals. As a matter of fact… I find any information coming from the MSM NOT true and inaccurate to the T.
For instance… with all kinds of people dying in my circle… I don’t feel that there are still 7 billion people anymore. My Intuition is telling me 5 billion as of now… but how can I find the REAL newsworthy source in this 3D realm where everywhere I go it torts the same thing! Is there a grass-rooted one you go to online, to find REAL newsworthy information? I go to Yesmagazine.com… but still… is there another one that tells it like it is? Is the Wikileaks the ONLY source of transparency??? I don’t want to go there now because everyone in power is on it like mad crazy… says my Intuition.
I can only continue expanding my container garden… learning more and more about planting vegetables, fruits and flowers from Intuition, the Internet and Mother Nature Herself. She even brought someone to me out of the blue who is very grounded in the Earth… sharing with me how Lunar Cycles are important to know what the plants need and want… while commending me for taking such initiatives… as he too finds we’re heading there. So all I can say for preparation…. is to talk to the Earth for survival and guidance.

The jobs numbers are “cooked” just like the other economic numbers. It is “happy talk” that the Elites are foisting on the masses to make us think that everything is fine and dandy. One of the tells on the information that comes out is where they say the jobs are being created — usually in service industries like restaurants – which basically means more jobs at fast food franchises! Those are not living wage jobs. The economic news from the MSM (Main Stream Media) is just the happy talk from the Elites. Listen to it with a big ole salt shaker next to you.
Denise, pardon me for hopping in and answering before you — I have been researching this for over a year now.
To everyone – don’t fear, just store up a month or more of food and supplies (remember that things like toilet paper may go away). Watch for things like fewer products on your store shelves. The world depends on “just in time” delivery and when the breakdown begins in earnest, there will be about a weeks worth of stuff left in stores. We have been stocking up by going to food pantries (we are eligible — if you aren’t eligible don’t do it!) and taking our share of commodities and such. There will come a time when we need it.
Don’t fear! the answer to fear is preparation. The transition from a monied system to an cooperative system is coming.

I have a question about the US economy and the last throws of Ascension for the rest of Humanity:
I just recently heard on World News… that jobs for Americans are making a huge comeback… due to the rise and demands of salary/wage-costs of the Chinese workers, that are now in par with American workers. It looks like the inevitable that the economy is coming back… but something is not quite what it seems.
With all the systems falling apart left, right and centre… how can the New Earth come in full swing … in its full regalia… if the economy is bouncing back to near normal as the majority of the people are fighting it to bring back the jobs and winning? It looks like they are fighting with sheer gusto to have more jobs and are winning…
What bugs me more is that … whatever happens to America… happens to all of us outside of America… and in all honesty, as limiting and painful as it is for us Lightworkers… I don’t want jobs to come back… ever. I don’t want any normal Life to ever make a comeback. I’m so looking forward to something NEW to replace jobs/money/money consciousness/the need to feed on materialism/etc… soon… but no signs of new 5D solutions to replace the old in sight… yet.
Or… is this all smoke-and-mirrors from the Global Elite yet again? Are there any signs of the current planets that say something else? I know I ought not to focus on such things from such Media hype but… it bugs me to have anything.<

i’m a little beat confuse last year i was opening myself to a higher dimension i started to have very intense “dreams” live vivid dreams more like live scenes and also my intuition was extremely open.
i was also having this amazing connection with someone that i know in a higher dimension we would meet in dreams or visions and talk about the spiritual world …. i also felt him walking behind me fallowing me grabbing my spinal cord when i was on a trip in a very spiritual place where there is no phones of any connection to the outside world..
but last nov i had a surgery for breast cancer (i’m blessedly fine now) and since then i feel like everything got blocked inside of me
i don’t dream anymore, i don’t feel anything anymore and i don’t have that deeper connection at the moment…
i’ve been feeling lots of ascension symptoms … one that is very commune is this warm sensation in my heart chakra also very deep sadness in that area and REALLY hard time for breathing there is many more symptoms but this are the principals and the ones i’m having at the moment…
I’ve been doing meditation, working with crystals I feel like I have change hugely but still feels like something happened because it feels like i’m stoked …
my question is why do i feel like i’m changing so much and still don’t feels like i haven’t done a lot… and also why all my dreams and intuitive things all that magical stuff has gone :(
i did some work with my crystals incase i had an etheric tear but still nothing …

Firstly, I’m glad your surgery went well and that you’re fine now. :)
You’re changing so much for the simple reason that living the Ascension Process changes us tremendously! That’s what it does, and not always in ways we expect it to. One of those ways is that we usually evolve beyond our much loved pre-Ascension Guides, our multidimensional Assistants, and Inner Plane Teachers etc. Living the Ascension Process shifts us to new levels which means our positive old Multi-D Guides and Light Buddies ALSO get to move forward themselves.
The other common thing many people feel is what you’ve mentioned; the “I’m not doing enough to help change the world” feeling or belief. The primary way we each can help humanity, Earth, our old Guides, Teachers, our past life selves, and everything and everyone everywhere is to individually live the Ascension Process and transmute our lower stuck emotional energies and integrate our projected fears n’ crap. Just by individuals doing their own Inner Work, which the Ascension Process automatically triggers in us, they make it that much easier and faster for all other people coming up behind them to enter the Ascension Process themselves. No greater gift can one person give to another than to make it a bit easier for them to also evolve and Ascend out of negativity, polarity, and all that goes with it.
So…you see by YOU living the Ascension Process yourself YOU have “done more” than you can imagine for the rest of humanity and for Earth, for all of those Multi-D Guides, Teachers etc. who also want to move on to their next levels of learning and so on. “Doing” only needs to be done by each of us within ourselves to help everything and everyone everywhere to also move forward.
And as you continue evolving very quickly via the current Ascension Energies, know that the old familiar pre-Ascension tools you’ve used (like 3D crystals, gemstones or whatever they were) probably won’t work for you anymore because you’ve evolved beyond them. You will however be learning to use NEW 5D tools like High Heart or Unity Consciousness and so much more. :)

I’ve had an experience and I can’t shake it off. If you have a bit of time, would you tune in for me and help to understand?
Here it is: I saw 3D almost completely sealed off from Higher Dimensions. I saw only one ‘opening’/gateway, but there was a sword in it, blocking the way. Because I wanted to cross over to Higher Dimensions, I tried to remove the sword. As it was pointing down to 3D, I had no other choice, but to grab it by the blade. I tried to pull it, it did not move, but cut my hands badly. There was blood on the blade and on my hands. As I let go of the blade, the blood disappeared and the cut on my hands healed instantly. I tried two more times, ended up with the same outcome. Then the ‘image’ was gone,left me with the feeling:I’m cut off..
It wasn’t a dream or a vision. It was a ‘moving image’ of me ‘doing it’ and at the same time watching it.
I get the message of it, I’m cut off… but, somehow I have the feeling there is more to understand. Especially about the sword and the blood..?
I’m in the ‘waiting room/void for a while now.
I know/feel that, a /fighting/ phase of my life plan just ended. So, I’m sitting-waiting for the next /hopefully the last in 3D/ phase to start.
Because of the ‘cut off’/waiting feeling, I’d really appreciate any insight you might have for me Denise.

Keep in mind that everything I’m going to say about your vision is my understanding about it. It’s up to you to discern ALL of this info and what you’ve seen. :)
Earth has been and still is literally “sealed off from Higher Dimensions”. The Dark Ones did this long ago and they and the humans they control to keep the rest of humanity running the way they want them to, have maintained this control and isolation of 3D Earth and humanity from the Light, from positive normal higher energies, awareness, life-force from Source and much more. Earth has literally been in quarantine for a very long time.
The Ascension Process and the Starseeds/Lightworkers/Wayshowers etc. have been and still are working very hard to end this profound negativity over all of humanity and Earth.
The sword you clairvoyantly saw has to do with certain energetic locks and control devices the Dark Ones put in place over 3D Earth and humanity long, long ago and in this case they’ve used and distorted certain religious beliefs to help maintain all this. Since last Oct. and even more so at the start of Nov. 2010, this HUGE change and battle has been unfolding in 3D and in 4D, plus higher dimensions with the Dark Ones and all of their old control and imprisonment devices (frequency fences) being removed finally by the Light. It’s still happening today and will continue throughout the rest of 2011 very intensely. This is why the Middle East is going nuts now; the Dark Ones (physical and non-physical Beings) are experiencing the Light and the “Restoration” manifesting, and also finally being expressed through the younger generations in all of those countries. This battle is spreading like wildfire everywhere and is unfolding in the USA now through the Nine Eleven Override I’ve talked about and much, much more. 2011 is an extremely intense phase of the Dark Ones FINALLY being cut-off from all of the energies they’ve used to feed and fuel themselves forever via humanity, the Starseeds/Lightworker/Indigos etc. And…they…are…way…pissed…about…it…all! And they have been and will continue attacking any who carry Light until this is completely finished too.

Breaking free and ending the long energy theft and siphoning that the Dark Ones have done to all of us for eons is playing out this year. It really is a Battle but the outcome is a done deal already. What advice would you give to those who use their lack of progress in the ascension process, as measured by “symptoms” they experience or don’t experience, as another way to berate and degrade themselves? I know you explain the concept of stair steps on your blog often, but some of us never seem to be able to take the first step because we’re so mired in negativity. The more we read about others’ extraordinary experiences, the more frustrated we become. At this stage, we fear we’ll never “catch up.”

Forget about symptoms if you’re not having them. Look instead to what changes you’ve been going through internally and externally over the past many years. Not everyone will have symptoms or the same symptoms in the same exact ways at the same time. You are changing nonetheless.
With what feels like 573 planets in Aries now…change has arrived in very large, bold ways. Let Uranus in Aries do what it will and fly solo in your unique experiences and awareness. Reduce lower consciousness thinking and allow Uranian higher mind knowing to unfold in and around you now.

Hi Denise! I’m adamancy up there, but I changed my account. I just wanted to talk about my ascension process.
I’m just wondering about temporary memory loss and amnesia as the result of ascension because lately ever since 2011, I keep loosing my memories of my 3-D life and instead, my memories from my multidimensional lives across the Universe is being downloaded into me. It’s like lately, if I wanted to know something, I just have to meditate and search my soul, and poof, the memories are there! I keep seeing my ET selves and their 5D, 6D, and 7D aspects. It was a rush.
My spirit guides told me to take as much pictures as I can as I go with the flow of my Earth physical Earth incarnation.
But also come with this ascension process, I got some really nasty instant karma/soul shit popping up in my face. Last year, it was a monthly basis.
But this year, ever since April, I feel like this nasty soul shit/instant karma become manifested in the physical realm on a WEEKLY basis. It’s like my Higher Self just wanted to take out the trash and bring in new stuff to benefit me and Earth.
Because I know I’m a starseed, and an old soul and highly advanced soul (since I have a simultaneous life upkeeping the Atlantis ethereal temples), my ascension and transformation process of 3D to 5D energy housed in my body jumped in 2 years.

I’ve said over the past few years that soon, many of us would view our current lives/selves/memories/experiences etc. as a “past life”.
Ascension is us evolving up and out of polarized 3D, linear time and awareness while having our egos be THE only boss and reality interpreter, polarized brains and consciousness and much more. As one begins living these Ascension-related transitions “reality” starts changing into other things. Memory loss and forgetting our lives prior to the start of our individual Ascension Process is normal and part of it. Our sense of little individual linear “self” is evolving to embody more of our SELF. Our sense of self is also becoming increasingly multidimensional consciously I mean. We’ve always been multidimensional Beings but now we’re increasingly becoming consciously aware of our actual multidimensionality. This is why the main channel you’ve been tuned into and have perceived as your “self” is expanding to take in many other of your “selves” in other dimensions and world etc. This conscious incorporating can be of other past lives we’ve had on 3D Earth, and they can also include other lives and timelines in other dimensions such as what you’re perceiving.
What’s really happening to you (and many people now) is your sense of “self” is evolving and expanding to cover more cosmic and multi-d ground thanks to the ongoing Ascension Process. :)

Oh wow, I LOVE this subject so much. When my granddaughter was born, I recognized her and she recognized me – we just “knew”. As a newborn she would just stare into my eyes and we have always been able to send love back and forth to each other. Her mother (my daughter) “knows” things too but for some reason it all just scares her to death and she tries to block it. She called me in tears the other day because she got up in the night with the baby (not quite a year old) and the baby was looking at the corner in the room and saying “What’s that? What’s that??” My daughter turned her away but she craned her head around and said “What’s that?” and she started pointing at the corner. Then she started waving too, which is when my daughter exited the room with her, on the run I might add, LOL. I’m pretty sure I know who was in the room with them but, well, it terrifies my daughter so much that I just have to zip it! I’m sure that little baby will teach her mommy a LOT!

Yep, these NEW Indigo souls or whatever they’re called now are going to be teaching their still entrenched and/or fearful parents, their teachers and everyone else whose wise enough to listen to them and sense they really know what they’re talking about and perceiving. I’m so glad that you have her and she has you. It’s still tough on the planet with so much confusion, change, disinformation, religious, and now paranormal stuff for people to dig their ways through if they can’t tell/discern themselves. These new souls will help shift the masses into expanded awareness too.
