I could so relate to what you’re writing about your niece. I have a young nephew in a similar position. He is just a shining light, but, because he’s disabled, his parents cannot see it. They are far from religious, unless money and material goods are a religion (which it might be for them), but they constantly hold him back and treat him differently than his siblings and have even gone so far as to neglect him. My understanding is that he doesn’t quite fit into their “perfect life” and so he’s an embarrassment to them. Another sister and niece (who are more like us but in an exclusively Christian foundation) were over there the other day and told him I wished him a Happy Easter. He smiled and then looked sad (probably because I’m so far away and he hasn’t seen me in a long time). Luckily, he is pretty self-sufficient and has withdrawn into his own little world and I have sent him some spirits to watch out for him. And, we should all know, as you do, that we can energetically be wherever we want to be. I gave him big hugs last night. Somehow I think they’ll be okay with what they have and what people like us around them can give to them. And, yes, it is very uncomfortable being in his parents’ house! Well, your niece is so lucky to have your love and now everyone who reads this can also send her energy to help her through. Thanks for sharing that, Deb.

I have been watching from a distance what is being done to my beautiful little niece, who was 8 on April 4th. She is a beautiful little star child who is being drugged, punished and treated like a crazy person because of her Starchild tendencies…
I suspect this is the penalty she is paying for incarnating into a Catholic family so there must be some reason for her to be here… I don’t know what to do for her or even how to start trying. I have talked to her about her invisible friends (one named Innana is particularly close to her) and I hope those invisible friends are caring for her in ways that her earth family cannot.
We bonded when she was an infant suffering greatly with colic – as I did when I was an infant… Earth food is not easy on Starseed … we laid on the floor, her heart chakra against my heart chakra, and she cried herself to sleep (farting all the way — it was kind of cute!) She slept like that for two hours before her parents came home (I was babysitting for them). So, I know that she “knows” me but we tend to keep our distance at family things because the energies are so intense both between us and incoming from the family — the family seems to instinctively know we are “different”. But today, the family prayed over their Easter meal and invited Shannon to lead the prayer. She chose the Johnny Appleseed song that so many of us sang in Girl Scouts. The interesting thing was that she and I were the only ones who knew it and so we sang it together. A weirdly energetic moment for the two of us and a very exclusionary moment for the family. My mother-in-law said to me “Deb I didn’t know you knew that.” Shannon said “I did.” and smiled. It was a good moment in a very harsh environment. Sometimes all we can do for the little 5D Star Children is send them a bit of energy. They cannot be repressed if they know that there are those of us out here.

If you have some free time, would you help me to understand some things about children and 4D?
Since last summer I can see noticeable differences in the vibrations of children. I can see/feel if the child is ‘vibrates’ on 3D,4D or 5D frequency. I don’t really pay attention to 3D anything any more, so I have questions about 3D children.
I can understand the 5D energies in children, it’s ‘like’ they are already there(in 5D). Many times I feel that they don’t belong in 3D and that’s why so many children are not at all comfortable here with their 3D parents.
What I’d like to know more about is 4D energies in children. I’m picking up soft, loving energy from these kids, it makes me want to hug them and ‘swim’ in that beautiful energy they filled with. I identify this as 4D energy, completely different from 5D kids.
I couldn’t find any article from you about 4D, so that’s why I’m asking for more information.
I don’t know why is it important for me to have a clear understanding of it, but it’s bugs me for days now.

Okay, I’m gonna try this again now that Mercury’s gone Direct! :roll: Thanks for being patient.
First of all to me 4D is the entire Astral Plane – from the lowest most dark, negative and ugly levels, up to the highest. I realize plenty of people believe something different from this, but from the decades I’ve spent in it, 4D is the Astral Plane.
5D is a totally different and larger dimension with amazingly different energies and residents and this is what it sounds like you’re perceiving/feeling in these new young children. Realize that these higher frequency souls (these children you’re talking about – aka Indigos) couldn’t even come into the old polarized patriarchal 3D pre-Ascension Earth reality because it was (and for many still is) WAY too dense, stupid, polarized, ugly, cruel, violent, possessed, negative, toxic in every way, and insane for them. It would break them and destroy their bodies, hearts and minds. Hell, it’s nearly done this to the Starseed Lightworkers and other Lightworkers that came in first to clear, transmute, and create a Pathway of Light for Light so these higher frequency souls could incarnate later!
These new higher frequency souls (the new “Root Race” to use an old Eastern term) incarnating early are wired with 5D consciousness. Some of them (exactly like many of the Starseeds/Lightworkers/Wayshowers) are having a hard time incarnating so early with these higher energies and consciousness in themselves while having to live in a toxic, stress-filled, violent but transitioning world that they respond to the conflicting energies and conflicting levels of soul awareness and development that still exists today on Earth. This massive gap is shrinking rapidly now in 2011 and soon it won’t exist on the NEW Earth as was allowed on the old Earth. The old Earth let any and all in, whereas the NEW Earth only allows entry to souls vibrating within a specific frequency range. What a relaxing joy just that will be!
My point is that some of these new incarnating “children” -who aren’t children at all- are coping with volatile life on Earth today in different ways just like we Starseeds/Lightworkers/Wayshower are. Some of them are able to radiate more of the High Heart energies/awareness so they feel to us to BE Love, gentleness, compassion etc. Others of them probably protect themselves to some degree (until all of the lower frequency riff-raff is gone) by hovering (existing, residing) at slightly higher, faster frequencies (dimensional layers) which appear to some of us to be very fast mental and/or genius levels.
Their energies run so fast that they seem to some to have something “wrong” with them but actually they’re just running much more higher energies through themselves already. I love them so for this but also sympathize with them because it hurts doing that -not to mention profoundly frustrating- in a world that’s more dense vibrationally than you are. All of this is about Stair Steps or levels and stages of compress evolution and dimensional shifting and all of us climbing those transitional energy and consciousness steps.
I too have had periods where I fluctuate between being very High Heart and then being very High Mind or High Consciousness. Increasingly thank gawd, these two are becoming one and unifying which is what I think we’ll see these new incoming souls be able to manifest more easily too.
From what I’ve experienced to date of 5D, and also of interacting for all my life with a handful of Starbeings from different levels of 5D (and 6D and 8D), 5D is the dimension we would call “Love”. You can’t have Unity Consciousness (that “we are all One” business) and not have Love, high compassion, total honesty and trust. To us at this point within the transition 5D is the dimension of total trust, freedom, honesty, ascended individuality, unity, creativity and Love.

I get the impression that you’re indicating that I must circumvent my reason
in order to discover what the truth is for myself. Unfortunately, this is easier
said than done. Reason is the only method that hasn’t betrayed me thus far, in
regards to metaphysical discovery. The last time I favored intuitive feelings over
my own reasoning, it resulted in a conversion to Christianity. (very long story)
I was lucky that enough of my reason remained intact for me to discover certain
things in the bible that revealed its falsehood to me over time. As impotent
as reasoning may be in regards to certain problems, scrutiny has its way of
separating what is from what is-not. Surely, there’s a way if I can be persistent
enough to find it… An alternative would be to reconcile myself with the idea of
not-knowing. (this is unacceptable, even if I be meant to never know)
Living without a belief is as difficult as believing. I have heard the ancient
philosophers also struggled in futility with these questions. ‘Where am I going
and from where have I come?’ I will be unsatisfied with constructing my own answer
for these questions if it remains untested and untried, no matter how perfectly
it fits into the puzzle for me. I have learned by slow and difficult means that
ultimately a lie, no matter how beautiful, is a lie. I guess I’d rather be
informed than happy. (call me a fool, I won’t deny it)
I suppose I was hoping for an easy solution to be found within
the realm of magics and alternative beliefs. Such an expectation is unfair to
others, to be sure. Though I am a selfish creature. If I should actually discover
an answer however, all can expect me to share it with any who might listen.

I will save any further ‘debate’ for a different (and more appropriate) place

I feel you…I hear you…and I know what you’re saying and why you’re questioning…I honestly do.
I try to “teach” or pass on higher knowledge through my writings. I also try to do this by how I say what I do…and by what I oftentimes intentionally leave out! My point is that I try to teach by also showing how certain higher knowledge was attained by myself, and how I often have had to back engineer experiences in my life to get a larger overview of it. I’ve learned that using what I call lower 3D polarity consciousness (left brain egoic intellect, and right brain access to Source/The All That Is/Higher Self etc.), keeps one endlessly bouncing back and forth between those two 3D levels of awareness. And trust me, this is exactly what and where negative entities (physical and non-physical) want humanity to remain trapped!
I’m saying that we have numerous other ways to perceive, to sense, to feel, to know, to collect higher level information than strictly with our polarized left brains and ego selves…IF we’re open to receive/perceive information in these types of different ways. That is what this discussion is really all about. Can you allow yourself to perceive/receive higher information/knowledge etc. using other parts, other aspects, other perceptive tools that you possess naturally that are NOT your left brain intellect? I know that you can…but I also know that this old familiar aspect of your self has become your #1 tool of perception and reality filter and that you’re attached to it. If you and your soul desire more from life and reality, then you are going to have to evolve beyond this old and much lower perceptual tool that has/is/and will continue to keep you stuck within one vary narrow range of perception and reality. I want so much more for you than that and yet, no one can make that change within you but you. You already know all this I realize…
My physical body informs me of certain situations and I’ve learned my body is always right. My intuition feeds me information all the time too. My guts (solar plexus) scream information at me and it is always correct too. The cells of my physical body remember crap “I” don’t recall, and yet I’ve learned – the hard way – to listen to the information my cells retain and try to pass along to “me”. And then there’s all of the higher levels of perception also. Bottom line is that you’ve got to allow (and train) yourself to perceive using different aspects of not only your own physical body, but also your right brain and your Heart. That is how you’ll connect with what you’re craving; through the incredible Consciousness that exists (that we’re evolving/ascending now into) right in our High Hearts. It is how higher Beings perceive…not the intellect, ego, and polarity. ;)

It’s entitled Changing of the Guard (March 2011) and in it she talks about EXACTLY what you and I have been discussing and struggling with. It is a truly great article and as soon as Lisa publishes it on her website, I will quote all of it and share it here. I hope you will read it and connect some of it with what we’ve been struggling with here. This is very important and timely.

I have a question. A question that troubles me a great deal, to be honest.
It is in regards to the underlying principle of the cosmos…
I’ll warn you, I was a firm adherent to the Newtonian, determinist way of
thinking for a great many years. I currently have no firm beliefs formed,
(which is a problem for me when making moral decisions) due to my current
lack of a rational, working paradigm. Still, it seems that you give thought to
certain abstract concepts that I cannot openly discuss with neighbors and friends.
I would value any outside ideas that you could offer on the dichotomy. Oh and
thanks again for your timely response to my dream-post, Denise. I do not
necessarily agree with all of your conclusions, but you did give me several
interesting things to consider. I find it doesn’t hurt to cast a wider net now and
again to catch some differing perspectives than my own on a problem.
My question arose after I spent some free-time contemplating the nature
and aspects of nothingness and infinity. It occurred to me that an empty void
would not constitute true ‘nothingness’ because space exists within it. True
nothingness would occupy no space and have no movement/’time’. I labelled this
a ‘zero-factor’ for the sake of mental-organization as well as a disambiguation
from my concept of an abyss. (i will reveal the relevence of this later on)
When passing the idea of infinity through the filter of my reasoning, I was
confronted with another thought; that logically – all things that exist must
have, at some point or other, begun to exist. (this is excluding a never-ending
cycle, such as the snake eating its own tail, which prompts me to ask ‘where did
the snake come from’) It occurred to me also that it might be logical to assume that
all things which have a beginning also have and ending.
A problem I encountered was how something could spontaneously arise from nothing.
Until this point I had considered ORDER to be the underlying principle of the
cosmos upon which everything functions. I considered chaos (in the cosmic sense)
to be nothing more than an illusion, much like free will or the tooth-fairy was
for me at that point in time.
It seems to me now that true chaos may infact be, not only a reality, but also
a necessary factor in the creation of the entire universe. Of course this is a
simple Objective-vs-Subjective internal debate about the nature of ‘everything’.
In a universe where chaos reigns however, it’s entirely possible for a man to be
playing a game of billiards and when he strikes a ball with his que-stick, the ball
transforms into a duck and flaps off the table. One is lead to wonder what is
holding the fabric of our seemingly-ordered universe/reality together at all. Being
that reason is built upon order, chaos itself would be quite incomprehensible to
someone who uses reason as a sole tool of discernment.
I formed a hypothesis based upon this ideological framework, regarding the
formation of the universe. The previously mentioned ‘zero factor’ would be
within the center of a toroid or ‘fat doughnut’. The inside of the doughnut
would be our ordered universe. In-between, would exist an ongoing ‘chaos event’
that I could only describe as the blackened area on a piece of paper after it has
had a hole burned through it. It may be that as primordial matter/energy is
born at the chaos event on the border with zero-factor, it expands outward into
the ordered universe where entropy and rigidity sets in and the matter/energy takes
more complex forms and identity. The continuous ‘push’ of creation, coupled with
gravity would cause matter and energy to cycle around the toroid back into a
destructive chaos event on the other face of the universe where order breaks
down once again. There may also be miniature chaos events that exist in small
pockets throughout the ordered toroid that would explain paranormal happenings.
(yes i’m ranting incessantly, but please bear with me. my actual question follows)
The ultimate problem I am confronted with is a lack of understanding.
I have a basic, general hypothesis though and testing it properly might give me
the 1-truth answer I’m looking for, if I be daring enough to do so.
Here is my question: …How do I go about conducting an objective
reality-experiment within a subjective cosmos, or vice-versa’?
In my studies on the workings of magic, I have found repeated references toward
the idea that for magic to work, the practicioner must firmly believe it. Of course,
if the practicioner already believes, then the results of the experiment could be
tainted with biases and results that did not occur, but rather that the practicioner
had convinced himself to have occurred. I have one possible solution that involves
finding a believer and convincing them to act as a mediator and bring about the
manifestation of a being that I, as an observer, might sit and converse with while
taking notes. Unfortunately, this solution could be extraordinarily dangerous and
comes with many other problems as well. I would like to defer to the judgement of
those who have more experience with the esoteric. Any kind of answer or advice to
help me on this would be much appreciated.

Looong ago, when I was a kid, my parents had a Nash. Just thought I’d share that with you. :)

Aaahh the male left-brain! You guys (and plenty of females too) always try to get from Point A to Point B using tools that were designed to function within Point A only. The left-brain intellect isn’t big enough, flexible enough, free enough, non-linear enough to be capable of accessing and comprehending all of the amazing stuff that naturally exists within Point B. The right-brain is however.
Better still is what’s happening via the compressed evolutionary/ascension process; the Rewiring of the human brain so that it’s a whole brain that’s not polarized with a great dividing shield between the two hemispheres. This Ascension Process is quickly evolving the human species (those ready for it and who desire it that is) into a very different and vastly higher vibrating level of consciousness. For that to be able to happen while we’re still in the same bodies we were born into here, plenty of big changes needed to happen in both body and brain, DNA etc., which it has and still is doing. If you doubt me in this too, realize that you would not have even been able to perceive that you were NOT accessing other levels of consciousness and “reality” and asked me your question!
At this point within the compressed evolutionary/ascension process we’re able to intentionally shift our point of focus a bit, shift our frequency up or down on the multidimensional vertical pole a bit to perceive other dimensions…and sometimes some of the Beings that exist within them. Think of this like intentionally moving the dial on a radio to pick up and bring in other stations. As we become more used to perceiving and functioning outside of 3D linear consciousness and time space, we’ll adapt to being in and perceiving within a quantum state of consciousness and won’t become lost or confused by this. I’ve been living this off and on for many years already so I could share what I’ve learned so far with people like you in this here and now.
This is a huge and complex topic and one that I enjoy very much because I’ve done both the left-brained, scientific-like intellectual researching and questioning, but I’ve always done the right-brained, non-linear, multidimensional, quantum living/learning/perceiving. I’ve discovered that your polarized question, and these very polarized types of experiences, are rapidly evolving into something well beyond polarity. Once the left and right brain hemisphere’s are Rewired we won’t simply have two polarized brain halves reconnected as a new whole brain. We’ll have a third higher thing that’s so much more than just reconnecting the two…
In other words, by my (and your) bouncing back and forth between our left and right brain halves trying to perceive more at higher levels and frequencies, AND then intellectualize and express what we’ve perceived when back in a lower frequency dimension/world/reality, we’re building something new within ourselves that is beyond these two old methods of perception, these two polarized brain halves. We’re evolving so our consciousness is evolving and it’s doing so in ways that exist above and beyond the two tools you listed in your question. By us doing this it too is helping to evolve us and our methods and tools of perception. Oh we’re deep into it now! :lol:
Past Scientists did/do external experiments using their left-brained intellects. Mystics, Seers, Shamans etc. live them internally and then report about their journeys and discoveries to any who may be interested. I’m a mystic and a seer and this has always been my primary way of perception. I’ve learned how to intentionally shift back and forth between these two tools of perception, but I know that I’m evolving into new territory (quantum-ness) and functioning differently than I have most of my life. The same thing is unfolding within you oldscience, as it is for increasing numbers of people everywhere. I ask you to allow yourself, your mind, your heart, your soul, the Universe and everything else that you do and do not even know about, the room to assist you in the compressed evolutionary changes happening now. Get out of your own way in other words and don’t limit what’s evolving within you by your old lower world consciousness, belief systems, and awareness etc. Just go with the higher cosmic flow and take notes about it all later when you’re in that level of consciousness if you wish. However, expect MORE because that’s what’s really happening within each of us now. :)

Since I’m reading your materials I’m having ‘mental’ conversations with you and last night it occurred to me that it might be an annoying energy for you. Sorry about that! I assume you can feel it, one way or another when somebody ‘locks on’ you. That was me for the last 3days, sorry..!
I’ve read your material about the dark ones /2010.May.26,27/ and I’m glad, you put that information out there. People have really know idea what’s around and within them. In many cases I’m happy for them, not be able to see those beings it’s a blessing, but yes! they must know about the dark beings, so they can recognize them and the effects.
I’ve had different phases, jobs,/jobless/missions, since I’ve started the ascension process in 1999. But the last 5 years it’s all about the dark for me.
My latest mission is to cleans people and Earth from dark energies and beings. By tuning into Source I make the connection in between Source and a person ,/what most people can’t do for themselves yet/ and while holding the connection, Source literally sucks out/that’s how I see it/ all dark energies or being that attached to that person. It’s truly amazing and it’s done within minutes.
Because I can see all what’s happening during the connection to Source I can give information to that person after, when it’s all done. And by having an answers to what was effecting her/his life and knowing that is over , that person can move on. It is a life altering cleansing for many people. The other amazing thing is, I don’t have to be with that person to make the connection, all I need is her/his permission to do it.
I had been doing the same with houses, lands, caves, and so on..
Anything can be effected by dark forces and now I see, everything can be cleansed.
The purity of this way of cleansing/by Source/ is what I found unique. It is pure and untouched by any earthly old method or teaching or believes. It’s done by Source and I’m the ‘translator’ at the end to put it into words, so that person can understand what was the cleansing about.
I felt like sharing all this with you, but I won’t be surprised if this way of cleansing isn’t new for you.
Many times I feel restless and want to do more/now that I have a powerful way of doing it/, but I have to except that people are waking up from a very deep sleep and it takes time for them to realize what’s around and within them.

‘Oftentimes “loving someone” in this way is really about us letting go of with a totally clean emotional slate and no wounds/love/hate/fear/guilt/ego-based sense of obligation and/or responsibility etc… if you are resolved inside yourself about all things Dad related…then you can rather effortlessly step away from him and whatever things he still does…’
Yes… I resonate with what you say here… as the same family drama has played out last evening… which was a few hours ago really… so this in in good timing. As Mum carried on with lots of stress written on her face, but passionately in anger about his ego-driven ways to me, I found myself the Observer… while my Higher Self insisted on me to say little to her. I realized that it’s not just me who needs to make peace with his lower conscious ways… so this dream my sister dreamt is more on her subconscious take on HER Life. I still need to let him go… and so he’s there to teach me and have me keep on practicing until his hold on me emotionally and psychologically be no more. Maybe it was my old self that died along with him, that my sister “witnessed”.
My Higher Self has also notified to me… that if it were a real prophetic dream… it would have that signature of one… such as symbols, getting more memory on details and such… and with no fear nor any ego involvement. Again… my HS has nudged me to notice that it’s her dream… not mine… and this is obviously her Soul speaking to her… not me. Since there was some ego and distortions in the message too on that day, I would take my sister’s dream with a grain of salt.

I have a question about someone’s dream about me that has a message for me: one of my youngest sisters dreamt the “apocalypse”… the end of the world thing… in which she and all of her family surviving it and making it to the other side… except me and Dad… who stayed in the old world and sank with it. As I am no longer emotionally attached to him… but find his low consciousness energy a twinge when he’s in the same room as I’d be in … I was upset by this, as I am VERY much looking forward to the New Earth. Is the dream telling me that I need to be at peace with him by smothering more love for him (which feels like submission)… or is the dream telling me to completely let him go from my energy (which I have done and continue to do so, so I am puzzled) … or… is the dream telling me something else I have overlooked…?
I’m not surprised that she had an apocalypse-dream… as it is the Soul’s way of communicating to the self to guide one through it… which is an obvious sign about 9th March… but when I first heard it… I was frightened and upset… so I went within to transmute. Mum told me that the dream may mean that I need to find complete closure towards my Dad… love him in spite of himself… as everyone in the family has and loves him dearly. Then again… your latest blogs mentioned that the dark beings are still psychically attacking us and one of their tricks is entering the Dream-World… as I had to keep my guard on during a recent dream, which had me nearly on edge when I woke up… Mum had hers with me freeing myself from a male prisoner… and now probably one of my sisters… unknowingly being used by them, so that I stay in fear for their feeding ground.

Oftentimes “loving someone” in this way is really about us letting go of with a totally clean emotional slate and no wounds/love/hate/fear/guilt/ego-based sense of obligation and/or responsibility etc. In other words, if you are resolved inside yourself about all things Dad related…then you can rather effortlessly step away from him and whatever things he still does/says that do not fit with your new higher frequency state. “Loving someone” from our polarized ego-based selves is nothing remotely comparable to “loving someone from our integrated, higher vibrating selves. The two things are barely recognizable!
I would remind you that this dream was not yours but your sister’s, and you (in my opinion), should not totally buy into her dream/dreams. Take whatever you can learn from her dream but do not believe her dream as your reality. But it sounds like your Mom’s sense about this dream is correct. You may still have some unresolved emotional issues with your Dad that you need to deal with inside yourself. Or…your sister has some issues about things and you need to see that. Hard to tell where this is really coming from, so it’s up to YOU to discern and do the inner work on yourself and not become distracted or fooled by anyone else’s dreams.

On a website I read regularly, which is not a particularly spiritual website, the conversation has turned more and more to “time slips”. Specifically the conviction that time has stopped, moved backward or forward. Some stories being related include people seeing their digital clocks having different times at different locations in their home, it taking longer or less time to get somewhere, one guy talked about a timeslip on a transAtlantic flight where the flight actually arrived 25 minutes before they were supposed to accompanied by strange things on the flight – so much so that the flight crew was surprised to land 25 minutes early – oddly there was a headwind. One of the strangest stories was a woman who went to the store, bought one box of hair color (the receipt showed only one box), colored her hair and then found the unopened box of hair color on the counter where she’d originally put it, BUT her hair was colored.
I have personally experienced a timeslip recently where I lost about 20 minutes just standing outside looking at the sky. For me seconds had gone by, but there was a chemtrail in the sky that went from a small line to virtually dissipated in those seconds.
One of the people writing in to the above-referenced site proposed that these timeslips have something to do with some one or ones messing with the timestream from uptime and causing anomalies.
This person explains it better than me:
“Any time some one from the future reaches into the past to make a change in a specific “time line” there are side effects. If my “time line” is changed there is usually no noticeable event to my perception. Other people’s “time lines” are not changed. But there is a linkage between the “time lines”. A poorly designed time change does not take into consideration all the linkages. And where the linkages do not flow together nicely a discontinuity will be created. This is often observed by you, for example, as a few minutes lost or gained.”

I’m sure at this point that more and more people are experiencing linear 3D time not behaving as they believe it should! ;) Boy are they in for some big surprises throughout 2011 with this “time” business.
With the combination of our brain Rewiring (out of polarized 3D ego-based consciousness) and body Rewiring (out of old lower dense 3D polarized reality), increasing numbers of people are and will continue to experience linear consciousness and time simply not doing/being what they’re used to it doing/being. The brain Rewire is allowing us to perceive beyond polarized, linear time/space, and is assisting us in returning to 5D Unity consciousness which can easily be quantum and multidimensional. (I’m going to add here that this too is what our return to “Universal Society” is all about. We’ve evolved/ascended to a higher level of awareness and because of this will be able to perceive and interact with many 5D, 6D and higher Starbeings/ETs, Beings etc. All of these issues goes along with our Ascension related brains/bodies having been Rewired.)
With expanded/evolved/ascended Unity or High Heart Consciousness, the person is now capable of perceiving and consciously functioning within more than one dimension simultaneously – the old polarized 3D world we all incarnated into – AND this also means they’re no longer trapped within linear “time” either. Consciousness expands = reality expands. ;) Happy times!
Time bends, twists, loops, and is more malleable than our old linear polarized brains/consciousness could comprehend. But now with increasing numbers of people’s brains/bodies having been Rewired to hold more Light energies and Unity consciousness, they’re literally existing within a higher, faster vibrating frequency of existence and linear time does not exist outside of the old lower tightly controlled third dimension of time/space so more people are now beginning to perceive and experience “time” not acting like what they believe it should. Plenty of “reality” is going to continue doing this to more and more people due to the Ascension Process.
Us having to evolve and greatly expand our perception of time and space (and plenty of other things) simply goes along with the Ascension Process, our brain/body Rewiring, the integration of our male/female energies (and so much more), discovering that negative non-physical Dark Beings do indeed exist and have done profoundly horrible things to humanity and time on old lower 3D Earth to keep us un-evolved and trapped in density…because we’re naturally multidimensional, quantum Beings. This and so much more naturally goes along with our evolving/ascending now, and more and more people will be experiencing and perceiving “time” disappearing or their entering a quantum, multidimensional state of awareness where linear time and awareness is much harder to hold on to and/or isolate from everything else.
2011 is a powerful year of portals – the repeating double and triple 11’s throughout the year – and we will live/move through them week by week, month by month, with many of us Lightworkers fighting/transmuting this last stretch of road the Dark Beings are fighting intensely for now. Why? Because we’re paving (and dissolving/disconnecting) this last section of road out of linear time on the old Earth reality. As we inch our ways through 2011’s numerous 11’s energy portals, linear time and polarized consciousness will expand (dissolve) a bit more each week and each month throughout the year. After we’ve made our way through the triple 11-11-11 portal, I expect much larger numbers of people around the planet will be directly experiencing/perceiving well outside the old familiar 3D linear only time/space frequency. This is what 2011 is about; us climbing a very important series of portal stair steps (the double and triple 11’s each month this year) and returning to the beginning stages of “Universal Society”. Others call this “disclosure” about ETs etc., and they can wait for the government to disclose more lies and half-truths…or…they can evolve/ascend and know and live it for themselves. :)

Thank you for asking my question about the trains! Makes a lot of sense! Now I got another thing to share with you.
All right, since I’m a Second Wave Lightworker, I don’t have enough experiences like you do dealing with the dark energies/low vibrational entities. I wasn’t born psychic, so my Higher Self is advanced and decided to do it the harder way. I have to earn all of my powers back from my Higher Self and avatar to deal with those gross energies.
Back in 2010 when my awakening starts, I didn’t have to fight them hard, because I’m picking up the work the First Wavers did, to usher in the new energy. I have some squirmishes with those entities, but they’re nothing.
Now, here’s the thing! Somewhere in the last week of December 2010, my Higher Self warned me that we’ll experience waves, and I do mean, WAVES of dark energies that comes into a swarm. She told they’ll be relentless. I didn’t listen of course, because I didn’t understand the imagery she sent me.
When the energy 1/1/11 came in, I thought things would get better! New Cosmic Energy, yay!
Boy, I was wrong! I’ve been pummeled by these low vibrational shits and their psychic attacks over and over for the past week with no rest or even catching my breath. Each sleep and nap is a brand new nightmare and a brand new battle with each entity who wants a piece of me. I fought hard, but they got no where to go. It’s hard to get any decent sleep, with the dark ones wanting to keep you for the laugh of it. They would attack me via telepathy, sending false images of my loved ones, or projecting their thoughts in my loved ones to verbally and energetically attack me in my waking life! I don’t know how to explain the energies I felt from them, I’m an empath. The disturbing thoughts I received from them is enough to traumatized me on all levels.
It just felt so unreal and surrealistic. I just thought, “WTF happened?!” Last month was good and fuzzy with the Christmas cheer and then this month, then everything collapsed and turned upside down into a brand new level of astral and psychic hell. I thought shit hits the fan when I battled them back them in October when the viel was thin because of Halloween, but that was on a weekly basis. Now with the energy of 2011, it felt like the battle is on a daily basis!

This sort of final Battle phase with the Dark Beings isn’t over for all of us yet. Soon yes, but not quite yet. I’ve written about this before and how these ancient Dark Ones will NOT just give up and walk away because of the “Ascension Process”! Hell no…they’re going to fight and hang on and try to take out or sidetrack as many people carrying Light as they can now.
Because of this final 20-fold time acceleration starting in March 2011, all of this business will also increase because the Dark Beings (non-physical and physical humans) know and feel that their very long reign is ending. They will not go quietly into the night!
Have you read Lisa Renee’s Nov. 2010 “The Restoration” article and the “Command” in it? If not you should. Either check her website or go back to my Nov. 2010 posts to see it because I quoted it here. When I feel some of the Dark energies creeping back in around me I re-read Lisa’s “Command” because reading it only once is not enough for most of us.

For years I had repeated dreams of trying to get on airplanes, waiting in airports, running down runways, being on airplanes trying to get somewhere, flying and landing large planes etc. Yes, these types of dreams are very much about our trying to get from one vibrational and dimensional place/level to another higher one. Train dreams (now) also represent us – along with many other people – trying to get from point A to point B as quickly and safely as possible. If you could see clairvoyantly and/or inter-dimensionally, you’d see millions of people constantly moving about like this as they individually live through the numerous stages and levels of the ongoing Ascension Process and shift from one level to another and another and another. It’s beautiful but very congested! ;)
Our minds try to deal with the current energies and mega changes that the Ascension Process is causing and one way this massive movement is symbolized by us is through our dreams and familiar methods of physical travel…like airplanes and trains. It’s a great sign that you’re well on your way within this Process so relax and just get to where you’re headed in your trains n’ planes dreams. :)

I have just learned a tiny bit about the Second Saturn Return. The whole idea of having to relive the 29-31 years if I screwed them up is disturbing and yet here I am and yes between 29-31 I made piss-poor choices. I am doing some research on this but most of what I am reading has little if anything to do with the ascension process and I suspect that ascension will have an effect on the 2nd Return in ways that were probably unanticipated by most of the writers I am reading. I was wondering if you could give me some perspective on this, particularly now with Saturn in Libra and I am in my 2nd return (as I assume you are as well.) I trust your level-headedness and before I go off looking for an astrologer to tell me how to deal with this I am just wondering if you have words of wisdom in guiding one’s self through this particular 2nd Return. Yep my natal Saturn is at 14 Libra and my Second Saturn Return (from age 59 through 61) began a couple months ago. Honestly I don’t think people like us will experience a harsh or seriously difficult Second Saturn Return simply because we’ve been dealing, feeling, healing, and taking responsibility for ourselves, our thoughts, emotions, actions, projections, beliefs, fears etc. thanks to the ongoing Ascension Process. If not for that, we probably would experience much more difficult experiences during our 2nd Saturn Return! But because we’ve been living the Ascension Process for many years already, we have been dealing with all of the things, energies, issues that Saturn demands we deal with. We’ve been living a sort of constant and seemingly unending Saturn Return for years already with the Ascension Process! Thank gawd for small favors like this one huh?! ;)
For people like us with Saturn in Libra, and these powerhouse planets in other Cardinal signs (Aries, Cancer, Libra, Capricorn), our big lesson is about honestly knowing how and when to draw that line in the sand and NOT let other people, other Beings, other “Others” (that whole Libra business about all others) overstep our Saturnian boundaries for whatever their reason/reasons. This one is hard for us because we’re so great at dealing with the Others out there. However, as I was just talking to lamplighter2 about some of us now HAVING to protect ourselves from those Dark negative Beings, this is also very much an aspect of us learning how to not let those “Others” break through our Saturn natures and energies and flatten us or take advantage of us etc.
Saturn rules physicality, 3D reality, structures, bones which are our inner physical structures, and the very external reality we find ourselves within. Saturn also rules over our taking full responsibility and not projecting our stuff on to someone or something else. If we try to run away from Saturn and responsibility, the Lesson really becomes sever so it’s best to deal with whatever comes up during this Return.
Add in all of those Libra/Venus/7th House qualities to Saturn’s and then place all that in whatever House Libra falls in your natal chart and you’re starting to know how the 2nd Saturn Return will manifest in your life, body, reality etc. So remember to take into consideration which House your natal Saturn is in because that’s the area in life that these Saturnian lessons and learning’s will play out. In my case I have a Libra stellium in my 8th House so my 2nd Saturn Return will play out there AND it will conjunct and activate all of the other planets I have natally in Libra. The fun just never ends huh? :)
Don’t fear, don’t worry…which Saturn excels at naturally or this transit will be harder than it needs to be. That was me talking at myself as much as it was directed at you too. ;) Just deal with whatever comes up, be aware, don’t run away and try to hide, be wise and don’t hesitate to tell someone (or some Dark Beings) NO if that’s what’s needed at the time. We’ve got to do what we’ve got to do but we don’t need to carry all of the “Others” on our backs either. Been there, done that, learned and moved on to other lessons now and discerning what is and isn’t OUR responsibility. See why our 2nd Saturn Return is happening now and how it’s interconnected with our being Lightworkers/Starseeds/Wayshowers? Interesting.
I think you’ll have trouble finding Astrologer’s who are also intimately familiar with the whole Ascension Process and why etc. Barbara Hand Clow is however and this is one huge reason why I enjoy her perspective so. She’s a Lightworker/Starseed Elder and an amazing Astrologer who can read multidimensional energies. You might consider buying her book Liquid Light of Sex: Kundalini, Astrology, and the Key Life Transitions. It’s a potent little book that covers the Saturn Returns, the Uranus Opposition, and the Chiron Return, chakras, energies, and much more. But B.H.Clow does Astrology from this higher level of awareness that’s so much more meaningful and helpful than typical left-brained only astrology that most “normal” astrologer’s produce. I think you’d find it helpful and very interesting now so have a peak.

Thank you so much for your candid response, I agree 100% that I am stuck in the muck and need to get out. Maybe I should have been a bit more clear about my situation if only to help you understand this icky stuck feeling I have. I am a very spiritual person and have been very in tune with my spirit guides and have had a lot of experience with meditation and energy clearing. Regularly I don’t allow anyone to affect me or my environment and I have taken huge steps in letting go of the EGO and moving towards inner peace.
My only major difficulty that has drastically changed recently is that we have moved into my mom’s house…..HER SPACE….making me feel as if I am obligated in certain ways. I am sorry if this sounds like a broken record, I just wanted you to understand that I want to be all about me and who I am but I am trying to respectful in someone else’s home. Does this make sense? I mean it’s so easy to shut someone out that you don’t see every day or have to co-habitat with in there environment. I am not making excuses, I simply mean to explain the main intricate detail of the situation. I read what you said in an earlier post:

I am beginning to see that when I am very positive and happy like my usual self she hates it, and I understand how you said that it’s like “shining a flashlight in someone’s face”, it makes me understand the behavior. I want to feel like being happy and positive is a great thing and that I control my own environment like have done so well for years. It’s that stupid “She’s your mother and deserves respect thing” that puts me in the muck that you talk about. I read that you worked with this type of back and forth issue also for years. I need to draw the line of respect vs. control. I am super good at removing myself from negative environments and not letting people get to me, it’s just this last test of learning how to cope with a very negative being and being able to manifest harmony in strong contrast. I will continue to meditate and work on my inner peace and take this test as my challenge to become a better person and a more advanced soul. Thank you so much for your advice and insight, I will continue to wrap myself in a white light of protection and block out her negative behavior. It’s easier said than done, but it’s so nice to hear from an objective person that her behavior is unacceptable and unhealthy for my environment and partaking in any conversation when she’s trying to pick a fight is only fueling her fire. The really sad part is that I keep trying to involve her in the charity work that I do and she doesn’t understand the point and she thinks that she gives enough love through her job and all the “LOVE” she “Thinks” she gives at home….SICK!! What’s worse is she is a therapist and she sucks the energy from people all day by making them actually listen to her advice as if she is superior to them and she thrives off the energy they give her because she loves anyone portraying a subservient role to hers. Even talking about her gets me worked up in frenzy, this has to stop.
Do you have any suggestions on ways to show her how to ascend and go away from this behavior without me actually saying that? Or is that what you called “trying to talk to a drunk”? LOL!! Does this behavior show that she is a Darkworker? She has done past life regressions and has been alone the past 2 lives because she was looking for her soulmate and never found them and that’s true again this time, does that sound like a common trait of a negative soul/darkworker? Based on what you’ve said, I’m now going to direct you towards yourself. I do NOT mean to hurt your feelings in any way by doing this but to really help you I’ve got to get you to realize how invested YOU are in this energetic interplay with your Mother. I don’t know if you too are addicted to your emotional body battle with your Mom, but it is obvious just from what you’ve said and admitted that you are used to being invested in it, and especially with trying to save or rescue her from herself.
As I said in my first Q&A to you, this with your Mom is like trying to have an intelligent and honest discussion with a drunk; it simply doesn’t work. I also said that your responsibility is YOU and NOT your Mom (or anyone else for that matter). Spiritual work is really about working on ourselves – you and me I mean – and not other people.
I’d like you to read and re-read your second Comment in as neutral a way as you can to see just how much your emotional body was reacting and invested in what your Mom does, says, and doesn’t do. If you can honestly see that and not automatically fall into the emotional need to save and/or rescue her from herself, and if you can turn your focus back on to yourself, then we’ll have made some huge progress. :) This is a test, an Initiation to see if you can stop your own old habitual lower frequency behaviors and reactions etc. and truly get yourself free enough to grow/evolve to the next level of personal, spiritual inner work. I know you can but it’s you that’s important in all this.
So it’s up to you to see yourself honestly, become consciously aware of what all you are doing and not doing due to all of the crap your Mom (or anyone else) is marinating in constantly. Forget about your Mom now because she is not what’s important now…you are and you getting yourself out of this rut you’re stuck in emotionally, energetically, and intellectually. We are totally stuck in the emotional body muck as long as we cannot see ourselves and all of the ways we’re contributing to these types of emotional body addictions, investments, battles, high drama theatrics etc. I’ve struggled with this one myself for decades before I fully understood my own responsibility as The Other Player. Libra/Aries lessons and learning’s… and with transiting Saturn (responsibility and manifesting in physicality) in Libra (all others) and soon Uranus (higher consciousness and sudden, intense changes) back in Aries (individual self) for the next many years…these types of lessons will be in everyone’s faces/hearts like you can’t believe!
I hope this helps you get where you need to be which is self empowered, fully responsible for your own actions/inaction’s etc. and focused on YOU first. We cannot help the Others (whoever they are) until we’ve done the Inner Work on ourselves first. Then we can make suggestions to the Others…but we must let them do their own Inner Work themselves. Not helping is often harder than helping. ;)

I have question for you about Darkworker’s and negative energies. I have tried to find out more information about a person that I am in constant contact with that is extremely negative and energy sucking. It was only recently that I learned the term “Darkworker” in contrast to the “Lightworker”. I am a Starseed and have had a tough time with the adjustment process of the extremes of the ascension side effects and I am hoping you can answer some of my questions. I believe my mother is a Darkworker or at least has a lot of the characteristics of one, she is constantly seeking drama and trying to stir up anger and frustration, she isn’t happy unless everyone around her is in complete disarray, she plays mind games and psychological warfare. I feel constantly drained and angry and have even felt extreme feelings of rage which is unlike me. I am beginning to learn how to step back and try not to be inundated by her but this is difficult. The tough situation is that we currently reside together and will have to remain here until Spring, so I can’t just run away, I have to face this. Please help me…. I read the article you had about Lisa Renee and the “Command Statement” and I printed it out and said it three times over, getting different visions and sensations each time I read it. I have this constant desire to help my mom overcome this built up anger but when I open up to help her she attacks me and sucks my energy away. How do I block this but still give her some direction towards ascension? Any insight would be great!

Unfortunately many people (their egos) are so addicted to their own emotional bodies and continue recreating the endless high drama from that level. They don’t even know this is what they’re doing and how they’re living and many of them deeply enjoy it.
My suggestion to you at this point is to not worry or focus much on your Mom, but on you. She’s not your responsibility…you are. ;) So, I’d suggest that you refuse to play her emotional body games and high drama and don’t say much at all. Just leave the house or room, go do something else and ignore her tactics and manipulations etc. It always takes two to tango and if you won’t play this game with her, she’ll have to look elsewhere for the high emotional drama queen BS she feeds off of. It may sound harsh, but the best way you can help her now is to NOT get involved when she pulls this lower emotional body sucking and feeding BS. I’ve known so many people like this and it’s like trying to rationalize with a drunk; it simply doesn’t work so stop trying. The sooner she realizes that she isn’t getting the emotional energies, reactions and connections from you that she’s used to, the whole dynamic changes. She won’t be happy of course, but that’s not what’s important at this point. You’ve got to not play along and disconnect emotionally from her (at this level) and whatever she’s trying to pull off on you or anyone else.
Be strong and just refuse to be drawn into the manipulations and drama queen BS.

I know I’m constantly commenting and asking questions a lot lately here on TRANSITIONS… but I’m getting interesting insights and subtle experiences that are having me in question, learning and growing during this whole Ascension phenomenon.
And then… I realized that I did mentioned recently here that there IS nothing knew to comment and share… nothing out of the ordinary in my neck of the woods in my blah and bland circle… but here I go again:
After returning home from a hot and humid sunny, sunny day… I casually was looking at the lawn grass before I went upstairs. And as I did so… a patch of the lawn grass popped out… like how you would use a magnifying glass over an object/subject… and it has that watery-magnifying effect… showing a larger-than-life difference between normal vision and the magnifying vision of that grass. I didn’t have my glasses on but it didn’t seem to be the cause: I’ve never had THAT happened before. Or did I???
I saw TWO different visions of the lawn grass. I was thinking “dimension” while I was watching it casually. CASUALLY… like it’s normal. It was just simply popping and magnifying… and moving like liquid… as if someone or something was moving the magnifying glass across it.
Is it me… my poor vision… or is this one of those normal symptoms of a heat-wave???
Well… thing is… I specifically recall observing myself not having ANY heat-wave symptom. No faintness. No nausea. No dizzy spells. No hint of it at all. Just casually observing this quiet, subtle and brief phenomenon… like it’s NORMAL… JUST like my attitude in a dream-like state.
I may be over my head and should brush it aside but… upon looking back… it’s… WEIRD… yet I am surprised at myself for not seeing this as out-of-the-ordinary… yet this is so… eerie… now that I look back.
And then… I DID remember a similar incident which had me question whether it was just a trick of the eyes: I remember looking at small stones under me while on my way out to the bus stop… and could’ve sworn I was seeing clearly and with perfect 20/20 vision. I remember being excited about it… but it left and thought it’s just a trick of the eyes. Is it really???

I’m wondering if it’s going to continue like this and more and more of it… now that I’m also bearing witness to time moving faster than usual. Even my folks are noticing this… and it’s exciting… yet I don’t want to get out of myself for this. What say you Denise?

Very simply…these types of visual anomalies are due to your/our brain rewiring…our ongoing ascensions and expanding consciousness. There are many different anomalies like this – visual, auditory, sensory etc. – that people have and will continue having as we all get familiar with our expanding consciousness that is multidimensionally aware.

I almost laughed at that, because, although you can’t see it, you’ve come so far that what to most people would seem like Ph.D level fearlessness, seems like a failure to you. Don’t beat yourself up! I know women who wouldn’t stay alone in a house, who won’t go out alone after dark.
Your parents, after filling your head with dire fears and vivid what-if scenarios, leave you in the large house alone. It’s coming up to Halloween, the spooky Scorpio time (I’m a Scorpio too :)), and it’s full moon. You then hear what sounds like someone prying the doorknob open. And you go and watch, to see if it really is. Man, that’s not excessive fearfulness, that’s brave! I would have jumped about a foot in the air! :D What I’m saying is, after having had to hear all those lurid warnings, and then you DO hear a strange noise, you’d have to have nerves of ice not to react at all. We do get better at learning to immediately identify + let go of any negative thoughts and feelings….but so long as we have physical bodies, probably some reflexive reactions are healthy? You were given ‘information’ about dangers (possibly exaggerated, true :)), and then your ears heard an unusual noise. Of course your adrenaline would start pumping! We have an instinct to protect our physical vehicle, and I think that’s probably normal.

I guess it’s right and fair to say that it is really brave of me to go and watch… even to recall sleeping soundly after a few hours up all night only to make it through that Thursday night.
But o my dear gawd it happened AGAIN!!! Last night at a much earlier time than before… the SECOND round! What the hell ?!?#$@! :((
And this time… THIS time… I didn’t get a full night’s sleep… even though I was dang bang tired. Felt like a helpless animal reviewing past life memories of attacks in my mind’s eye… or whatever they were… even though it lasted only a few minutes or so. What would’ve caused it to come back?!? Maybe me watching a movie trailer that was somewhat fearful and scary??? NEVER again then. >.<
There went that noise again… and yes I did observe the doorknob… no slight movement of it being turning here or there (or was it someone trying to unlock the the locker atop the doorknob?!?). Bah it's nerve-wrecking. :S
The ONE thing that got it to stop was when I called upon my Higher Self to shed Light on that situation. It stopped when I called out to my HS to be grounded during those few minutes. I couldn't bear go NEAR that kitchen sink where that same back door is alongside it… where the window to outside was above that kitchen sink… and I just couldn't continue where I left off to wash the dishes. I left them there until I got through the night until the crack of dawn. I really went as DEEP as I could to transmute these animalistic fears… but it took hours and hours on end to get my act together!!!
I went and watched because… good-gawd I'm SO DAMN TIRED of living in fear! Almost everyone around me in my circle would say the same things in chorus with my parents and… and… and I want to have a different reality other than THIS! ALWAYS living in fear. Even my Dad mentioned that it's healthy to be. I FUCKING TIRED OF IT!!!
When that noise happened… again I thought of calling my neighbours and relatives… those whom my parents told me to call in case of an emergency. But no: I decided to stick to my guns and rely on the Source of All Things because… I want to go THROUGH THIS SHIT and by gawd these people would be too slow in responding anyway! Going to anyone for help only would make the matter worse than it is and I'd be hearing lines like "I told you so". Fuck it! I didn't pray the Alma Mater or Our Father Who Aren't in Heaven or the 21st Psalms to shoo it away (WHAT or WHOever that was)… and it MAY happen again… but calling out to my HS was BY FAR a powerful lesson… that I AM NOT ALONE and I got someone Higher to see me through that hELL ! I allowed my inner Voice/Higher Self to talk me through it throughout last night. The usual noises from the house weren't helping… but… BUT I went through it all by myself. Happy Halloween indeed…! lol ^_^'

As Pbreezie is still in Phase one… I’m wondering the same about where I am on the Ascension rung. I should know better as to not ask this redundant question but it’s nagging me a good while now so here it goes: is becoming closer to your age really increase the emotional energies???
As I’m turning 31 Wednesday… I could’ve sworn I’m through with most of my shit and stuff. I thought now that my Saturn Return has ended… the amping of energies from that would tone down. But now… it’s 1998 ALL over again. :(
Most of my fears are what my parents keep mentioning to me… about the dangers out there and so forth. What makes them familiar is its amplitude … or call it what you will. MAJOR uncomfortable fears. I know best to not focus on it… but is it me or is it really my Saturn Return still working it’s thing on me… and revealing to me still unresolved fears…?
What makes it worse… is that… as I am living in a bigger house all alone… last night I heard someone or something prying the back door open. I recalled staying as present as much as possible… and surprisingly was brave enough to go close and observe the door knob… even listen to whether or not it’s either a person… or simply that persevering big-ass rat that keeps trying to return back into the house.
What on earth is going on??? Isn’t this not too late in the Ascension Phase game already??? Thanks for hearing me out and I hope there is Light shed on this.

No, and don’t be so hard on yourself!
People typically believe that if they deal with some personal issue – whatever it is – that that’s the end of it and they’ve totally resolved every single aspect of said issue. The truth of the matter is, that because we have more than one (the physical) body, we have to work on our issue/issues repeatedly to resolve them on multiply levels and in our multiple bodies (mental, emotional, etheric etc.). Just because we know a thing intellectually and work on it at that level (and our mental body) doesn’t mean we’re done! The emotional body is usually packed full of our ignored, unresolved, as yet integrated emotional issues.
Add on top of this the fact there still are some random pieces of lower frequency (negative or dark) energies/consciousness flying around that occasionally take aim at people carrying more Light. This is vastly less than it was last year and the year before and each year before that.
Plus, (I know, I know, none of us wants to hear about this crap at this point! ;) ) we are still having to learn how to maintain the higher frequencies/consciousness that we now are and NOT slide back down again for whatever the reasons or triggers. I did this myself last night for only a few minutes and then I saw something in my darkened living room. I was so frustrated with myself because I was the one that had the lower, mildly fearful, slightly dark past thought and BOOM!!!, there it was almost instantly in my living room. This however is how we learn about how thought creates reality for real…in our lives…so freaking fast now its stunning! Talk about REAL responsibilities!
I immediately uncreated what I’d allowed in through MY drop in thoughts and added emotional fear which was minuscule and very short. But this and a few other lessons like this are teaching me first-hand about how we now really do need to be mindful of where we allow our consciousness to wander! Being a “Conscious Creator” and Co-Creator in 5D and higher carries a larger responsibility than what we’re used to in old lower 3D! Down there we could think and feel whatever we wanted to without things manifesting. We’ve graduated and this is why we’ve each GOT to have our issues, in all of our different energy bodies, resolved because that means we literally won’t crap up (pollute, litter) the new higher frequency neighborhood. This is all about us not being victims any longer, taking our power, and being more aware of our multidimensional responsibilities. It’s easier than it may sound. :)

That’s bang on: I WAS having my mind wander about the possibilities of encountering the nasties with no faces… wandering about the corridors that very same night and by gawd: there went THAT noise behind that back door in nanoseconds! Up to now I have NO inkling of a clue what or who that was… but it doesn’t matter: THAT was only a lesson: don’t create and pollute any more of that shit.
Time is also going so fast that the simple little things I planned at doing never got done… because night has fallen and the following day is almost here. This phase isn’t even waiting for 2011 to hit! Wow!
I confess that I was thinking about the soul world… the world I used to see as something normal when I was about four. I confess that I am having a hard time relating to even to higher evolved beings of the spirit realm: I remember a dream where I was so acutely afraid of an angel… and I was stuck in a corner like a frantic, helpless animal. The angel in that dream was trying to calm me down… saying he didn’t mean to do any harm to me… and he meant it. How sad. :(
I do hope that when this Ascension phase is through… I evolve enough to have that kind of fear behind me for good! Still transmuting my old fears but they are much calmer now.

i have a question. i don’t know if anyone has been experiencing this, but i seem to be making enemies everywhere i turn. i am not a jerk or anything like that (although, lately i have been feeling a bit fed up), but in general i am not a rude person. i sense that people, more often than not, just do not like me or i make them uncomfortable or something…..i don’t know, maybe its me. they seem upset at me at times for no concrete reason, both some people i know and some strangers i meet. its not with everybody, but it is with enough people for me to take note of the strange vibes i receive. no matter how polite and sincere i am, some people just throw off a vibe of dislike to me that i pick up on immediately. this has been going on for quite some time and has been getting worse. in the past, i used to be taken aback by it….nowadays i’ve come to expect it. i don’t know if this has anything to do with this process?

Oh I remember going through this phase of the ascension process many years ago. It was horrible and so frustrating. But know that this too is another common effect and side effect of someone living the ongoing ascension process.
As our inner energies and consciousness change enough to where we’re carrying (are ourselves) far more Light than the old lower 3D patriarchal world can tolerate, we automatically cause this reaction in people carrying a majority of lower, more dense, (Dark) energies and consciousness. Typically they don’t consciously know why they dislike you, me, us, but they sure as hell do! And in all honesty, during the worst of the worst of my Phase One ascension process, the feeling was mutual. I disliked and was repulsed by them in much the same manner that I affected them.
Literally, two different frequencies of energy and consciousness cannot exist together in the same space. “Can’t we all just get along?” No actually, and this is why there are different layers – and in this case – a whole new Earth world and reality for the people who have been and still are ascending to exist on, and another one (or more) for all of the people who aren’t ready or interested in living the current ascension process.
I’ve experienced both sides of this over the past few years. I’ve experienced attracting strangers who want to just crawl right up into my space and get waaaay to close to me physically, which I dislike immensely, to be in the higher Light energies that I carry now, or the polar opposite reaction. People are rude, disrespectful, and blatantly nasty and mean to me when I’ve done nothing to warrant that type of treatment from them…ever. But there it is, lower energies feel horrible and threatened around higher vibrating energies, and vise versa. This is another reason why, in the past, the more enlightened, the mystics, the masters, the initiated etc. all had to go into seclusion or retreat to someplace safe for not only themselves, but also for the masses that weren’t capable of being near them physically.
Try to not take this business personally even though it is on one level, and always keep in mind/heart why you’re effecting certain people the way you are now. It’s a wonderful sign of how much Light you’re carrying, being, which is just wonderful. :)

I sympathize, I’ve had the same experience and it’s not pleasant. No, you don’t sound like a jerk at all, your energy feels good. As Denise said, the more light you embody, the more antagonism you evoke in others who have less light….anyone, even your loved ones. Stuart Wilde wrote memorably about this some years ago: how he could sit quietly in the corner of a bar, saying not one word, and complete strangers would come up and attack him; when driving, huge semi-trucks would swerve across the road to wipe him out. As you said, after a while you start to expect it!
The frightening thing is, they don’t really know why they dislike you so much. Because humans get uncomfortable to think they’re behaving irrationally, they’ll try to find some ‘reason’ for their hostility. Only once was someone honest enough to say to me, ‘I don’t know why, because you haven’t done anything wrong, but whenever you’re in the room with me, I feel really, really angry. It’s not normal, I don’t know why it happens.’
What’s going on is as if the person’s looking out through a window smeared with red, brown & black paint. You come along, shining your light – you don’t even have to speak to them, just being in their space is enough! – and suddenly all their darkness is illuminated. Even ‘spiritual’ people; they may have enough light that they’ve cleared most of the gunk off their window, and think they’re all clean…..if your light is brighter, you show up all the little spots & streaks they didn’t know where there. Sometimes people believe the smears are on you, so they attack you. And if they’re mean and nasty to you, it trashes their self-image as Mr/Ms Perfect, so they feel even more rage at you.
Something I read once, & found so helpful that I used to repeat it to myself, is that however hurt you are, remember that these people are hurt in a far worse way than you: their souls have been damaged. Anyone emanating negativity is in a worse-off state than you, so we can feel pity and compassion for them. I know it’s horrible, but as Denise says, noticing that people seem to dislike you for no reason is actually a good sign, it means your light-quotient is increasing! You’re not of the world anymore, so the (3D, dense) world hates you. You’re now a great threat to the dark energies (who will use any unaware humans as their tools), so they attack you. They fear this planet’s ascension to 5D – they’ll lose their power and human food-source, and will have to face their karma Their goal is to make you so miserable that your vibrations drop down again.
If you persevere, something interesting happens. Your new friends will be at a similar level to you. No one vibrating at an appreciably lower level than you is ever going to like you. You make them very uncomfortable. It’s as if you shine a flashlight on someone, and they get angry – ‘Get that light out of my face!!’ But your efforts to eliminate the faults you’re sure you must have (‘Otherwise why am I sensing dislike from people?!’), and your trying to be kind & forgiving, even to people who are behaving like complete bastards :) – all this increases your light level. Instead of a flashlight, you’re now blazing a 30000 watt lamp. You don’t yell at someone shining that kind of light on you; you back off! People who seemed unpleasant or hostile, now seem afraid. There’s a good reason for that. The more light you embody, the more magnified the karmic boomerang is for anyone who hurts you. Any negativity directed towards you now bounces off your aura and returns to the sender, x 100. People generally sense this instinctively, so although they don’t like you, they no longer affect you.
It’s not a nice experience to go through, though, even when you understand why it’s happening.

I had another experience last night with this golden crystalline field. This time I was in bed with my eyes closed, but I could see my room anyway. Closer to my field of vision, if you want to call it that, were golden crystalline bits in a flower shape blocking most of the room from view. Although it was strange, it didn’t freak me out at all and I immediately recognized it as similar to my last experience. Any thoughts on this newer, closer form?

I did recall you mentioning about people suddenly dying since 2009… even in July last year when Michael Jackson died (wow that went by so quickly)… and even before that, when you mentioned about eclipses… noting that it would be the ideal time when souls would leave the earth in droves.
But frankly and humbly speaking… nothing… I mean… NOTHING could be compared to bearing witness to this phenomena. When I was alone and in my own apartment… I was partially-skeptical about it… obviously not exposed enough to know that it is occurring. After all… I did expect it to be much more dramatic and with lots of calamity and chaos… when people and systems radically dying out so quickly… off of the face of the Earth. Now living around my folks… who got networks of people… suddenly coming to our homes or calling us about it… or even my sisters on Facebook mentioning so-and-so JUST died… all in sequences… one week after the other… is a wow. I’m going to have to keep my emotional self in cue…
I’ve had those nap moments since January but… but… BUT… THIS is too much! I mean… one moment I’m sagging off to nappy-land… then as soon as I finally got up… I gotta get that sleep again… and then my body don’t want to do nothing no more… and then it wants to stretch doing yoga… and then I curl up looking at the foggy rain outside… and then I don’t want to do ANYTHING… and then I gotta stop and stay still to see what my body wants… whether it wants to pee… curl up… snooze… or sleep sleep SLEEP! It’s bearing on me now… when I’m SO used to being up and about. Jeezee… I’d like my creative groove back… at LEAST continue creating while this phase is tagging us along. DAMMIT! >_<'
As for my folks… I find it best to NOT get involved. I find myself being the observer listening in when they're talking and being "normal" on me. I'm witnessing what the current energies can do: as my body buckles down to it… throughout the day the rain tumbles and pours down and down and down (which is lovely and different from the pounding of heat)… and then as my folks come home from work and business… they bring back dreadful reports or financial setbacks… and then as me and Mum turn on the news… MORE financial meltdowns… just as you and a good number of channelers predicted.
I'm expecting more tumbling downs as I buckle under but woi and oie… I'd like to get my GROOVE back while this is going on. I'd like to bake my own naturally-home-made birthday cake sans loud party… as I'm becoming more and more conscious of what I consume. I want enough energy to do something simple but meaningful… you know.
The Hathors: I GOTTA have them every night. The ONLY thing that's sane for me. But I understand… if I want to cope with it that is. But I still have the urge to listen in on them tonight. It's the last thing I want to tag along with me as I sleep… every night…. or wee early morning (now 12:30 am).
Pbreezie: I quite understand where you're coming from. I do sense that this phase we're all in wants us to learn NOT to see neither here nor there about it. We're going beyond what we know now… so all hands are up in the air. I do sense this and it's forcing all of us to get out of the way. I mean… it wants us to tire… that I feel. :(

i do not have any questions….i’m tired of asking questions. my deepest questions can not be answered….ever, i figure. i have an observation (i guess). this whole process seems to be counterproductive to the individual who is experiencing it….it seems like the source that we are separate from (logos) is some kind of sado-masochist that is using us on this planet to feed itself off of all the negative that we experience here, and the more you delve to figure out the truth, the worst and more negative your ‘reality’ becomes…..that’s my experience. i feel the process is counterproductive for the individual because i have this yearning for peace and for some #@*&-ing reason i can not experience it….mostly everything i do creates more and more chaos/pain sooner or later. i am just plodding along day to day, with a fake smile and demeanor to live in this cesspool, but on the deepest level i do not want to do this crap anymore. i can not convince myself that this is for the greater good, i don’t know how to do that HERE…i feel like the REAL source which is within all of us can not help us on an earth-conscious level and there is no way we can tap it, so basically we (who are aware that something is terribly awry) is alone and will be alone. wish i would have taken the blue pill, because ‘knowing’ do not really change reality of the illusion that i HAVE to participate in still….at least not for me. sorry for the confused rant, life is a bitch right now :(

I got three questions… and I hope it’s not too overbearing:
1) I keep trying and TRYING to go to bed on time… or at least by 11pm. The more I try… the MORE I find myself still up until 2am … or worse… 4am. I just don’t seem to give a damn about Time… when it’s affecting my inner time-clock, body and already soar-throat. Is this off-timing part of the 5D experience/Ascension? Are we going to find ourselves not needing that much sleep? Maybe this is one more redundant question but I am uncertain whether or not this is the Ascension’s insomniac moments on me… or it’s just me.
2) I also noticed that people here in Saint Lucia, Caribbean… are dying on the weekends. Especially the older folks… they are dying sequentially. For real. Three or so weeks ago… my boss’s husband’s son got murdered on a Sunday. Two Fridays ago a well-known acquaintance suddenly died on a Friday. The next day another well-known teacher who’ve taught me and my sisters… died… on that following Saturday. Saturday that just passed a well-known neighbour died and a lot of people showed up at his house Friday night. It’s all happening in September. What energies are out there that are having people to leave their bodies on a weekend??? There hasn’t been an eclipse has there? It’s between full moons. Or is it that the summer events really hit a lot of people so hard… that they released and let go of their bodies by Fall??? It’s just so interesting… most of them seem to have had either heart attacks or cancer… or whatever ailment that came to them so very suddenly… and during the nights. That’s what I’m hearing so far…
3) Is living with non-Ascending others affect the Ascending person from experiencing the 5D experience… or hindering the Ascender in any way? Or it doesn’t really matter at all at this point… so long as one keeps focusing on your High Heart. I’ve been a bit worried about that… when we all need a Safe home and space… and it’s somewhat difficult to have one’s own proper Safe space… when you’re forced to be under your parents’ roof again. My folks are kind yes but their ways are still very much 3D. But at least I’m setting boundaries… always questioning when they demand me to do this and that… and for me that’s my Sacred Space. That’s the best that I can do and be… now that Jupiter Retrograde has me going inward and inward… being more and more conscientious about that…
October is my birth month. I’ll be 31 and feel I haven’t accomplished much on anything… like so many Indigos. I just read last night that this would turn the other way in my favor after February 2011. Looks like next year will be the year that has us FINALLY swimming and frolicking in glee. :)
O… forgot this one:
Denise… the Hathors’ latest attunement method… the one that you posted just just recently… is amazing. I mean I’m receiving more use of my vocal chords and what little musical experience I have.
But while listening to these 5D songs… it tickled my spine… a whole darn lot! I mean… there was STRONG tickling energy up my spine so much that I felt I was wriggling frantically like a snake! I tried to breathe deeply… but that didn’t really help much. What the Hathors’ music doing to my spine actually??? Is it fine-tuning or awakening my telepathy or kundalini or what? And do you have a method to cope with it during the attunement?
That’s that for now. Hope that’s not too much of a bother at this point. ^_^’

1) Ascension & Time – Yes it’s very much related to your ascension process. There’s a lot going on with just this one subject. Know that we go through repeated cycles with sleeping for a couple of hours, then seemingly being forced back into our physical bodies to lay awake for more hours! Our ability to sleep for the suggested eight hours a night is no more thanks to our ascensions. Our old 3D sleep patterns and also our dreaming patterns and needs are NOT the same now due to the ongoing ascension process. I gave up many years ago trying to force myself to sleep during those periods where I simply wasn’t going to be able to get out-of-body and sleep. I’m finding now that my body wants to sleep in some new cycles and I’m trying to go with this and not expect to sleep for over four hours at one time. Other people have channeled about this and about how we’re needed to sleep fewer hours at a time, but to break our sleeping into something like four to six hours a night with a couple hours of sleep during the day. This is what my body has been doing despite my fighting it…so I now fall asleep during the late afternoons almost every day. Strange but this is going to become the new “normal” sleep pattern.
2) More People Dying Now – I wrote about this last year or so and mentioned that increasing numbers of people would suddenly be dying. I knew that with the arrival of the 2010 Fall Equinox, AND the 10-10-10 Portal will add to this even more as will the entrance into the last of the Mayan DAY/NIGHTS – “Day Seven” on Nov. 3, 2010 that great numbers of people AND global systems will be dying and exiting the planet very quickly. Everything has been leading up to the last half of 2010, all of 2011 and 2012, and plenty of change will now begin like we’ve not seen as yet.
So yes, expect the unexpected and be emotionally prepared for much greater numbers of people around the world to seemingly suddenly become terminally ill and die in a short period of time. These are the people who’ve decided to NOT remain in their physical bodies and go through the ascension process and of the approaching changes to the old collapsing world systems/beliefs/consciousness etc. This has nothing to do with age or health or anything at this point, other than they’ve chosen to quickly die and leave the planet. No right or wrong with this, only personal choice now that we’ve reached the halfway point (Summer and beyond) within 2010. The day that each person dies is their choice and I suspect they’re utilizing some of these incoming huge Energy Wave to die or exit their body and this dimension. Nothing more. I believe the Hathors also talked about this a month or two back.
3) Living With Non-Ascending People – Yes it makes it a bit more difficult and certainly much more frustrating for the person who is living the ascension process! The other thing you’ve got to keep in mind at this point is that your parents may actually be in the beginning stages of the ascension process now. Or they too may choose to die and exit this world. I’m NOT saying that to frighten you, only saying that it is another possibility.
You can have other relatives, friends, husband/wife, mate, co-workers etc. who all are living the ascension process and yet, because we all are doing it at different stages, even some of us who are living the ascension process get on each others nerves! ;) We all are NOT and never have been all at the exact same stage or phase within the Process. This is why there’s so much extra confusion and seeming discrepancies with what people like me say or write about, and what everyone is personally experiencing via the Ascension Process; we’re each on a slightly different stair step or as Karen Bishop used to call it, “…a different rung on the ascension ladder…”
Just stay true to yourself and get as much alone time as you need every day and night no matter what the other people in your life are or aren’t doing now. The rest will play itself out…
Happy upcoming 31st Birthday Lou Ann! :) You’ve ended your first “Saturn Return” (from age 29-31 for everyone). I’m going to be starting my “Second Saturn Return” very soon (happens at age 59-61 for everyone). From this point on your life will be very different from the first 28 years. The decade of your thirties is much more emotional and colorful whether an Indigo or not. But, I think the young Indigos will find their thirties more busy and full of responsibilities than they could have imagined. It’s coming…
4) Tom Kenyon & The Hathors & 7D Sound – The first time I listened to one of Tom Kenyon’s sound recordings, the sounds went straight to my Third Eye or Brow Chakra and I saw Them…or remembered Them. It sounds like you experienced Tom’s recorded sounds in your spine which is great. Nothing is wrong because this happened so don’t worry. One higher frequency triggered a harmonic in your body and spine which is great. From how you’ve described it, it sounds like serpentine waves of energy were flowing through your spine. As far as “coping” with this, I’d just suggest that you listen to his recordings once a week at least. Eventually your body will adapt to these particular energies and who knows what will manifest because of that! How exciting!

I was wondering if you have any suggestions about how we can recall when we move from 3D to 5D and back to 3D again … and how we can Recall What We Were Doing while we were in 5D.
I know some of us are putting our toes into 5D more and more. And many of us move seamlessly between vibratory levels. I kind of don’t. My puzzle is I don’t remember a thing about when I was in the faster vibration. I just see the physical evidence that I was when I come back to 3D.
An example I can come up with is the time a few months ago when I dropped a set of keys on the ground. I didn’t hear them drop. I just happened to notice them lying on the ground in my path. (I’d been walking back and forth from house to car, loading up the car). I shoved the keys deep into my right jeans pocket, where there was already another set of keys. I said to myself Lucky I saw those keys on the ground! I do not want to lose those keys!
Twenty minutes later when I was ready to get in the car and drive away, I reached into my pocket and both sets of keys were key-ringed around each other. Two heavy, double, circular, key rings with several keys on each one had somehow looped themselves together into a locked position that would have taken me at least 5 minutes to accomplish. Yet there they were, tightly hooked onto each other.
How did this happen? When did this happen? I could account for every second of my time while I was busy loading the car. At no time did I hook those key ring sets around each other!
That’s when it came to me I’d done it in “no time”, or 5D time. I’d been so adamant about not losing keys that I’d bound them all together. But I have zero recollection of having gone into “no time”, dealt with the keys, then come back out.
How can we remember? I would like better recall so I can get better understanding and fewer shocks. And maybe some kind of concious command of myself and these energies as I move more into them.
I guess we’ll learn, like we had to learn when we first got born into this timestream. But! Any tips, techniques, would be really appreciated. Or if you can recommend some writings. Thanks you!

Okay, you asked me a bunch of linear 3D questions about how to get a better grasp on nonlinear 5D (and higher). ;) Do you see the problems with just this and how difficult it is for all of us to make this Transition? I know, I know…it’s a weird mind-trip this one!
Like you’ve discovered already on your own, it is MUCH easier for us (so far) to be consciously aware of when we drop back down into old familiar dense 3D. We so naturally and quickly adapt to being in higher frequency 5D now, that the most blatant way for us to realize that we’ve Shifted Dimensionally, is when we discover ourselves back in Icky Dense Land once again (3D). But, at this point in late 2010, there’s far more “Light” in the world than “Dark”, so things have Shifted dramatically. Grin. :D
Another big and important aspect of our individual ascensions is also what you’re discovering already; that is that we’re beginning to FINALLY be able to manifest physically what we desire, want, intend, envision, hold dear in our High Hearts etc. Now I’m not talking about maybe kinda sorta…I’m talking about actually physically manifesting certain things that we REALLY, HONESTLY desire. Your not wanting to loose your keys was one of these honest, intense, pure and to the point intentions or desires. So, you manifested the two key rings literally connected to each other so they wouldn’t get lost. How clever of you!
In the old lower frequency, lower consciousness, polarized world and two brain halves, things took so long because we functioned consciously within a linear focus only. Now that we’ve ascended into a much more “Unified” or integrated frequency and state of being via the ongoing ascension process, we’re increasingly functioning within non-linear or quantum consciousness which is not hampered at all by “time” as we’re used to. We’re now beginning to discovery that we are indeed Consciously Creating certain things from an increasingly quantum or non-linear state so things just appear or just happen almost instantaneously, or so it seems from our current perspective. I expect this will rapidly evolve too along with many other higher abilities and consciousness.
I know that our intense emotions help to more quickly manifest things into physical reality. Our intense emotions are like fuel to our thoughts or desires or intentions. We all will be learning how to deal with the new higher dimensional responsibilities of our becoming Conscious Creators and Co-Creators. We’re now going to have to be more conscious of our consciousness and also our emotions in connection to them.
The way I know (today) that I’m in 5D is that I sense I’m not in linear time; that I’m not connected to the old lower 3D world and its lower consciousness and systems etc.; that I’m in a very pristine location that’s not polluted by lower frequency thought forms, lower emotions, lower belief systems, rules, laws etc. It is a wonderful feeling of real freedom and empowerment. And when you feel all that disappear suddenly and the old lower shit, worries, ugliness, craziness and instability and mega egos everywhere…well, you’ve dropped back down vibrationally into the old familiar dense polarized 3D world that is currently melting down and dying! One world is all High Heart and honesty; the other world is all fear and greed and darkness. Easy to sense which one you’re in now!
So to answer your question, I would have to say that this whole business is more about feeling (5D), than thinking which is very much what 3D was/is all about. So, FEEL your way around now, and don’t depend so much upon your old lower 3D thinking or intellect as your primary GPS system. ;) And just forget about linear time at this point! We’re going to increasingly be finding ourselves functioning and existing in non-linear quantum consciousness, which exists beyond the confines of lower frequency linear “time” consciousness. Pay attention to how the upcoming 10-10-10 portal really increases this for many of us.

hi – am having a really hard time right now and i feel i should be getting something – and i’m not
not talking about all the ascension stufff although i imagine its mixed up in it somewhere –
nothing is gong right – in all aspects of my life – as well as being disconnected from source for the past 12 years and going through all the symptoms/stages of ascension which are probably harder/more difficult now than ever before i am finding that people seem to be taking advantage of me and the nicer i am the worse it gets
i feel as though i get treated as some second rate person – its almost like i dont count – quite hard to put into words
i really feel strongly that i’m missing some v important lesson and i dont know how to get the answer – i feel like my life will stay stuck in this state until i get “it” – as well as this and an overwhelming feeling of sadness which i have all the time right now – also not being able to sleep between 3 and 6 most nights. the other day i met a guy who i know i had known in a past life – i felt as though there was something that needed righting – he has now gone to israel and i feel i have failed here too in some way!!
i’m not sure what i’m expeecting by putting this in this q and a section – maybe a miracle!! i do believe in them!!!

I am sorry for your current pains and difficulties.
First of all none of us are ever “…disconnect from Source…”; it may feel to us, from our perspective that we are, but it’s an impossibility because WE ARE AN ASPECT OF SOURCE. That’s not a belief or wishful thinking, it’s a fact and one it sounds like you now need to remember and keep close to yourself.
Another thing is that “…nothing is going right…” seemingly for many people now, and that too is very much an aspect of the ongoing Ascension Process. The falling apart of both ourselves, our lives, our jobs, our countries, the old global systems etc., etc., is a necessary part of the transition out of the lower everything, and into the higher frequency of everything. I know you already know this and much more.
Another thing you mentioned that is terrible but very common for people living through the Ascension Process is being repeatedly disrespected, treated badly by certain lower frequency, lower consciousness people treating you rudely and even with cruelty. Like you, I too experienced this for many years during the worst of the worst of my ascension process. It’s vastly better today however, so there is positive end result to this ascension symptom!
Lower frequency consciousness/energies do NOT feel comfortable or like, love, or appreciate ANY person carrying higher frequencies/energies/heart/consciousness! We irritate them almost as much as they irritate us! ;) This is simply another aspect of the Alchemical Ascension Process of literally not fitting in with any lower frequency people, places, systems, beliefs, belief systems etc. This is another reason why we must retreat to some safe and isolated place (Safe House!) while we’re living through our physical/biological ascension process. We are repulsed by the people NOT living the ascension process, and they hate and disrespect us. (This is going to change rapidly now and especially once we enter 2011. The shoe will be on the other foot and they will feel the pain and pressures of existing within a higher frequency world while still being at a lower frequency themselves.)
Another thing that I really want you to “get”, to understand right now is that this whole Ascension Process does not need to be fully intellectually understood by the people living it. The need to understand on all levels is often our old lower frequency ego-selves wanting to continue being in control, and that is an absolute impossibility with the Ascension Process! All you really need to know at this point within this Process is that you, your body, your mind, your emotions, your psyche, your ego-self, your life, and probably everything else is literally transmuting into something else; something better, something more unified and full of higher Light Energy/Consciousness and eventually Love Energy/Consciousness. It is a dying on many levels while at the same time it is a birthing of you at a new higher level. Think of the Phoenix bird flying up out of the ashes of its own death.
The business of not being able to sleep is also another very common Ascension symptom so please don’t worry about this. Again, I too went through nearly ten years of sleeping only three hours a night and those three hours were broken up by my waking up and needing to go to the bathroom and/or having hot flashes/night sweats. It was horrible beyond belief and yet, here I am all these difficult years later…sleeping better finally. Not fabulous sleeping like prior to the start of my Ascension Process, but much better sleep. Sleep will never be like what we experienced as “normal” prior to the start of our biological ascensions.
Quite often we will literally be shoved back into our physical bodies between 3 AM and 5 AM because, while we were asleep, we were being worked on like crazy on the Inner Planes or Higher Dimensions. This too is a common ascension symptom and part of both the body and brain rewiring process. We need to get out of our physical bodies for a few hours at night, and while we do this we’re capable of undergoing tremendous Energy Work or Energy upgrades etc. However, only so much of that can happen during one night and so, when we’ve had all we can safely cope with, we get shoved back into our physical bodies in the middle of the night where we wake up and simply cannot go back to sleep that night. Don’t worry about this and just rest while laying in bed or, if you can, get up and do something that will make you feel good.
Again, you haven’t “failed” with anything just because situations seem to have not worked out as your ego-self and old belief systems believes they should have. ;) These are massive and intense times of huge, huge change and transformation for all of us and our very world reality. The only person you need to be focusing on now is you. The rest will unfold naturally and you will understand it all at a much higher level of knowing and being.
I’m going to write a new post now and quote a Kryon channel because I think it will help you and many others. Please read it and let your High Heart bloom and tell your egoic intellect to shut up and just watch your amazing Alchemical Ascension Process. :)

i read your article and the other stuff – it is all about loving myself i think – i know i’m stuck with not getting some major thing and of course that is it!! i have done what i thought was quite a lot of work on this but i know its not sorted – i guess i always feel a bit second-rate and not good enough and even though i can look back on my childhood etc and see why i feel like this – i still cant seem to get to the point where i feel good about myself etc etc and so it goes on
i guess if i could just “fall inlove with myself” my life would be completely different!!

It is natural wanting to be alone in solitude as part of the ascension process? Because I am so wreary of the starseeds ning groups I hung out with and their “love and light” programe, that I moved out because I can barely tolerate their long lectures of love and mutual respect that seems to be going no where. Their lectures feels like they been brainwashed by the nonsensical channelled messages that is out there.
I learned and taught myself that “united we stand, divided we fall” is a mere illusion and people need to learn how to get out of the low-vibrational thinking that we must be in a group mentality in order to achieve great things. There’s some truth in that.
But for me, my way, if I want to get shit done, then I feel in accordace to my Higher Self, it’s better to do ascension by yourself!
I had some genuine ET contact, oh lucky me, and they left me puzzles and clues in my role to mankinds evolution, which I don’t know anything about it yet until the future comes. I had some people e-mailing me in how to contact the ET beings, and I’m like I don’t know how to tell them that ET contact is serious business and not something you can play around with your mind, since the contact is on the basis of high energy vibration and a higher purpose. You just can’t call up the ETs like a regular phone call and said, “WASSUP?” unless you know, the ETs gave permission to do so. I think ET contacts are not for play, but for a higher spiritual purpose, and the ETs carefully pick chosen individuals who knows what the ascension business is all about!
Anywho, that’s my two cents.

Very nice vent and thanks for sharing it. Seriously, it was very good and honest and wise. ESPAVO you for taking YOUR POWER so the rest of us don’t have to! ;) That’s how this really works; each person lives this on their own. There’s no short-cuts, no cheating, no “saviors”, no “ET rescuers” etc. This time is all about us doing it individually and there’s no lying where frequencies are concerned! You either are of a certain frequency or you’re not…yet. Colorful “new age” BS and fluff can pour endlessly out of unaware mouths, but in the end, it all comes down to where the individual is energetically.
The natural repercussions of this are exactly what you’re talking about…complaining about and please feel free to bitch away about these types of ascension-related learning’s. I always have. :)
As each individual continues this ascension process, their field of like-frequency humans (relatives, loved ones, friends, partners, mates, co-workers etc.) grows smaller and smaller. Eventually the ascending person absolutely MUST live in increasing solitude from the lower frequency, lower consciousness, lower energies, lower reality world to survive and also continue ascending and transmuting etc. This too is an aspect of the ascension process that we all go through. I’ve lived this way for so long now that for me to even have my readers to interact with is a blessing!
And of course this same thing happens to the ascending person with not only friends, relatives, co-workers, mates etc., but also within the very “new age” community itself! Wheat from the chaff dear one…wheat from the chaff. My field of fellow Lightworkers/Wayshowers etc. and authors, channelers, people who write ascension-related articles and so on that I used to enjoy reading in years past, I cannot stomach today. Harsh, but it’s my truth today. I hope they all, we all, catch up with each other enough to be able to comfortably relate to each other and/or be in the same physical space with each other. Until then, we’re each at slightly different levels/stages/frequencies within the same ascension process! This is another reason why, as we continue ascending and refining ourselves and transmuting our lower frequency stuff, we can’t and don’t want to be around or involved with other people who are far enough outside of our current frequency range that it is painful and/or irritating to us. This ascension process is amazingly, powerfully individual and the only way each person is literally transformed and is able to REALLY be a 5D being carrying increasing amounts of Light within themselves and their bodies. Talk is cheap as the saying goes; living the Alchemical Ascension Process transforms a person in a way that nothing else can.
I feel for you adamancy, because I’ve lived with this myself for over twenty years (most of my life actually). This is another reason why TRANSITIONS is so valuable to me; I get to have conversations like this with fellow ascenders who are currently within my wide frequency range. More will come and more after them, but until then, people like you and I must find (and create) our own spaces and places in these higher frequencies we’re living in now. This is very much what the rest of fall 2010 is all about. 2011 will take this to yet another higher faster level for all of us, but we’re old pro’s at this at this late date! ;)

Have you also noticed how, over the past decade or more, that you can still see things, objects, walls, furniture etc. even when your physical eyes are closed? Kinda tricky at night while trying to go to sleep but you can still see everything in your bedroom, in the dark, with your eyes closed. :lol:
From what you’ve described it sounds like what seeing clairvoyantly often looks like. In many – but not all cases – you will perceive clairvoyantly different things, objects and even other-dimensional beings in this right in your face type of way. It’s you learning how to perceive through the higher frequency lens of your Brow or Third Eye chakra, or simply, higher (clairvoyant) vision.
Eventually you’ll get familiar with how to pull back from what you’re seeing/perceiving in this way and take a 360 degree view of it (if you want to that is) from a bit of a distance and not up so close. In other cases clairvoyant vision isn’t still pictures like this but moving movie-like scenes that play out that you watch and also FEEL and are deeply emotionally effected by. This is where clairvoyant vision is naturally combined with emotional feeling in an empathic type of way too. In other words, you don’t only just clairvoyantly see different things/beings/places/worlds/events etc., but in many cases what you see produces emotions in you which is just you perceiving MORE in a highly compressed and higher way. This is how tremendous amounts of higher dimensional information or knowledge is transmitted from one being to another being in a split second. It is a block of information that you perceive so fast that you don’t even see it clairvoyantly but you KNOW and FEEL it all in that nano-second. This is how most higher dimensional beings communicate…that I’ve experienced to date that is. I always leave the door wide open however for me to discover far more. ;)
As we continue our ascension/compressed evolutionary process, our ways in which we perceive, communicate, transmit and receive Light/Love/everything will evolve as well. Clairvoyance is just the beginning with so much more existing beyond it and our old lower polarized brains! Beyond seeing (Clairvoyance), feeling (Clairsentience), hearing (Clairaudience) etc. is instantaneous knowing of things without ANY thinking, feeling, or seeing involved (Claircognizance). This is going to become the primary tool of perception (connection with our Higher Selves) for many in the new Age and new Earth.

Plenty has been changing this year, especially this summer, and I know they will only continue to change and very quickly from here on out through the expiration date of Dec. 2012. It’s hard to tell what exactly Karen means by her statement (you quoted above). It’s a shame that all of her archived material is now gone because it was the equivalent of about three books worth of free ascension-related material! She sounded like she was really fed-up with the negativity that’s automatically hurled at Lightworkers/Wayshowers; I’ve referred to this as how We glow in the Dark are are easy targets because of it. That however is nearly over at this point.
Anyway, time will tell what Karen Bishop decides to do or not do. Because I went through my own version of suddenly HAVING to shift how I related and interacted with TRANSITIONS back in mid-July 2010, I know many of us Lightworkers/Wayshowers that have been at this since second-one, have HAD to make certain changes within ourselves and how we used to do things during Phase One and early Phase Two of our Ascension Service Work. I’ve done what I needed to do in this case and will continue writing here at TRANSITIONS, just maybe not as often as I had been. What Karen B. decides to do or not do is hard to tell still, but it is actually difficult for Lightworkers/Wayshowers to NOT assist, NOT share, NOT pass on what we perceive and know to people interested in that type of information/Light. So having said that, I would suspect Karen will occasionally still write something somewhere.

Hi Denise! I’ve been coming to your site quite often for a while. Amazed me when I saw your announcement of a Q&A section as I had just been thinking I wanted to formulate a question or two for you…
I wonder, besides focussing our consciousness on the new positive world we wish to create/co-create, what can we do for others? I’m not sure I can formulate myself very clearly here, but for how long will people still have the choice to wake up, and what is the best thing to do for them – would this be healing, education…? For how long will there be a “both/and” zone, where people flip back and forth between old and new, and where thus there will still be very much need of healers and teachers? You have been writing a bit about the second wave of ascension/lightworkers (I have not read enough of what you’ve written to know clearly), what will be the role for them (I wonder if I might be a “secondwaver”)? Right now I still have work I need to do for my own healing, but when I’m more “clear”, what kind of work do you see as most important (repeating myself a lot here; very vague in my thoughts on this topic!).

You know that image I have on my front page in the sidebar of the double 10-10, 11-11, 12-12 numbers? (I’ve searched high n’ low for triple 10’s with triple 11’s and 12’s but no luck so far.) I have that image there as a reminder to all of us that the cosmic clock is ticking away faster than ever. 10, 11, and 12, and then we enter the New Higher world reality of being and living within the realm of 13 – a frequency and state of consciousness that exists (because it has ascended) beyond the old lower 3D world of the System of 12. (This is symbolized in the past with the Ascended Master and his 12 disciples. He symbolically represents this transition into a higher level and state of being/consciousness/system/dimension who exists as a integrated, unified-within-self 13th person.
Kryon and Steve Rother/the group and no doubt others I’m unaware of, have talked about how we’re evolving/ascending into a higher state where we will experience “quantum” consciousness (Kryon), and “triality” consciousness (the group). I’ve always seen this transition as the huge evolution out of the old lower 3D system of 12, into a vastly more unified state/consciousness/world beyond that old system of 12. I am NOT calling this a new system of 13 however!!! Just using numbers to get this point across. :)
So this image of double 10’s, 11’s and 12’s I’ve placed in my sidebar is a visual reminder to all of us that the cosmic/astrological/galactic/mayan calendar clock is ticking down to the end of the end of the end of the old lower polarized 3D world negativity, darkness, insanity, greed, warring, lying, money, control over others for power and so on. You asked – 1)“How long will there be a both/and zone where people flip back and forth between old and new…? and 2) “…how long will people still have the choice to wake up and what is the best thing to do for them…?”
1) This is one of the reasons for the Mayan calendar; it’s a screaming reminder to the human species about this cosmic countdown to the absolute end of the old lower polarized and very negative world that we all incarnated into. Dec. 21, 2012 isn’t an evil scare tactic…it’s an Expiration Date! It’s the “end date” to all that we hate and loath about the old lower world and its negative, insane, corrupt, greed-based, heartless rulers, controllers and systems! The only people that are claiming the Mayan calendar end date is a pile of BS, are the people who are NOT living the ascension process (as yet that is) and probably won’t be. They’re the ones who do not realize (or won’t publicly admit) that the Original Creators of this particular solar system/Earth world did so with this safeguard built into it. It’s a built-in expiration date of the Journey Into Physical Polarity and seeming Separation From Source.
So, to answer this question, for those of us who’ve been living the Ascension process for many years (Lightworkers/Wayshowers etc.), plus ALL other people who’ve been living and feeling these intense Ascension symptoms and changes and deeply desire a higher, better world and way of being, they will be the ones who first experience the higher frequency “end date” of Oct. 28, 2011. The second and absolute final “end date” for humanity to make this species shift to a new and higher way is Dec. 21, 2012. That is the end of the old lower 3D Earth world, reality, polarized consciousness, negativity and everything else that it was. That Earth world and reality will NOT be any aspect of the New Higher Ascended 5D Earth world and reality. It will go another way and fall into even grater Darkness and slavery in another location and dimension than where we are and will continue being and living.
The 10-10-10 date (Oct. 10, 2010 which is right around the corner!) and the 11-11-11 date (Nov. 11, 2011) and the 12-12-12 date (Dec. 12, 2012) are the last huge energy and consciousness Stair Steps or Portals or “Gates” you and I and everyone else on Earth who desires a higher world and way of being/living, will move through to energetically, vibrationally reach the Other Side or the REAL New 5D Ascended World with its like-frequency species. The other people who do not desire a higher better world and way will have another Earth-like physical world reality to exist within and continue learning and creating in that way, at that lower level of awareness. All is provided for All because that’s how creative we really are in a Free Will zone.
2) They have until Dec. 2012 to choose which world they want to live in. Period. The end of the 12-12’s (in 2012) is THE FINAL END of the system of 12 as the primary physical and polarized Earth world and reality. From that date on, it’s which ever world, dimension, frequency, level that YOU’VE chosen to be in and there won’t be any transitions from the lower world into our new higher world. That’s why these Mayan dates are so important; they reveal spiritual, energy, and consciousness levels of completion and change or evolution into a whole new System.
3) To answer your other question about “…how can we help others…?”. This has been a difficult one for many people to understand after a couple thousand years of religious dis-empowerment brainwashing! You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make him drink, is an old saying that’s very true and it applies to your question too. We cannot “help” or “heal” other people with this ascension process because it is a requirement that each person lives the Alchemical Process to become energetically activated by the available transformative cosmic, astrological, and galactic Energy Waves so they CAN evolve/ascend to the fifth dimension and New Earth.
We can and should share all we know from having lived/living this process ourselves with anyone else who has a desire for a better and higher world and way of living and being. But, in the end, the ascension process is something that each person MUST live themselves energetically and no one can do that for another soul. No one, not even great Starbeings, Angels etc. But an open heart and desire for a better world and way of living is the ONLY inner tool necessary to activate the ascension process within a person and their physical body (and all of the other non-physical bodies too) and the rewiring of their two brain halves, and everything else. Just desire for a higher way is all ANY person on Earth needs now to trigger the ascension Energy Waves currently available on Earth. They’ve got until the end of 2012 to make this first choice.
The best way you and I and all others like us can “help” other people is to work on ourselves! Period. That is what the ancient Lemurian saying of “ESPAVO” really means. ESPAVO is Lemurian for “Thank you for taking your power.” You see, if we each do this ourselves, we free up everyone else to do it themselves too. ;)

Denise, thank you SO much for this long and clarifying reply :)! It helps my understanding a lot. There is, and has been for a long time, an urge in my soul to train to be some kind of healer. This may be that I really am so eager to heal MYSELF, fully… I guess if I keep on working on myself, I will just KNOW this. It may also be that it is not just wanting to learn to be a healer, but wanting to fully understand life and all about how it works, from the highest perspective possible. OK, I think I get now that I really don’t need to feel that I should gain this knowledge and insight and so on for OTHERS, but that I really do it for myself – and as you say, I then “free up everyone else to do it for themselves”. And still, there is so strong an urge in me to reach out to others… Again, thank you so much for your reply and it is really helpful for me, helping me to clarify to myself where I’m at…

Anyway I was hoping for a magic shortcut that would reduce the waiting period to sweet Knowingness. Higher Self transmits guidance so fast sometimes the question isn’t even articulated yet. But the receiver – the more the gunk the longer the wait. Getting better though. Last year at this time we wouldn’t even have been having this conversation.

Sorry it took me so long to get back to your questions Stu.
As many of you know, I’ve had a “past life” (simultaneous life) in Egypt at the very beginning of the astrological Age of Leo around 12,600 b.c. [See A Lightworker’s Mission and my other posts in the ETs/Starbeings and Past Lives/Reincarnation Category’s.] From this past life memory – which I was shown by my old Pleiadian friend and co-worker that these are indeed simultaneous lives – I watched the Great Pyramid be built in a relatively short period of time.
I remember being a boy of about eight or nine in this simultaneous (“past”) life and gazing at the Sphinx, which was fairly new looking in 12,600 b.c. It was built prior to my incarnating then however, and I don’t think it was very long really…maybe a couple hundred years at most. I say that because it was – from what I’ve remembered – a potent and deliberate indicator of the approaching astrological Age of Leo. The Ages of Leo and Aquarius are both very important and these ancients knew it and built the Sphinx and Great Pyramid and other buildings to do multiple multidimensional things for humanity at that time, but also for us now at the opposite point of the beginning of the Age of Aquarius. These beings and races were multidimensionally aware and everything they did, created, designed and built also did more than only one thing. Their creations did multiple things within multiple dimensions.
Besides being a huge Age of Leo indicator, the Sphinx was a PHYSICAL multiple-roomed, multidimensional Initiation Chambered school. It also had ETHEREAL rooms beneath it that could only be perceived and accessed non-physically using one’s astral, or emotional, or mental bodies. This was simply more advanced levels of multidimensional teachings and Initiations, and later, a very safe ethereal Storage Place.
The Great Pyramid was multidimensionally designed, planned, layered, constructed and built. This MULTIDIMENSIONAL (that is very important to remember) Pyramid design and construction work was done by the three Starbeings (an 8D Orion, a 6D Sirian, and a 5D Pleiadian) that I was close to, and also other non-physical, other-dimensional Starbeings AND the few other physical Starbeings plus some of the Starseeds that were incarnate physically then at the very beginning of the Age of Leo.
I and a large group of us Starseeds were taught by all three of these Starbeings back then. The 6D Sirian was the Sacred Architect which means he (and 6D) were the primary designers and builders of the Great Pyramid (GP) within the sixth dimension AND also within 3D physicality. This is hard to explain because it really was a multidimensional project that many different dimensional Starbeings worked on and from to finally manifest down here on Earth within physicality. It was a Group effort from multiple dimensions by multiple Starbeings.
Once they’d done much of the designing, planning and ethereal building within the higher non-physical 8th-5th dimensions, it was relatively easy and fast for them to lastly manifest the GP within 3D physicality. Remember the ancient occult knowledge about how everything is created in the higher NON-PHYSICAL dimensions first, and is lastly manifested in dense 3D physicality? Same is true with the GP.
I also have (past life) memories of watching physical Starbeing males walking massive cut stones around like they were herding clouds! I remember watching two men (there were more than only two), one at the front right corner and the other at the back left corner of one massive cut stone, each using a small hand-held device that energetically levitated the marshmallow consistency cut stone so they effortlessly walked and directed the massive stones to exactly where they wanted them. Then they’d lower the cut stone into place, disengage their two hand-held devices which released the stone and also caused it to return to its normal physical weight and density. Having said that, I also have memories from this same past life of the GP literally appearing and disappearing and reappearing and disappearing many times before it was solidly manifested in 3D physicality. In other words, many of us saw this back then and it was just the building of the GP on the different higher dimensions before it was finally manifested in 3D.
Just like the Sphinx, the Great Pyramid was designed to do multiple things in multiple dimensions…not only one thing in only one (3D) dimension. The GP was an interdimensional transmitter/receiver, an interdimensional launch pad or place in which to physically AND non-physically or etherically travel from 3D to different higher dimensions and star systems. It was also a multiple roomed Initiation Chamber both physically and non-physically, BOTH above ground and below ground, plus it also generated energy for living in physicality…like electricity and much more that I still don’t understand. The GP did many things for many reasons for the humans and Starbeings and Starseeds that lived there then, but it also was/is an ethereal Storage Place just like the Sphinx was/is.
These Starbeings and Starseeds knew back then that a very dark, difficult, and long period was coming for humanity and Earth, so they designed and built the GP to do all these things and more, but to also store important Light/Information/Knowledge in a safe place where lower consciousness could never access it due to the great difference in frequency between them and the information, space, and physical location. This Light/Information is NOT in the form that most people believe, like some very important scrolls or even etheric information. Think of it more along the lines of etheric implants of much higher dimensional Light/Love which was stored non-physically within certain small areas in and under the GP. Kind of like homing beacons to the higher dimensional star systems, for the many thousands of years (many Ages) that humanity and Earth would be existing within a very Dark and negatively controlled world.

It seems that when I close my eyes and start concentrating/focusing/meditating in a short time I’m able to see two colours embedded: violet and green. Somebody told me it has to do with my third eye. What’s your opinion on this?

I’ve seen the dark purple and green too in years past. My sense is that you may be seeing some aspect of of your Brow (third eye) chakra or part of it along with some physical looking. When you actually see something using your Brow/Third Eye chakra or inner mind’s eye vision, you do just that…you SEE…you do not look.
Think of something from your past that is still very clear to you. Instantly you SEE it in your mind’s eye like a photograph or movie playing. That is SEEING and clairvoyance happens in much the same way; the inner vision is just there. Looking physically is a physical vision thing so you’ve got to get familiar with both types, both levels of “viewing” or perceiving. It sounds like you’re right on the edge of higher SEEING so relax and don’t look or push.

All of my life prior to the start of my physical/biological ascension process in Feb. 1999, I always had a handful of mulit-D Starbeings/ETs near me etherically. Because I reincarnated as a Starseed Lightworker, I had them as my guides and helpers to help me keep up with the timeline for planetary/species ascension. Because I knew nothing else but having these different non-physical Starbeings/ETs at my beck and call from birth to age 47, it was totally “normal” to me.
I cover this topic in full in A Lightworker’s Mission, but I’ll add here that three or four years leading up to 1999, my main three Starbeing buddies (an 8D Orion, a 6D Sirian, and a 5D Pleiadian that have been with me since my past life in 12,600 b.c. Egypt) began withdrawing from me. After about a year of this I finally asked them (telepathically) why they were withdrawing from me. They told me I was nearing an incredibly important period in my personal spiritual growth and evolution (Feb. 1999 the start of my ascension process), and that they would never do anything to interfere with it; not even help me with it. They told me that this process that I would be starting soon (1999) was something that I HAD to go through totally on my own and they – nor any Others – would assist me through it because they loved and respected me that much. So, by the time 1998 was ending, the three of them (and all the Others I had interacted with prior) were gone. By Feb. 1999 when my physical ascension process began, I knew they were totally gone and had returned to their dimensional Homes and would not be returning to me for the rest of my life.
The reason for this was, and here comes the punch line, was because I was taking their places sort of and more. The ascension process involves All…everywhere…and not just us humans on Earth.
So, my point is that when they left me on my own to go through my ascension process, they did so so that I would evolve into my personal next level of learning. After a lifetime of being psychic and having multi-D Starbeings at my elbow constantly, they all left because it was time for me to step into their positions so to speak. Translated this means that now – thanks to the ascension process – I’m on my own but have an increasingly conscious connection with my own Higher Self. I now get The Answers directly from ME, my Higher Self and not from Starbeings/ETs. ;) Stair steps you see.
When I don’t know…I wait until I do. In the past I’d demand an answer, an insight, a better understanding, and within seconds, my Starbeing buddies or someone else would be there chattering away telepathically. Talk about spoiled! (I’m working on a post about this type of business with Starbeings, Starseeds, and us which will have plenty more information in it.) But since Feb. 1999, I’m on my own and proud of it. :) I get my insights, my knowledge from my own Higher Self and it is so simple, so un-dramatic, and is just an instant knowing without knowing how you know what you know! Welcome to the Age of Aquarius and interacting very directly and consciously with our Higher Selves.

The more you talk about those Higher Beings in this way and fashion… the MORE I keep noticing that my silly ol’ daydreamings are one and the same! I mean I chitchat away to myself at problem-solving story tellings in that Light. The worlds and beings and realities I create out of whim and fancy imply that all… ALL beings everywhere including our multi-dimensional selves… are all evolving with us at the same time.
O wow. o_O… this is so weird… and I’ve been chastised so much for going in La-La Land… or better yet… going to Mars. I’ve been going to Mars and whereabouts in the Universe in my mind lately… since the beginning of Saturn in Libra.
I would LOVE to be as psychic as you… but with my daydreamings resonating with what you’ve already encountered with these lovely beings… maybe that’s part of my psychic/telepathy/tele-consciousness. Maybe my La-La Land isn’t “normal” La-La Land after all. Maybe it is just my memories from those days before I became who I am now… and I’m having those nostalgias like a habitual itch…
Okay I got another question (just keeps coming, sorry): in my creative musings… our other selves from other dimensions help us with our Ascension… trying and prying to wake us up from this Matrix Madness. Some can’t and have to let go of that lower conscious self… to let it die… or die along with it. Others were successful but it meant that they too had to evolve a whole damn lot. Is that what’s also going on in the ‘real’ world??? If we are not separate from each other and other beings everywhere… that we are all connected… ain’t our other selves influenced by our lower conscious 3D self in this reality? I might be onto something without knowing such but here’s another step towards it. It would be a nice “discovery” if it is the case. ^_^’

I got a question about the Elites in power. If the Global Elite knew about the coming times during 2012/Ascension Process… that they knew that their built systems for taxes, money, government, police enforcements, war, petroleum, prisons, employment, health care, etc, etc… were going to collapse and be no more… they would of course would try their darnest and hardest to have a back-up plan won’t they… called: the New World Order. What say you about that? Would that still collapse nonetheless no matter how hard they try?
I’ve heard enough times about the veri-chip and so forth. Barbara Hand Clow mentioned that before a good while back now… and encouraged all of us to take back our power to change course against that probability. Are the current energies and powers that be successfully annihilated their New World Order too? Or it’s just another empty conspiracy theory yet again to stymie us?

This one is very important so please read.
I haven’t talked much about this subject so far, only because the majority of people are still using polarized consciousness. When polarized consciousness is THE one and only tool of perception, people think, believe, envision, conceptualize, feel and perceive everything from a point of total polarization. They can only perceive things as being either/or, black/white, good/bad, up/down, us/them etc. The truth is, there’s far more going on and being created than what a strictly polarized 3D consciousness can perceive. Much, much more for the simple reason that we are so much more than just our old lower 3D polarized awareness!
In past posts I’ve tried to introduce more people to the fact that “probable realities” to borrow an old Seth (channeled by Jane Roberts) term are very real. The old patriarchal planetary rulers/elite and their non-physical cohorts or masters want humanity to remain trapped and manageable within polarized consciousness of course. For one thing, it makes convincing humanity that going to war and killing the polarized “enemy” – whoever that is at the moment – is the correct, patriotic, and/or religious thing to do. If humanity can continue to be trapped and controlled within polarized consciousness, a whole bunch of profoundly negative things can and will continue to manifest into reality.
For decades I’ve clairvoyantly perceived one very large PRIMARY probable reality that the negative non-physicals and their physical patriarchal planetary rulers/elite of old 3D Earth have been creating and endlessly trying to herd humanity into. And for the most part, it’s worked effortlessly for them. The foundation of their deliberately created probable reality – aka their “new world order” – is based entirely on technology and machines, which is in alignment with the new Astrological Age of Aquarius. In other words, the negative unseen non-physicals and the physical humans they own and run such as the entire patriarchy on Earth, are doing the VERY SAME THING they did throughout the Piscean Age, and earlier Ages as well! They work with the natural astrological energies present at the time (meaning the Age of Pisces/Neptune and Virgo/Mercury), and simply utilized them to create and build tools (“church and state” etc.) to control and direct humans on Earth during that whole astrological Age. You see, they aren’t stupid but very smart. Not wise, but smart and savvy.
The more they can get humans addicted to and totally relying on machines and technologies – both externally and increasingly inside of their human bodies – the less these humans will think much of anything or depend upon their own natural tools of perception – eyes, ears, ability to think, feel, sense, intuit, dream, imagine, and certainly discern! They are easily “blinding us with science…” or new Aquarian Age technologies and science, but for VERY negative reasons. Most people just think the latest tech gadgets are really great and they’re not even aware of what all they’ve given up by using that external tool instead of their own inner struggling to evolve/ascend and manifest natural ones.
This one main negative probable reality they’ve been working on for a long time because they knew the Age of Pisces was ending and the Age of Aquarius was coming, so they’ve been busy adjusting to USE the new incoming astrological Age energies (lower ones I mean) as the new ways to control and direct humanity (via technologies that continue to dis-empower people) and that probable reality. The real question is…which world reality do each of us want to exist within? This fact, this reality, this personal choice is something all of us must be aware of and discern because I see it continuing everyday…even in our ascending 5D world, and am shocked and repulsed beyond belief.
What I’m saying at this moment is that these negative unseen non-physicals and their physical humans (both sexes who are solely patriarchal in nature and consciousness) have intentionally been creating a new and very large PRIMARY probable reality to overpower, override, out-weigh everything that the Lightworkers/Wayshowers/Starseeds/Starbeings etc. have been doing via the ascension process. The negatives have always known that this time was coming so they got busy very early on to utilize the Age of Aquarius energies, but in a lowly way to control humanity/Earth, and to try and overpower the ascension process by getting as many people as possible addicted to, entrapped and dazzled by the new Age technologies/science and NOT think, feel, or discern for themselves. This is how negative but very smart non-physical beings work; they utilize what’s coming anyway (the current astrological Age energies and focus) but USE them in a very lowly, negative way to continue their control over humanity. Sadly I’m seeing this old negative Dark tactic even working on too many teachers, authors, lectures, channelers etc. who’ve been living the ascension process themselves and should know better in my opinion, but they’ve bought the latest technological goody hook, line and sinker! They’ve once again, handed over their hard-earned self-empowerment back to some technological tool, gadget, or something outside of themselves.
So…we’ve basically got two PRIMARY probable realities brewing. There are many more than just these polarized two however, but currently, these are the two largest and most potent probable realities that I’ve perceived to date.
1) One world and reality is the ascended 5D Earth and humanity that is self-empowered and exists as a Whole Planetary Aquarian Fifth Dimensional Group.
2) Another world and reality that’s an Aquarian Age version of the past Piscean Age with far more dis-empowered humans who’ve totally handed their power and consciousness over to whatever machine and technology is presented to them. Think the Matrix movies but so, so, so much worse. Think of the worst of Atlantis at its darkest, then make it worse and you’re getting close to what these negative unseen beings and their physical human patriarchal puppets are creating for you if you’re not aware enough to choose for yourself.
As I said, there are more than just these two large primary probable realities in the works, but they are the two most developed ones to date that I’ve clairvoyantly seen, felt, and perceived for decades. You’ve got to realize that “time” and “space” and “creativity” is far more creative and flexible than what ego-based, polarized, brainwashed 3D consciousness is capable of perceiving. New worlds and realities can and are intentionally created by unseen and seen beings and humans and which one you find yourself in comes down to – at this point within the ascension process – how self-empowered or dis-empowered you are, and how responsible you wish to be for your actions or inactions. Red pill or blue pill? Which world and reality do you want to exist within now? This is a no-brainer to me, but when I see far too many people who should know better at this late date, falling out of their hard-earned ascension work and back into some Dark BS technology or tool that claims it will “save” them or “heal” them or “rescue” them or “do the work for them” or “perceive and/or read other dimensions and energies for them” etc…I’m saddened. But, this is how people learn…the hard way. Eventually we each have to decide to either go fully into the Age of Aquarius as ascended 5D humans, or, go fully into the lower, very negative, worse than Atlantis at its lowest Age of Aquarius world and reality. This is a Free Will zone and a highly creative, multiple probable realities one at that, so it has always been up to each one of us to decide what and where we want to be.

My perception now has churned and changed: Now I perceive FEWER humans going into the 5D New Earth. Are we THAT hypnotized??? I’ve already made up my mind and heart and soul to prod on and experience this new reality. I’ve daydreamed about it my WHOLE Life… for as long as I can ever remember. Things outside of myself have always never been part of my Inner World … because they were not real and meaningful and heart-ful to begin with… and so… I’ve always… ALWAYS daydreamed about such a 5D world… without realizing that it does exists and it’s a 5th dimensional reality. Never knew that until just recently…
I must admit I am still addicted to the internet… want it faster even because… my gawd… my parents’ modem is so darn slow. Can’t download or upload nothing. Would love to go on at this but maybe it’s time to take such things into consideration… not stay up all night long on the Mac… give my eyes some rest… go outside and look at the view and listen and smell the sea breeze… limit my software usage… or at least become aware of them while I continue enjoying my digital Artwork… baby steps to move closer and closer to Mama Gaia… and just be more aware…
I am SO disheartened by this that I must transmute and take this all in… only to become more aware of the Elite’s cunningness and very smart plans… and to ever be cautious. Lisa Renee did mentioned something like this didn’t she? I am so glad that I’m wise enough to not be interested in unnecessary techies like the iPad/iPod… when a part of me is so upset and appalled by those in the East, who gave up their lives and freedom (or what’s left of it) to be our wage slaves in Hitler-style factories. Upsetting but I noticed they don’t mind… so long as THEY buy their techies and other consumptive stuff.
Which takes me to another question about the money system: what IS the Elite’s plan on the gold?
Experts of all sorts are now advising us to buy gold because the dollar WILL collapse. It’s not a “yeah-kinda” probability. It’s a “GONNA HAPPEN NO SHIMMIE ABOUT IT” probability. A part of me finds this very hopeful… going and living BEYOND the dollar. Statistics show that the majority of Americans (and albeit the rest of the world because I am) are busy stretching their dollars as unemployment continue to rise and staggering fast rates, while dipping into savings and 401k’s to survive in the moment as much as they can. Which means the majority have not yet bought any or enough gold nor silver to survive when the dollar totally collapses. And when that happens… who is going to buy what …when they don’t have the means to do so? So the techy gadgets are so wow and dazzling… but WHO gets to buy them… when no one has the gold/money to do so?
I just hope there’s a flaw in their plan right now… because it is so sad to see all of our hard work go to waste. :(
Are Highly Evolved Beings doing something about that… or they aren’t getting involved in that whatsoever BECAUSE our Higher Selves told them NOT to… AND it is a violation of our freedom, growth, evolution, empowerment and rights??? Sounds wise to me…

Higher Beings ARE and always have been directly involved; in physicality they’re called Lightworkers/Path Pavers/Wayshowers/Warriors of Light/Starseeds etc. ;) Ascension is not a part time job but a full time way of being, living, existing and creating. Some haven’t committed fully as yet and mostly because they STILL believe that the magic, the power, the answers, the abilities exist outside of themselves in some Other being, deity, healer, starbeing, ascended master etc. etc. This belief has been hammered into humanity for 5,000 years on this planet and many are finding it hard to fully let go of all aspects of it while living the harsh ascension process. They will eventually or life is going to become even more frustrating than it already is!
The Bad Guys (physical and non-physical) plan has always been flawed because it is a close-ended system, as all negative service to self energies and consciousness are. They can only go so far and then they run into a dead-end. That dead-end has arrived for all of them here now. It’s shit or get off the pot time for all beings/humans and some will and many more won’t but that’s perfectly okay within a Free Will zone. They’ll just go elsewhere and continue learning…we all do.
Don’t concern yourself with gold or the elite or any of the old lower negative insanity. The more we focus on it/them, the less we’re creating the new for ourselves and all Others who wish to live in a vastly better and higher world reality. Turn your back and heart on them so they’ve got that much less energy to feed off of. So much about where we are right now in the ascension process is about really, REALLY becoming consciously aware of our consciousness, and, taking full responsibility for what we allow our minds and hearts of focus and feed or create now. This is going to take some practice for us to re-learn how to not focus on the lower negative stuff any more, but on what we DO WANT now in our higher ascended world and personal lives. The Age of Aquarius is an “Air” sign which means the mind, thoughts, thinking and with Aquarius/Uranus, the Higher Mind and Higher Self. :)
It’s soooo easy to focus on the things, systems, people, beliefs etc. that you hate and want to see die and go away forever. Yet, those of us ascending need to turn our backs, hearts, and minds on all of it/them so they do exit our world and reality even faster now. This is another aspect of being a Conscious Creator and Conscious Co-Creators. This has always reminded me of that old 1950’s movie about Sodom and Gomorrah falling and about how those escaping the city were not supposed to turn around and look back or else they’d turn to salt. ;) Just walk away from it/them and focus on what you DO want.

I think this is the MOST IMPORTANT thing we have to be aware of and after that we have to make our CHOICE. Probably the ASCENSION process represents shifting through all this realities from old 3D to the new 5D earth. I guess there are many realities we have to pass through but it comes again to our determination to trust our higher mind in order to achieve what we want.
It sounds very logical that the old 3D reality will continue to exist because many souls are not ready yet to leave these vibrations. After all it’s a matter of choice and we have to respect the free will of those who want to continue in this dimension and love them UNCONDITIONALLY.

I’m not familiar with “Bashar” so I can’t respond about that. However, the fact that probable realities and time jumping exist and that we’re multidimensional beings that exist both in and outside of linear physical “time” means that multiple realities, multiple worlds – and probably much more I’m unaware of still – actually exists. Higher dimensional beings have always known this and the Bad Guys (physical and non-physical) will really work to insert a new probable reality where there is some big trauma or disaster in 3D. 911 was one of these and plenty of BS and Dark crap was quickly and intentionally created and birthed into being at that moment of trauma to gain more control over humanity.
Having said that, the opposite is true too, and that is what the ascension process is now for all humanity and Earth; a positive, higher level Intervention and global/species intentional redirect of everything. Those who are changed by the massive incoming solar/cosmic/galactic energies to help this process will literally vibrate energetically up into the higher new 5D Earth world reality. Those who do not do this for whatever their reasons will vibrationally not be able to co-exist within the same space/Earth/location in space as we are and they will continue to live in another falling horrid world reality or die and exit completely and choose where they want to go next.
There are numerous options, numerous Earth worlds being created out of this dying of the old lower patriarchal 3D world, and the ascension and birthing of a new higher frequency ascended Earth world and reality. Time’s short for this choice and 2010, 2011, and 2012 are the remaining energy portals or stair steps for people to walk up/through to reside in the higher new world…or not. 2102 is just the end date for this particular transitional choice.

Well I didn’t understand a word the man said during the whole event. It wasn’t about aliens, that’s all I could tell. Forgot about him.
Flash forward to January 2010. I stumble across him on the net. For me, the impact of that find has been enormous. I’ve told a couple people about him and we’re just…like opening up.
Somebody packaged a whole bunch of Bashar stuff from the ’80’s up to now and made a gift of it to me. I can’t even express.
It’s funny how we each have people or information that really resonates with us, and at the “right” time.

I know exactly what you’re talking about because I’ve experienced the same thing numerous times. My Higher Self will keep me from connecting with certain information/people/books/channelings/articles etc. until I’ve lived through certain things on my own first. Almost immediately after that I’ll be led to some book/article/website that has one particular bit of information for me to read as a confirmation as to what I’d already lived through…not knowing any of it prior. I know this happens to all of us for this reason and others as well.

After all this time of encouraging us to remember and utilize our own inherent abilities, it seemed off message. The world is in a weird and lower stance right now…again…but that will change into more forward/upward movement once we get closer to fall. The past month (Aug.) has felt like the tide is waaay out and the yuck and lowly crap has come too far inland. But I’ve seen and felt this many times in the past ascension years and it is just another stage within the process where our kind are put on hold for a rather long time. When this stage happens and there doesn’t seem like much forward movement, all sorts of lower BS, disinformation, negativity, craziness, and distortions seem to rule the planet once again. They don’t…it just momentarily seems like they do!
I only discovered Lauren recently, but what she says and “transmits” from her “unseens”, is very accurate information with few distortions in it all from MY current perspective. But, like you, I was not impressed with that scalar wave healing or whatever it is technology, or much of any others at this point within the whole ascension/compressed evolutionary process. There are numerous things I want to talk about in a post about how so many are still stuck in between the dying 3D world astrological Age of Pisces and its dis-empowerment tactics and beliefs, and, the incoming 5D Age of Aquarius self-empowered and responsible energies and higher consciousness. I totally understand that humanity feels or believes its still in the Piscean Age but it isn’t. Humans don’t change well so we see this cusp-hanging or clinging with some people over many things. I’ll write a post asap about this Empowered/Dis-empowered topic because it’s bothered me for many years.

So if I need to ask a question, it would be, how do my higher-self and universe work more synergistically to manifest desired outcomes when beings we had counted on co-creating with choose (free will in operation here) outside of our dream? I’ve been feeling ‘scramble-for-the-fumble’ since long before preseason football. Part of me seems to think letting go of expectations is the way to go, but this is just a coping mechanism and it leaves me feeling apathetic and flat a lot. I know there must be a better way that keeps free will. I almost feel quarantined sometimes. Eh….

I agree, this idea and need came from a higher level.
For years now there have been a handful of Lightworkers who’ve done so much great Service Work for all of the other Lightworkers who’ve been living the ascension process first…because they are Lightworker…by writing articles, energy alerts, newsletters etc. However, I’ve noticed over the past few years that there was no place where everyone else who is now also living the ascension process (but not necessarily Lightworkers/Wayshowers/Path Pavers etc.) could ask their questions and have a dialogue back and forth with an Elder Lightworker. This – in combination with my forgetting to write about many subjects that I’m very familiar with and have been for decades but don’t focus much on at this point – makes for a great way for both sides to interact, ask questions, share multidimensional answers and information very directly. Plus these dialogs are published, so other people can read them all and benefit too. A win/win in my opinion. :)
I’m also working on a complex quantum-like post about Starbeings/ETs/Starseeds and how we are multidimensional, non-linear beings.

Maybe you can help me understand I had a dream a couple of weeks ago that has puzzled me a little. I was outside looking at the full moon with someone else and it had little lights encircling it. I had a telepathic understanding that they were Children of the Moon. The lights grew and changed color until they were this huge crystal in the sky with green and blue layers in a golden matrix and a layer of black rings under it. It would have kept growing if I hadn’t waoen. Do you have any explanation of what this might mean?

As with all dream interpretations, this is just my sense of YOUR dream. In the end only you can know what your own dream was saying to you.
In most cases when I read or hear someone else’s dreams, I clairvoyantly see/feel/know very specific symbol images in my mind’s eye or Brow Chakra or Higher Vision. In other words, people’s dream symbols (along with higher dimensional knowledge and understandings) usually are perceived by me as different symbols that I understand. Weird huh, but visual symbols and the emotions and knowings they produce are the higher dimensional language…not linear words or telepathed words.
The symbols I saw as I read your Question were that the Moon in your dream represents emotions within you. These little lights encircling the Moon (your emotions and emotional self and nature) were your “children”, your emotional children being birthed for some reason. These lights that “grew and changed color…” transformed into something else right? Kinda like what the ascension process is doing to each of us right? ;)
This next part I found very interesting and said a lot, again, symbolically. The colors you mentioned were green and blue (layers). The color of the old 3D Heart Chakra is green, and the color of the old 3D Throat Chakra is blue. What is being birthed now in ascending humans right in between these two? Grin…I’m really enjoying this. The HIGH Heart Chakra which exists above the old green Heart Chakra and just below the old blue Throat Chakra! So…what do we really have going on with your dream symbols?
The tiny lights encircling the Moon (emotions and emotional nature of our old lower 3D human selves and reality), morphing, ascending, evolving into something else entirely. A huge crystal in the sky (can’t get much more Aquarian symbolic than that!) with green (old 3D Heart Chakra or old 3D emotions/emotional natures aka the Moon) and then blue alternating layers (the old lower 3D Heart Chakra emotions layered with old 3D Throat Chakra energies – the ability to speak our truth/truths) transforming into a golden matrix (new higher 5D – fifth dimensional – beings, abilities, tool, perception, focus, world, reality etc.) with layers of black rings under it.
The black rings under it represent to me the old 3D rungs or stair steps on the ascension ladder, the old foundations of our lower frequency selves and consciousness and how we’ve transmuted them to literally climb our way up and out energetically. I also saw in my mind’s eye an old symbol much like this where some Eastern (Hindu) god/goddess stands or sits upon layers of old lower something or some monster or beast/animal. I feel your black rings represent this same type of symbolism.
Your “golden matrix” to me represents the New Higher Ascended 5D planetary grid patterns AND human matrix or “rewired” human; around the ascending Earth and also within ourselves as ascended/ascending beings into a 5D state. And you’d better believe that this whole thing is going to continue “growing” for many, many years. It’s a New Age and we are New Beings existing on a New Earth in a Higher Dimension and we both shine like huge crystals hanging in New Space with a 5D High Heart golden matrix grid within us and Earth. Your dream is very special and meaningful to me about this entire process.

I felt it was very special and had to do with the crystal grid encircling the earth (which I’ve been working on), so it’s very good to have confirmation of that. I didn’t expect it to be gold, though. From what you’re saying, I’m beginning to dream in symbols, so I may be able to interpret them better as I become more familiar with them, as you already are. Your interpretation of the colors was very apt and I just happen to be in Asia right now, so see many of these guardian spirits with struggling humans under their feet and know exactly what you’re talking about. In any case, this crystal covered the whole sky and was beautiful beyond words– golden and moving colors that crystallized as they went. flowingmountains, perhaps this as a goal will help you get through your symptoms. ; -)

Hi Denise I’ve been reading your blog, and have been completely captured by it.
I have a question about kundalini awakening. I sort of accidentally awakened my kundalini prematurely (I’ve been practicing kudalini yoga for a few months). There seems to be great conflict between my lower and higher self. A conflict which I’ve been observing in my dreams, where literally two versions of me are not getting along. After prematurely awakening my kundalini extremely traumatic events have been occurring. Some things include the animal kingdom always trying to kill me (I know it sounds insane). My car and part of my home have been randomly bulldozed (we don’t know who did it). I am failing in university. I experienced an extreme fever of 40.5 and was rushed to the ER. The scary part is that my temperature rose in about 10 minutes which my doctor told me is medically impossible. I read that the kundalini can create such extreme heat release within the body. Many other traumatic events have been occurring too. It’s reached a point where I stay in bed all day afraid to get out. I am afraid of meditating too. I want to know if there is anyway I can fix this. I have no idea what I supposed to do now.

First off let me ask you how old you are because that will give me more information astrologically in connection with kundalini risings. I get the sense however that you’re younger than 39, but let me know OK?
While I was reading your question, I keep perceiving that your kundalini rising was NOT “premature” or “accidentally” nor something that’s gone wrong or astray. I’ve been living with kundalini risings – power surges, Hot Flashes as they’re all the same thing, the same kundalini energy blasting repeatedly up and down and up and down your spine, hammering away at every Chakra to transmute and eventually clear the majority of our lower frequency stuck emotional energies, wounds, traumas, fears etc., for 10.5 years now. It is greatly reduced in intensity and heat now, but those first few years were hell on earth! This is an Alchemical transformation by Fire most certainly.
I didn’t do anything to intentionally activate my repeated kundalini risings and all that it naturally produces. It simply started one day in 1999 because it was one of the many ascension symptoms. What you need to keep in mind and heart with this is that repeated kundalini risings happens to transmute your inner lower frequency stuff. Period. It’s like a spiritual flame thrower that gets activated when it is time for you to begin this heavy-duty transmuting and ongoing ascension process and when you (and I) are clean and cleared enough inside energetically, these hot flashes, spasms, near insanity, nightmares, intense sweating, crazy thinking, anger, frustrations, down-right hatred, fear and so much more is gone from you…permanently. You are a new being, literally. But getting from point A to point B is a real ordeal and it feels like dying over and over and over again, which you are. ;)
Hopefully I haven’t scared the hell out of you with that!
About those “two aspects of you not getting along…”. I believe they are the two aspects of you going through this intense ascension-related phase. The old lower 3D ego-based you with all of the inner stuff that needs to be burned away and transmuted by Alchemical kundalini fires so the second version of you can manifest; the aspect of you that is ascending into a new higher 5D state of being and awareness. Believe me that the old lower aspect of ourselves, especially our old 3D ego selves, DO NOT want to give up its total control. (Sound familiar people? ;) Lower frequency beings never want to die and give up their control. But this it the Way through to the Other Side and yes it’s painful and oftentimes frightening because these lower aspects of our 3D egos ARE dying and being transmuted into something very different.)
About those “things in the animal kingdom always trying to kill me…”. Once again I feel even this is symbolically trying to show you that the lower “animal nature” within 3D ego-based humans must be transmuted to ascend to a higher state, world, and dimension. I’ve had strangers be manipulated into monstrous negative people, primarily for my spiritual benefit! They became my “Petty Tyrants” to borrow an old Carlos Castaneda term. Without something or someone or a group of someones lashing out at us or in some cases, even trying to kill us, we would not have the motivation to push ourselves to such an extreme level of transformation. Harsh but true…read A Lightworker’s Mission!
And lastly, please TRY to not slide into fear or resistance against this ascension process. After far too long I finally realized that if I surrendered into each (fucking) hot flash I had, they passed through me and my body faster and with less pain and drama. I realize that saying that is exactly like telling a dying person not to fear that process and that it all will work out just fine! But there it is. Fear not, fight not, and just go with the transformational flow of all this and you will move through this process faster and slightly easier. And I wouldn’t suggest that you formally “meditate” at this time because you’re already IN the process. It really isn’t needed at this point, but stay open and pay attention to your dreams, your emotions, your old fears, hates, whatever that suddenly pops up. Know that it all is being churned up due to this ascension process only so that it can be felt, fully recognized and then fully released. There’s no hiding from these ascension symptoms and transformations – there is only moving through it all to the other side where you will be truly free.

I have some questions but not sure exactly what category it might come under. It’s about food, in particularly, meat. Do we need meat? How much longer will humans kill animals for food? Why did we begin to kill animals to eat? I have been a vegetarian now for over a year and have not noticed any decline in health, in fact I feel healthier without it. Still, the meat industry is obviously all about money. So it is interesting to wonder what will happen to this industry when the money system falls. As it’s connected to so much and many countries involved, it will surely cause both catastrophic results but also relief for the ones that don’t support it.
I have read somewhere that the consumption of decaying flesh sends something to the brain called the “death hormone”. It’s that fight or flight, survival based instinct. So when we consume meat, are we continuing to stay in a lower state of consciousness and thus preventing or limiting the ascension process? If we stop eating meat, will it be good for raising ones consciousness? Does it even matter? If food is just part of the “mentallised illusion” so to speak, can I eat whatever I want and it doesn’t do anything to my body. It’s an interesting topic because some people seem to be able to eat anything and everything and it doesn’t affect them. Is this because “lightworkers” and the like take on the “fat” so others can gorge themselves in 3D?
Also, in the new 5D Earth, will there be animals and would we communicate with them as equals and not kill them? I’m just fascinated by how we treat the animal kingdom in 3D and wonder if there are certain animals that are conscious of themselves and others that are just a moving creature that won’t exist soon. So my next question is where will the animals go? What is ascension to them? Do they just collectively turn into a forest or a lake in the new world? Obviously as light beings in a 5D world, we would not need to eat, or at least wouldn’t rely on food like we do now, maybe it would be for recreation? It annoys me that many of us still forget Reality and thus ask these sort of questions that we “once” knew but can’t seem to connect back to out higher selves in the now.

Great questions. I’ve never been big on eating meat, especially beef, but for a few years during the most intense phases of my ascension process I craved high levels of protein foods and meats. Our bodies are doing so much work transmuting, evolving, ascending energetically and during certain phase of this ongoing process we need extra protein foods just to keep up with the tremendous transformations going on with us and our physical bodies. Eventually we reach a point where the majority of that level of intense ascension-related transformation is done and instantly we don’t crave as much protein because our bodies don’t need it.
I know that what we eat and how much of it is and will continue to change rather radically as we continue through this ascension process. Eventually we’ll re-learn how to utilize the energies from the Sun and the different Light energies as food sources in combination with very small amounts of physical foods. Many people will be able to exist very comfortable on Light/Love and by that I mean Light – higher knowledge, information, awareness and Love – creativity.
The ascension process and dimensional shift out of polarized 3D into non-polarized, unified 5D, offers humanity the ability to not need to breed and kill animals to live off of. We are evolving beyond that whole business and the more people like you and I intend and share that Light (information), the more people will evolve beyond their fear of not killing animals to eat! Don’t worry about the death of these old lower planetary systems and beliefs passing away. There won’t be any “catastrophic results” because this is ascension into a higher state of being, consciousness, and world reality and belief systems. It’s only catastrophic to people who do not understand that the human species is evolving now, but this shift and many others will come about much faster than most people think. Consciousness changes = reality changes.
The ongoing planetary and solar ascension process is so feaking potent and absolute that we could eat Twinkies and candy only and we’d still ascend if we had a desire to do so now! I’m not recommending that diet, but just saying this is happening to humanity regardless of what we eat. On the other hand, eating lower frequency foods gets more and more difficult to do and not get sick from while living through the ascension process. I know cause I’ve tried to continue eating my beloved crappy 3D foods and just feel like utter shit when I do. Lower and higher energies don’t work well together!
About animals in general. Everything on Earth is living this ascension/compressed evolutionary process now…everything including the animals. My cat experiences his version of ascension symptoms and reactions to solar flares and CME’s and earthquakes etc. The animals will go through this for as long as they wish to in the bodies they have now. Some of them choose to die or step out of their current body and return rather quickly in a new higher frequency body that can cope with the constantly increasing higher, faster frequency energies bombarding Earth/humanity/everything. So there are these options for animals and humans; remain in current body and ascend it or, exit said body and reincarnate in a newer model that’s built to match the new higher energies.
Like humans, animals, especially now with the ascension process, are not all functioning or developed to the same identical level. Some humans are much less evolved than other humans and the same is true with certain animals – pets especially and not cattle and oxen and other lower consciousness work animals of 3D. As humanity evolves, many of the old 3D work animals won’t be needed on this planet any longer and so they will just seemingly go extinct or disappear from our memories and reality. Many, many things besides certain beasts of burden will.
Many of the animals will be given the choice to go elsewhere or to go back to Source energy. The creativity and options are far more vast than I’m capable of accessing now, but many of the animal species that won’t be needed on an ascended 5D Earth world will rest for a while and then be given choices as to what and where they want to continue learning and evolving as well.

Meat good! But I absolutely notice the difference between free range and crap that normal people eat. I can’t stand the factory meat. But eggs, milk, meat – it seems that if it’s from an animal living on a normal farm, that animal has decided to freely give its gifts and they taste delicious! Real fuel for my body, and I am grateful.
Food and drink seem like the only fun left in being in a physical body.
Well, I got a question and this maybe interesting for you to interpret.
One night, I had a dream. I dreamed I was shown a computer screen or holographic game. I was shown the solar system. The object of the “game” is to move the planets around with my own mind.
So, I shifted the planets positions and I placed the Sun being in the center. Jupiter is an important planet and much emphasis was put in this planet.
I was shown that all planets has a force field or electromagnetic barrier and it was very visible to me.
Interesting dream, isn’t? What’s your take on this? It feels like whoever gave this dream to me left me a puzzle.

Sometimes our dreams like this are to remind us that we are indeed capable of consciously manipulating “reality”. In most cases dreams like this are multi-leveled and are showing/teaching/redirecting the dreamer about multiple things and not just the one most obvious thing.
Jupiter is the planet of Mastery and I suspect that’s one thing your dream message was reminding you about yourself and your life now during this ascension of the species/planet. I think you’re shifting the solar systems planets around may also symbolize that you have the ability to shift how you are effected by the planetary energies. The Sun is in the center of our solar system, and in astrology, it represents our basic sense of self and external identity within this reality.
But again, I really sense that the main intent of this dream was for you to be very aware of the fact that you can mentally focus enough to alter things – aka “conscious creating”. It reminds me of that scene in one of the Star Wars movies where Yoda is teaching Luke Skywalker how to mentally levitate his spacecraft up and out of the swamp. It was more about his learning that he could do this regardless of the size and weight of his ship, and not totally about getting it out of the swamp muck. ;)

A few weeks ago, I started seeing gigantic bird beings in my inner light field. I was stunned at first, as this gigantic being was right there, one night as I closed my eyes . I felt very grounded as the being was soo PRESENT. I also feel silent flapping around me a lot now and see and feel myself gliding in higher planes. It feels really good, yet I am concerned about “just taking off”. I am a novice at protecting my fields while navigating other dimensions and had been attacked in the astral before.
Also, I have found 5 bird feathers in my yard and on walks lately. Today, I found a feather on a plant in the yard!!!
I wonder if you can comment about discovering “our wings”.

Have you seen my book illustration in A Lightworker’s Mission of one of these ancient Bird Beings I met in a past life in 12,600 b.c. Egypt? I think you might enjoy seeing it.
I get the sense that there are some super ancient Pleiadian Beings that were/are some of these Bird Beings. Many are humanoid but, like the Sirians who are also humanoid yet also have some super ancient Lion Beings or Feline Beings within their race too.
At any rate, don’t worry much about the need to protect yourself around these winged beings as they are very positive (they don’t exist or function within the astral, and at this point I do not think you are traveling there either but in higher levels of 5D and into 6D possibly), and may also be near you right now as new “guides” or teachers at some level. Don’t think too much, just follow your heart with them and pay attention.
These types of higher (very positive) beings are often so huge and with tremendously large, wonderful personalities and energies that it’s easy to become overwhelmed and even goofy/slightly intoxicated and/or weepy in their presence or energy field or to just fall asleep! They know that their energies are much larger than ours are even with all this ascending, and this is often why they keep their visits with us rather short and to the point. But, we’re catching up with many of them now because we are soaring ourselves.
I went through a few years where I clairaudently heard huge bird wings flying right above my head. I’ve always had an affinity with birds and these ancient other-dimensional stellar Bird Beings and I think when they reconnect with us like this and what you’re experiencing, it’s to remind us of our multidimensional natures. After all, ascension is about us learning how to be conscious of our functioning and existing within multiple dimensions simultaneously and become imbalanced or lost from it!

Great idea. Actually I’ve had a question since I found your site several months ago. You frequently refer to Lightworker/Starseed/Bridgebuilder/Path… all these different labels. It is unclear to me if you use them interchangeably or do you see them/know them to be different roles. I’ve heard others use these terms and often its seems they use them pretty much interchangeably. If they do in fact represent different roles, how do you define them? Are there ways you might be able to describe them so we may be able to recognize ourselves? Thanks for clarification.

Yes these terms are basically all the same thing and indicate a “Lightworker”. Lets break these names down briefly just for the heck of it.
*Lightworker – an ancient old soul who intentionally reincarnates at specific times (and astrological Age changes) to break up controlled planetary systems, belief systems etc. to allow higher dimensional Light/Love back in. What’s Light/Love? Light is higher information or knowledge that said planetary system controllers does not want it’s inhabitants to know about. Love is creativity.
*Starseeds – are usually (funny, I wasn’t going to talk about this topic for awhile but I know to follow the clues so here we go) aspects of other Starbeings/ETs from higher dimensions. Now the important part of this is that the Starbeing and its seeded aspect are related and actually aspects of each other. Starseeds are created as another way to get into physical 3D reality and literally work from within it to do Lightwork, be a Path Paver, a Bridgebuilder etc. We are the Starbeing AND the Starseed existing within different dimensions but both working towards the same goals. We are multidimensional beings and the ascension process is forcing us to consciously remember this fact and not get hung up on only one single identity or aspect of multiple selves. Complex topic that I’ll get into more soon.
*Path Paver – same same. An ancient old soul that reincarnates at specific times to be part of the first wave or first crew to energetically, psychically, mentally and emotionally break up the negativity on the planet that’s controlled humanity. They come back in to override lower negative greed-based world systems and belief and consciousness patterns and literally pave an energetic pathway up and out of the lower frequency negativity which also allows higher dimensional Light (aka knowledge and information) back on to the planet so the species can get back on track and evolve. The negative beings and controllers don’t take kindly to this of course and this is why we often come under psychic attacks and/or lower energy assaults.
*Bridge Builder – another term for these same old souls who literally build energy bridges out of lower frequency 3D so higher energies/Light/Love can get back in again.
So these different names or terms are all talking about a specific group of very old souls that do this specific type of Energy Work or Planetary Service and tremendous energy transformations. I’ve often referred to myself as a Cosmic Janitor to try and get people to understand that it is not as romantic or glamorous as their egos think! It’s hard, dangerous work that must literally be done IN and THROUGH the persons physical (and other non-physical) bodies.
