  Recent & Radical Cellular Healing-the Arcturian collective

  Many of us have been going thru a sincere rough patch the last couple of weeks…well, really this has been in varying degrees since the equinox…but the last 2 weeks have been especially unkind. In light of the many emails I have been receiving about this exceptionally gooey and physically taxing integration period, I decided to call on the support of the unseens to answer a particularly heartfelt question that I feel many would benefit from.

  I feel like I’m so lost and I suppose faith will see me through but I can’t help but feel like faith got me into this mess, I gave up everything, including my heart, soul and every breath I have ever drawn to partake in the transition and now as I witness the crumpled pieces of what’s left of my mortal life, I wonder … is this all my fault, did I do something wrong, why do I find myself in this limited place where I feel like I have no choice but to continue on this path, that any plan I try to execute will be thwarted and I will have no choice but to come back to this place, where any kind of joy is fleeting but pain and suffering seem eternal.

  I understand that we create our own circumstances, but I have never ever believed that me or my family deserved to live under such over-powering pressure, I feel like I can’t breathe, and I know that there are other light workers in similar situations, where it feels like we have given everything for this cause and we are left out in the cold, while others needs are meet, I just don’t understand?

  I have always felt so clear about my destiny and who am I and where my path leads and now I cannot see the future anymore like it is blocked from me, I feel so alone and yet I feel many near me, but they are of little comfort when they are safe in divinity and I am here afraid.

  Do you know why there are lightworkers like me who are in awful situations and lost places, my whole life feels like it never fit me, I am so uncomfortable, everything feels like a complete opposite to what I believe in and hold dear , it feels so traumatizing to wake up here every morning, it’s like ash in your mouth, there is no light here and nothing grows.

  Blessed warrior, be at peace. This journey is not for the faint of heart, no, and we assure you that though there is nothing left in this dimension for you to explore, that it is in fact, designed to be that way.

  We share that though you are contemplating the direness of your situation at hand, in truth, what you are experiencing is the total opposite of this…that is to say that every part of you has arrived, has passed through the portal to your new vibrational experience, but with mere threads of your physical self left to complete the reconnection. This discordance…the extreme differences between what is real and what you are presently experiencing, leads to the absolute conflict, confusion and frustration of your current physical circumstances.

  You are not alone in this, by far…many who walk beside you on this timeline are experiencing similar isolation and disconnection from truth. May we suggest that when you are undergoing a period of disconnect…wading through the void as we say… that you instead look to your external environment for clues to what is already on its way to you.

  Often in these situations, when you are seemingly cut-off from your higher vision and the source of your expanded self, it is near to impossible to see the bigger picture or the many layers of your reality that are in fact supporting your higher intentions. In these circumstances, when you feel disconnected from what feels good…which has been your main gauge for truth throughout this journey… we provide you with the guidance to instead look around you, to look for and SEE the physical events taking shape in your outer landscape of life that lend credence to your divine truth. Yes, you are that close now.

  For what is truly happening is this:

  The last energetic ties to the old paradigm, the old earth and its ways of creation, are being severed, unplugged and removed from your energy field and you are simultaneously being fully replugged into the new matrix. This severing period places you in an energetic holding space for two reasons… so that you are blocked (protected) from creating any further realities from the expired (karmic) grid matrix, and so that you take the necessary time out to nourish and support your body through this radical cellular healing initiated by the biological restructuring and mutation into the crystal vibration.

  Your physical cells are undergoing a deep transformations at this time. This cannot be overstated…for the physical realms that you are soon to participate in require the complete and total clearing of all 3d dimensional reality constructs and their ensuing cellular imprints.

  This part of the journey is very taxing on the physical body, yes, and when your vitality is low, your perceptions, your out-look, is at risk. To keep your head above the rising waters of biological purification, we suggest that you remain as present as possible with what surrounds you and to engage in those things that are still able to bring you joy…for those few things remaining are the intrinsic parts of you that are true, the essence of you that will always remain in tact. Immerse yourself so fully in any pleasure that you can call upon knowing confidently that the rest is taken care of for you.

  We realize that there are few words that we could share that would lift the suffering of disconnect, for you are creators and so your natural tendency is to create. To be blocked from participating in the creation of your desires is nothing short of a living death, and so we assure you, even if it is yet again through words, that you will come through this cellular integration with a renewed sense of life, a renewed love, a renewed desire to create, and a renewed sense of confidence in your many abilities.

  We don’t pretend tO know the physical experience of your personal ascension process, but we do know that the only way around the process is directly through it. The intensity of your biological re-balancing and physical resurrection is contingent upon your ability to surrender to the changes fully.

  This grounding period is indeed a very physical-based experience, and so the cellular rejuvenation has been nearly multiplied to allow for the full de-cension of your spirit body into form.

  Be at peace with the end of life as you know it. Be at peace with the physical resurrection required to attain mastery. Be at peace with the unknown. But mostly, be assured that all of this is bringing to you exactly what you most long for.

  We, the Arcturians, are a most proud and advanced civilization of the fifth density. We offer you a glimpse of the utopia that your future holds for you…an existence where love is the primary element of life.

  We maintain unsurpassed love & deep abiding respect for all of you, as we honor the warrior in each of you. Your contribution to the overall plan is unrivaled, as is your ability to achieve your pre-planned & collective goal.

• I’m always interested to read your posts. I haven’t had a chance to listen to the attunements- I’m really curious!

  I haven’t had the headaches that people describe, but I’ve had weird variations in vision. All of a sudden, my glasses don’t feel right on my face, and I have a lot of floaters. One of the weirder things I’ve experienced since the equinox is that it seems like my head/neck puff up when I’m around lower vibrating energies. I’ve had sudden & severe allergy-like reactions to lower energies, too. But the puffiness is just awful. It’s so discouraging because I’d finally felt like I was starting to lose a wee bit of all that weight I’ve gained. I keep thinking that we’ll get to some point where we will be healthy and active and integrate these energetic issues, but it drags on. Finally figured out that I need to drink a lot of water to facilitate the electrical stuff, and qigong is incredibly helpful to keep energy moving properly. Thanks for posting! Kerrie

• OMG! Denise!!!! I love this post! Your “nifty” MRI scan, (you’re a super-star!) your understanding of the rewiring process, the image of the unified brain. Wow!

  Weeks ago I had a headache so severe I thought I was going to puke out a cerebral mass that had somehow bottomed out into my stomach. For me, the axe-in-the-head-feeling is almost always localized at the base of my skull these daze, I mean days. 🙂 This particular near-death headache put me out for 5 hours from 5pm until 10pm, totally unheard of for me. I just collapsed into a comatose-like delirium of brain-fogged sleep.

  To have the perspective of my brain being rewired into a whole brain TRULY helps me understand it waaaaaaaaay better. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I actually think the recent shift of the earth axis and the magnetic pole shift of the sun are directly facilitating this with and for us……

    I too was mighty happy when I was able to clairvoyantly see this current brain rewiring taking place inside my head. Like you, I can cope so much better with these mega nasty and stop you in your tracks ascension headaches when I have a better understanding of what is actually taking place inside my body, my heart, my brain, my KA body and so on.

    OK everyone, here comes another big coinky dink much like we did a few months back when I was led – out of the blue – to visit a website I’d basically forgotten about. It was Tom Kenyon’s The Hathors. Well the same sensation struck me three days ago out of the blue, and so I went to his site to see if he and the Hathors had anything new to say. They didn’t three days ago, but today, after I posted Head/Brain Rewiring, Karina emailed me out of the blue 😉 to let me know that Tom Kenyon had a new Hathors message out! I just finished reading it, haven’t listened to their new “Heart Dimensional Attunment” yet, but I KNOW that Tom and the Hathors latest message is directly tied into what I was talking about the new Phase Two Head/Brain Rewiring.

    So I’m going to put a post together of his latest channeling with links to this sound attunment and website and also where you can sign up for email notifications from him, which I didn’t discover until today. Everything in its time… I’m going on and on about this because I’m absolutely positive that the brain rewiring, the aches and pains, the mega headaches, the Phase Two earthquakes are all interconnected, which the Hathors talk about so wonderfully.       A Hathor Planetary Message Through Tom Kenyon

      Evolutionary Opportunities Within the Chaotic Node

      In this planetary message we wish to address the increasing breadth and scope of the Chaotic Node you have entered.

      The focus of our communication is on the subtle, and not so subtle, effects on your consciousness as a result of the planetary changes taking place. As we said in our previous communication, it is increasingly difficult to predict, with accuracy, seismic and volcanic events, for you have entered a very volatile stage.

      In October of last year we predicted that you would enter a Chaotic Node, and that this would result in ever-increasing levels of chaos, and that your governments and institutions would have difficulty contending with these levels of chaos. And, indeed, this is taking place, from an increase in extreme and aberrant weather patterns throughout the globe, to a marked increase of earthquake activity, to the current Icelandic volcanic eruptions. These various expressions of the Chaotic Node will continue to escalate and interact in creative and unpredictable ways.

      The focus of our communication is not on the physical challenges you will face as the Chaotic Node widens in its scope, but rather we wish to focus upon the evolutionary opportunities that await you, if you are ready to claim them.

      First of all let us postulate an idea that may be new to some, but old information to others.

      As we view Earth, we see her much like we see you, as a luminous egg-shaped geometry of light. Like you, the Earth has channels for subtle energy. In your body, these conduits for subtle energy are known as meridians, which are related to the life force of your vital organs, or nadis, a more complex and subtle system of energy channels related to the chakras.

      The Earth has her own grid or grid-work of subtle energy channels. Some of these are called ley lines. They are conduits for the flow of subtle energy through Earth’s body, similar to your own subtle energy channels. But, of course, the energies that move through the Earth’s subtle energy channels are much more massive than those energies that move through your body. But there is, nonetheless, a relationship between your meridians/nadis and the ley lines of your planet.

      Your planet is entering another phase of its ascension process. And this is signaled by many factors, some of which you can detect, some of which you cannot. Two of these factors have to do with earthquake and volcanic activity.

      Prior to an earthquake or a volcanic eruption there is a massive movement of subtle energy through Earth’s ley lines (in the vicinity of the seismic event). This movement of subtle energy takes place before the actual tectonic shifts occur. The tectonic shifts are the creators or generators of earthquake activity, as your science has clearly stated. But the influx of subtle energy through the meridians (ley lines), in the vicinity of an earthquake takes place hours, days or even weeks before the actual earthquake and/or volcanic eruption itself. They are harbingers of the physical event. And it is this subtle energetic aspect of quake and volcanic activity we wish to address, for these fluctuations in Earth’s meridians, or lay-lines, affect you directly.

      Many of you are experiencing resonant responses in your bodies. This means that when subtle energy related to a coming earthquake or volcanic eruption moves through one of Earth’s ley lines, there can be a corresponding movement in your own meridian system. It’s as if you become a barometer for what is about to take place. Some individuals are more sensitive to this than others, so the effects can be much more pronounced in these individuals. Sensitive persons can respond to the subtle energetics of earth changes thousands of miles from the actual event itself. But even those who are less sensitive can feel the effects. Due to the fact that earthquake and volcanic activity are on the rise, many of you are experiencing an increase of these bizarre resonant responses within your bodies. And that is what we wish to turn our attention to now.

      We understand and appreciate the dire consequences of earthquake and volcanic activity on your three-dimensional reality, but we wish you to know that these same events create energetic openings, evolutionary portals that you can enter.

      They are harbingers not only of the shifting of the landscape of physical earth; they are harbingers of the shifting of human and planetary consciousness.

      Let us describe some of the physical and emotional effects that this seismic-related subtle energy produces. Remember that when an earthquake or volcanic eruption is imminent there is a flow of subtle energy through the meridians or ley lines of Earth in the vicinity of the seismic event. There are, simultaneously, resonant responses in your physical body, especially in those who are sensitive to such things. When there is a movement of this subtle energy through your personal meridian system, all types of strange phenomena can take place.

      These include, but certainly are not limited to, an increase in temporary short term memory challenges, episodes of sudden bodily heat and cold, inexplicable physical discomfort, and even pain that seemingly appears for no reason and then dissipates.

      You might also experience brief moments of what might be called thinking and sequencing challenges. And episodes of sudden decreased energy will be on the rise. In these odd energy states it will appear as if you suddenly have no energy available to you. We have spoken about this in previous messages, but more and more persons will be complaining about fatigue, exhaustion, and at the same time an inability to obtain restful sleep. There will also be increased episodes of feeling like you are falling asleep while awake. If you are in an environment where you can lie down, or at least close your eyes, this is the best way to deal with this particular phenomenon. When this occurs it is often, though not always, an effect of the seismic flows of subtle energy through Earth’s energy system or ley lines.

      These are times when Earth herself is shifting levels of planetary consciousness, and you can ride on her coattails, so to speak. Since the planet is shifting consciousness herself, you can enter into deeply profound states of consciousness in these moments. Our advice is to let the world go and surrender to the experience of falling into yourself. Some of you will enter inner worlds of reality that have immense healing and nourishing effects. Others will simply feel like they “blacked out” and have no recollection of what occurred. But if, in these moments, you can allow yourself to rest, even in the midst of your daily activities, you will benefit greatly.

      At times, some of you might also experience the opposite reaction. You might sense your body entering a hyper state for no apparent reason, as if it has sped up metabolically. If you are aware of subtle energies, you will notice that this is a result of your subtle energy bodies (such as the KA) vibrating at a faster rate than is normal for you. This sped up feeling may last for brief periods of time or continue for several hours. During these hyper states of awareness, you might experience a download of cosmic information and/or spiritual light. You may also find subtle energy channels within your body spontaneously opening with a resulting amplification of subtle energy flows through these channels. As odd as these states of body and mind may seem, they are evolutionary jumpstarts. Unfortunately for your daily bodily rhythms, these unique states of body and mind often occur at inconvenient times. If you can be okay with them and realize that they are evolutionary gifts, you can derive great benefit from them.

      While the Holon of Balance and the Holon of Ascension that we have given in previous communications will certainly be helpful to you (and may be engaged to your great benefit), there is no way to escape the physical effects of these seismic events upon your body and consciousness. So our advice is to embrace them rather than to resist them. View them as they are, evolutionary opportunities.

      With this communication we are releasing the Heart Dimensional Attunement. You will find a link to this sound meditation at the end of this message. This is an unusual attunement, for it comes from the future and an energetic of Earth that is not yet in your present time.

      We suggest that you listen to this in a similar way that we suggested you listen to the Pineal Dimensional Attunement. Place your awareness in your heart chakra while listening, and imagine that the sounds you are hearing are coming from out of the heart center. This ascension code will help your heart to stabilize and find solace and comfort from a future aspect of your Earth. It’s purpose is to help sustain you through the chaotic and volatile events that are unfolding before you. The sounds are the vibratory essence of a new Earth, an ascended Earth. It is the promise of a new world, and you carry the seeds of that world in your very hearts.

      Finally, we wish to acknowledge the difficult times you are entering. At the same time you are crossing a threshold into an extraordinary evolutionary upliftment.

      Regardless of where you live on your Earth, regardless of your station in life, or the circumstances you face, if you embrace what is unfolding before you as an evolutionary gift, you will rise up in consciousness and pass, with grace and humor, through the portal that is the Chaotic Node.

        Thanks for saying that but believe me, I totally get why you were so excited about Tom and the Hathors latest article. Last night I too was so excited because it confirmed literally everything that I’ve been experiencing for months now in Phase Two. That’s why I “jumped the gun” and added what I did in my reply Comment about it. We were experiencing another 5D energetic connection within a Group here at TRANSITIONS, along with Tom Kenyon and his Hathors…which I now believe I saw clairvoyantly in February when this same connecting happened back then with all of us.

        Every once in a while, I visit Tom Kenyon’s website and look for the latest as I hadn’t subscribed to his email notifications. Just a couple of days ago, right out of the blue, his name popped into my head a couple of times and then I get two emails from friends with the latest article in it. Usually I am guided to stay away from most recordings and affirmations but Tom Kenyon’s Heart Dimensional Attunement and the Pineal Dimensional Attunement are the exceptions.

        I had the same out of the blue draw to his website back in Feb. and discovered some excellent information from both the Hathors and him. The same higher Group energy connection has been happening again over the past three days (April 27th) with many of us here AND also through the Hathors and Tom Kenyon’s writings. Like-vibrating souls are connecting better now and forming the new Groups (cyber so far…physical next). It’s a wonderful thing! 🙂

        As soon as I feel it’s okay to quote Tom Kenyon’s latest channel here I certainly will. I wanted to three days ago, but feel I should wait until I either get it in an email from him or once he adds it to his website. I don’t want to be disrespectful to him…so I’m waiting.

  • hi – glad you’ve written this – i’ve been having exactly the same stuff going o n – the electrical zzzing when it first started in my body years ago really freaked me out – then i got quite used to it
    my head has been having all sorts of odd feelings etc etc – also v odd eye probs – the latest being seeing a white light from right eye sort of flashing in peripheral vision – still having v bad neck pain too on right side
    its interesting to hear other peoples experiences –
    is anyone having trouble going to sleep right now and then waking up and feeling really hot –
    and feeling v sad

  Thanks soo much-makes so much sense. I too have had all the same bizarre stuff in my head. Has anyone had any bright “lightening strikes” in there eyes? I have been seeing energy type lights and geometric designs in both eyes for about a year. But now this happened in a major way and then floaters, only having in right eye. Due to these being the symptoms of a detached retina I decided that better to be safe, than blind, and had checked today. I have a vitrial tear but does not require surgery. This usually happens to people over 65-I am 52. Can’t help but wonder if this is just another of the gazillion symptoms of ascension!

  • I feel so Blessed to have found my way to this wordpress blog! thankyou Denise and all the soul family here! yes this Hathor message was like thoughts had been hand-picked from my very own brain!!
    I feel as if Ive been so alone is this, I’ve been so in fear, with these feeling I’m having in my body through my meridian’s that i knew where connected to mother earth!
    Ive also had issues with my right eye and blurry vision too Makayla! and the eye Doc and GP could find nothing wrong but floaters also that they believe is creating this blurring… all the ascention symptoms have been scary at times and as with you Denise I had a total paranoia with the eyes and headaches and dizziness that i also had a brain tumor! (hense the Doctor visit!)… so these post and your inner knowing that your are sharing Denise mean so much in everyway… look forward to experiencing this shift into our new human with you all!! much love!!       I can deal with the crazy symptoms of ascension of my bodies and also of Earths if I at least have a clue about what’s really going on! Then I’m okay with the pains and weirdness, it’s the not knowing for sure about some symptom that could maybe possibly be something physical that a doctor needs to cut out or some such horrible thing! Euw…

      Here’s another ascension anomaly that at first I thought was simply due to my age (I’m 58). My eyes get really blurry and I have trouble seeing clearly while I’m inside of certain shopping stores and other lower vibrating buildings! The second I get back outdoors I can see just fine. That tells me that, due to my changing frequencies from outside to indoors, my physical vision is greatly effected by that vibrational shift and I don’t really need glasses. Just get out of the lower frequency store! We’re all learning how this thing works. 😉

  • maykayla – having just the same sorts of eye stuff going on – keep seeing out of right eye flashing light – also immense ammount of floaters etc etc – couldnt work out the flashing light thing – now you have mentioned it must be an ascension symptom or similar i think – obviously i notice it more when its dim light – havent had my eyes checked because they are just too weird at the moment and also going into places like opticians makes them worse – had to take someone into a hospital yesteday and when i came out i couldnt see properly for ages – i had picked up so much odd energy – took me a while to clear it all – glad there is at least one other person with same eye stuff going on

      I’ve had this same type of thing over the ascension years with one eye and then the other, and also with pains in my head – one side and then the other. Again, remember that with our two brain hemispheres being rewired now, we are going to have some of this one side strangeness then the other side strangeness I suspect. It is I feel directly related to the brain rewiring and the disintegration of the “Veil” between our brain halves. Once enough new neural connections are created by the rewiring process, I would suspect much of these right/left side symptoms will be gone.

      Another thing we all need to remember at this point is that often some of the bright white light we’re seeing (with both eyes) peripherally, is really us – our KA or etheric Light bodies!

      It helps so much to KNOW that you are not alone and that others are having the same experiences. All of this physical stuff started happening to me in ’98 and life has been anything but unpredictable since. When this latest right eye/white flashes started I got a little freaked-but all is well. I just want to thank you, Denise, for this site and your work. We are not alone, or wierd, and the information you share and the responses of others makes the toughest days easier to get through.

  No one explained my experience or got it as good as you say it here. I have been having the same type of super intense, super weird feelings, motions and pain inside my head. Once or twice, when it bothered too much, I even wondered if an alien was being birthed inside my head (wasn’t hard to imagine as I had seen the Sigourney Weaver ‘Alien’ movie a while back) as it was hard to accept or humanly justify the movements any other way. I quickly snapped out of it telling myself my brain was being upgraded and rewired. I used to check myself out in the mirror just to make sure I was not completely disfigured and mangled from the intensity of it all.

    Thanks for your kind words and I’m so glad that my little vision is helping more than just me. Like you, I too have been thinking that this head business is getting way too intense, therefore there may be something wrong physically…like a brain tumor or something! A ridiculous fear-based thought, but I go there occasionally when I can’t get a higher understanding or view of some things I’m going through that are causing tons of physical pains.

    Hang in there with this ascension symptom cause it’s gonna be amazing for us when finished.

        Yep, I’ve been very busy over the past three years, but I’ve gotten a lot accomplished so I’m pleased.

        It was indeed all those years ago at the DI Forum seems just like yesterday!

        My particular favourite thread was the Pyramid one? Do you recall that one? It had quite a contributors!

        Anyway quite alot has changed but I will probably be reading your entire work to date as I believe it makes more sense now than perhaps then!
