Becoming Proficient with the 2026 Dimensional Shift

Since the Evolutionary Ascension Process (EAP) started it’s been clear the weather has been quickly changing and steadily getting hotter and for decades I’ve made a mental note about this. In early January of 2026, it reached 90+ degrees where I live in southern California, making 90+ degree weather a year-round thing here now. Every year it’s reached 90+ degrees one month earlier than the previous year, until January 2026 that is when it became year-round. When this happened in January 2026, I knew it was another indicator and reaction to the significant Energy Template Shift of February.

Days ago I saw online news reports talking about the strong possibility of an El Nino or a ‘super El Nino’ in 2026. A ‘super El Nino’ this year into 2027 is in my opinion accurate based on what I’ve been perceiving for years. No fear just greater awareness that severe weather anomalies will happen year-round worldwide now. El Ninos and super El Ninos affect the entire country and globe, not just the west coast of the USA. This 2026 increased weather severity and all it will cause, damage and destroy is another aspect of what’s happening to the expired patriarchal governments, politics, systems and all else in this country first but worldwide too. It’s all the same thing, the same EAP process — collapse of past negativity and density in what’s long been 3D Duality frequency, consciousness and reality and everything that went with that.

The activation of the February 20, 2026 NEW Energy Template is causing these and other EAP symptoms on the 3D surface of Earth, below the surface in 2D, in humanity, human consciousness and hearts, with global weather, and to all aspects of external physical and energetic life worldwide.

Here’s why. Since January 2026 I’ve been living this next level EAP multidimensional crash course education the February 20th dimensional Shift activated. This is why I haven’t written much this year, because I’ve been deep in the Process of living it and quickly learning and eventually mastering the changes this Shift has activated. I said earlier this year that we’d entered the EAP time of Spiritual Maturation and Multidimensional Consciousness. What I’ve been experiencing continuously this year has been exactly that, combined with negative Portal People crap, noise and general insanity, and it already is or soon will be the case for many of you reading this.

The EAP continues unfolding and will for the rest of our lives. However, since the monumental February 20, 2026 astrological Saturn-Neptune 0°Aries conjunction Energy Template and dimensional Shift to physical 5D instead of physical 3D happened, we’re now on a wildly different level of life, living and rapid learning of what’s now required of the first of the NEW Human of NEW Earth. February 2026, we began the next level of the EAP, and it came with the permanent dimensional Shift up to 5D Triality life, reality and consciousness for those evolve ascending Individuals heart ready, willing and able to make this monumental internal dimensional Shift physically now. We’ve entered higher NEW dimensional frequency territory and must quickly educate ourselves about fulltime existence in 5D Triality HOMEBASE instead of past low frequency 3D patriarchal Duality. This February 2026 Shift is enormous, and it comes with major consciousness changes we now must make individually within ourselves.

Dimensional 3D–5D ShiftWalking & 5D Homebase Existence

I normally live these EAP shifts first and sometimes stumble around in them at the beginning while, in this latest case, rapidly learning more about being a physical fifth dimensional (5D) NEW Human utilizing the latest NEW 5D Triality-based Energy Templates while dealing with negative reactions because of these changes. These first three months of 2026 have forced my physical multidimensional self through a very short tunnel-like space where I quickly learned a deeper level of physically Shifting from external 3D tool usage to internal 5D tool usage.

The February 20, 2026 dimensional Shift and Triality Energy Template activation requires us to make further evolutionary changes in ourselves and consciousness to keep up with what has happened and continues happening in and to us and the planet. Be flexible and willing to change A LOT this year (and next) and you’ll be amazed by how quickly this dimensional Shift into physical 5D existence is happening for you. It’s already happened and this is us adjusting and adapting to it.

We’re simultaneously going through what should be understood as the final phase with longstanding Team Dark Duality negativity and the destruction of their ancient to present-day distortion structures and various attempts at continued planetary control and human suffering. Team Dark won’t be victorious but it’s happening nonetheless. Pay attention and learn from the end of Duality reality, which is why the negativity—in whatever form that’s taken for you recently—feels profoundly amplified and persistent in our personal lives and collectively for global humanity now. This is the end phase of what has been and implementation of the NEW happening at the same time in our bodies, lives, consciousness and global realities. Is it any wonder why we feel as deeply exhausted, battle weary, traumatized and worn-out as we do now? These are the reasons why and it’s going to be this way throughout 2026, so adjust your physical life to match these latest genuinely severe and simultaneously freeing evolutionary times we’re currently evolve ascending through. All of the EAP caused internal and external stresses and strains have never been as extreme as they now are in 2026.

So far what’s surprised me about this EAP dimensional Shift is how it feels physically every time I’ve repeatedly moved back and forth from old lower physical 3D up to physical 5D. I’m stressing physical because I want everyone to clearly understand that ascending NEW Earth is physical fifth dimensional. Not etheric 5D, but physical 5D, because physical 5D is now our evolve ascended NEW HOMEBASE. Adapting to this Shift isn’t as strenuous or daunting as it may at first sound, but it does require each of us to get used to existing, Working and Consciously Creating from and with our 5D HighHeart “tools” and not the past low 3D Duality ones. We’ll be going back and forth over this 3D–5D multidimensional Shift fence for a while so learn from this process and get familiar with how it feels in your physical body and awareness. The rapidly approaching Separation of Worlds will help with this, but until then, those of us becoming proficient at being physical 5D NEW Humans of physical 5D NEW Earth first will continue Working with less and less of the old 3D tools (old 3D patriarchal systems and laws etc.) and only when absolutely necessary.

Working from Physical 5D

By Working I mean Consciously Creating, not physically doing in the old lower frequency 3D linear one step after another way we’re used to. We’re now having to quickly familiarize ourselves (if not already) with using our 5D tools instead of the old lower 3D ones. Ascension Volunteers and First Everythingers came from 5D and higher, so this isn’t hard or unfamiliar to us. The difficulty has been that we had to adapt to using only old lower frequency 3D consciousness, human ego, Duality reality tools when we incarnated as physical earth humans before the EAP started in 3D. Once here we adapted and became familiar with having to use low 3D Duality tools, but now in 2026, we need to discontinue using them (for the most part in the early stages) and “Shift” to primarily using 5D tools.

When I, Denise, Consciously Creates from 5D, I do so from and as my I AM Divine Source/ Divine Mother/Divine Father Denise in form aspects. I do so myself directly, internally, naturally, automatically as me/Me/ME.

Remember all the long years and decades you have, I have, we have labored on our personal Inner Work feeling, dealing with, healing and finally releasing our stuff & junk? Remember how this slow, laborious ascension Work on your self and your accumulated personal stuff was how we were able to get more of our you/You/YOU aspects embodied in physical incarnate you here now? Remember all that hard Inner Work you’ve done on yourself for so, so long? This, at the start of 2026 is why. You have cleared the way so all aspects of you/You/YOU could be reunited in evolve ascending physical incarnate you now. And because of all this and more, in 2026 we need to discard the old 3D Duality tools, reactions, expectations and consciousness and fully Shift to using our 5D Triality tools and once again make them our primary ascending NEW Human tools again.

It’s 10-10-10 & Company Is Coming

In old lower 3D patriarchal Duality reality everything was/is externally focused, ego-based and ego-driven, intense and physically, mentally and emotionally exhausting. From 5D it’s exactly the opposite. When I’m in 5D frequency everything is internal and internally focused and is based entirely on integrated you/You/YOU Divine SELF YOU that has HighHeart and HighAwareness, and not any of that is intense, difficult or exhausting. It’s the exact opposite and feels like finally being HOME again. I’m not saying that the fifth dimension is the end all HOMEBASE for all evolve ascending people, only that from 5D up is familiar to us whereas old lower negative 3D patriarchal Duality hasn’t been. Old physical 3D Earth has felt suffocatingly negative, alien, insane, dense and barbaric.

When I’m in 5D frequency I’m very much in the natural ‘I AM the I AM that I AM’ state of integrated being and that feels like HOME, which it is. “HOME” is a certain level of energetic frequency, and for us at this time and place in the EAP, that’s the fifth dimension.

The big evolutionary dimensional Shift point for us has been to get through the difficult personal Inner Work of the 4D astral dimension to finally reach 5D Triality with our Individual clean slate so there’s zero negative 3D Duality contamination beyond the fourth dimension. Traversing 4D and repeatedly Working on our personal inner 4D issues these past decades has been our required EAP Initiation to reach 5D. As should be obvious, that means the tools we use from here on out are fifth dimensional ones, not old 3D frequency tools. This is the phase we entered February 20, 2026 via the Saturn-Neptune 0°Aries conjunction — Spiritual Maturation and Conscious Multidimensional awareness, functioning and existence.

If you’re functioning from 5D you Know that evolve ascending you/You/YOU doesn’t need to intend world peace, pray for world peace, hope for world peace, think world peace, protest 3D anything or anyone for world peace etc. If you’re functioning from 5D, you simply do not allow anything less than constant world peace in your space, heart, being and reality. You, me, we 5D NEW Humans of NEW Earth create with and from 5D and higher and we do so from our HighHeart, HighAwareness Divine Selves. We are what we want, what we desire, and we Consciously Create and manifest it into physicality by first internally being it. ‘I AM the I AM that I AM.’

When you’re functioning from 5D frequency you already contain what you want, and by deliberately focusing on it you Consciously Create it into physical manifestation — physical 5D manifestation. You are it and you radiate it outward from your HighHeart because that is your primary 5D tool. That is you Consciously Creating from 5D HighHeart. There is no separation, no distance, no middleman, no confusion or doubt. There’s only you as evolve ascending physical fifth dimensional HOMEBASED NEW Human Conscious Creator.

Next, a little about the negative side effects of this February EAP Shift many of us are experiencing in early 2026.

Some of you, like me, have been experiencing an increase and targeted focus of Team Dark Portal People and their negative activities this year. All in all, this is part of what has been unseen and unknown by the 3D human collective increasingly being up in everyone’s faces now because it’s time for the negativity to be consciously seen and known by those people starting to “wake up” and stop continuing to blindly exist in 3D zombie land. There’s nowhere for the negativity to hide from humanity any longer which means we’re going through more people steadily discovering how negative 3D has actually been. That sounds wonderful doesn’t it, and it is, but it’s also a really hard, painful, difficult and exhausting time for humanity to evolve through (or not). “Waking up” is hard, consciously knowing more is hard, seeing, hearing and FEELING more is hard and it’s deeply stressful on humans and their CNS (central nervous systems), psyches, hearts, minds and physical bodies. I know what’s going on and why and I find this phase of the EAP stressful and exhausting, for slightly different reasons, but stressful and exhausting nonetheless.

Because a major NEW EAP Energy Template was activated for humanity, Earth and all else on February 20, 2026, old low Duality has been increasingly visible and arrogantly doing anything and everything it/They can to survive in the expired old cycle. The negativity isn’t even trying to conceal itself/Themselves anymore in this Light. That too is a positive but it’s also hard to deal with, hard for most people to even know exists, plus what it/They have done and still are doing to humanity and Earth. The February Shift also triggered global collective humanity to now consciously know about, feel, see and hear the negativity in its many expressions worldwide.

This is the phase we’re all in now in the EAP. The know more about everything and everyone phase, which includes experiencing Team Dark Portal People (3D walking dead zombie people) descending into greater negative actions. It’s sad, frustrating, pathetic, boring at this point for many ascension Volunteers, and definitely exhausting. I did, you did, we did our personal Inner Work on our personal stuff and junk throughout the past decades of the EAP. Now the human collective is going through this process and we’re experiencing that too. This has to play out now. It’s an important part and phase of the EAP and it’s the precursor period to the actual physical Separation of Worlds which is very close now.

Because of all these epic changes happening to both sides of old expired Duality reality and consciousness, expect the unexpected all the time now. This includes experiencing brief periods where your familiar consciousness—and therefore reality—doesn’t work for you like you’re used to. I’ve experienced this for minutes here and there at times this year already, and as I said, expect the unexpected now and in ways you haven’t considered. No fear, just more awareness about how deep we are now in the evolutionary Shift up into greater NEW and further out of more negative how it’s been. This EAP period is a last-minute sorting phase for humanity to “wake up” to the past and present-day Team Dark Portal People horrors and choose the Light. Or not and be further prepped for full removal via the upcoming global Separation of Worlds phase.

Any way you view all this it’s a complex, highly intense and difficult time for humanity, Earth, and everything else. Checking the USGS earthquake map every day has become a near heart stopping practice! You never know what you’re going to find on that map, and some days it’s alarming seeing the Richter sizes and numerous up-to-the-minute earthquakes worldwide. There was a 7.3 quake in Vanatu March 30, 2026, a 6.0 in Peru today. Again, no fear just more evidence of how deep we are in this latest EAP Shift.

Be aware, always heed your personal inner notifier when it informs you of something. Don’t ignore it as it may save you from some very unpleasant probabilities. Know that the 3D human zombies will never tell you the truth or do right because they’re incapable of doing so. The multidimensional responsibilities are yours now, are mine now, so don’t waste your precious time and energies on people that aren’t ready to evolve ascend now. Be aware, learn more, be willing to personally change more than you thought or believed would be needed or required. And be willing to excavate deeper than you already have within yourself to gain a cleaner, clean slate to reach 5D NEW Human frequency. Just because you’ve Worked on something in yourself for years or decades doesn’t mean some tiny crumb of something at a deeper level won’t suddenly pop up and require you quickly finish your Inner Work on it so you can access 5D HOMEBASE.

Increasingly I’m simply unable to fit in with, energetically match up with, interact with, communicate with, or get along with the expired patriarchal Duality reality world and its human population and collapsing systems. That world is sheer insanity and utter incompetence and is filled with lawbreaking liers that I want absolutely nothing to do with. They repulse me and I repulse them, and in 2026 this too has reached next level where it’s now best I don’t speak or interact with any of the non-ascending people.

This has gotten vastly worse since the February 2026 Shift, so much so that there’s times when my perspective is so extremely out of “alignment” with the perspectives those people have that I’m unable to function in that world anymore, not that I’ve ever wanted to. It’s become increasingly obvious throughout January, February and March 2026 that I need to even more completely distance myself from NON evolve ascending persons for all our sakes. I’m not perceiving or able to function in that world and reality in the ways they are, and since the February 20, 2026 Template Shift, I’m being pushed out of that world very quickly. We’ve Shifted and there’s no “going back” and pretending you’re not the physical manifestation of your ‘I AM the I AM that I AM’ you/You/YOU NEW 5D-based SELF. We’ve Shifted enough in early 2026 that it doesn’t work for us anymore. Pay attention to the symptoms and side effects of this and learn more about the EAP and you becoming increasingly multidimensionally conscious. Be aware of when you’re experiencing this next level of evolutionary disconnection from the old lower 3D world and its NON ascending population.

This is also part of expect the unexpected from here on out alert. There are times now when I can’t “align” myself enough with that expired low world to safely function in it or communicate with its unaware population. These symptoms are some of what the Separation of Worlds is going to feel and be like; increasingly not being able to accurately see and function in the decommissioned old patriarchal Duality 3D world so stop trying to do so! That’s what’s been highlighted for me so far in 2026; you’re no longer of that world so stay away from it and its population and systems. Don’t waste your time and energy trying to do so because it’s pointless and only more frustrating. Release and walk away from the old and build and exist in the NEW now.

Because this person’s email to me clearly displays many of the things I’ve talked about in this particular article, I’m including it. Nothing else needs to be said about it and the person it came from.
