Negative Etheric Barricades

I’ve debated whether to share this particular information or not. As the weeks rolled on since it happened, I’ve felt it did need to be shared, so here we go. Maybe you can relate to this negative etheric stunt, tactic, this attempt to stop me/you/us from doing what I/you/we’ve been doing all along anyway.

If you’ve been a TRANSITIONS reader for many years, you know that I stopped writing here around the Autumnal Equinox of 2013, and created another blog, HighHeartLife at that time. There were multiple reasons why I did both those things then, just as there are multiple reasons why I’ve started writing again occasionally at TRANSITIONS recently (late 2015). In between book writing, I intend to continue writing at both TRANSITIONS and HighHeartLife because information for both levels and stages are still needed and helpful I feel.

TRANSITIONS came under nearly constant negative assaults by nonphysical Team Dark (TD) beings and living, human Portal People also. Portal People is my term for humans that are easily used, influenced and directed by nonphysical TD to do negative things wherever TD wants to create more chaos and suffering etc. Nothing new about any of this, I’m just saying that I had to constantly keep TRANSITIONS protected, clean and clear since I created it in 2007, and doing so became increasingly difficult over the years as TD increased their attempts to stop me from writing here. I’m certainly not the only one whose had to deal with this in years past online and everywhere else for that matter.

When I stopped writing here in late 2013 and focused mainly at HighHeartLife, I didn’t work as hard or as often at keeping TRANSITIONS energetically free of the negativity like I did before. If I wasn’t here and wasn’t here writing about what I always have, then TD wasn’t here attacking me or others either. However, when I started writing here again a couple of months ago, I experienced something interesting and that’s what I want to share with you only so you can recognize it for what it really is and what it is not if you see and/or feel something like this too. Discernment as always.

A couple of months ago I was here at TRANSITIONS working on an article and after an hour or so, I suddenly clairvoyantly saw something I’ve never seen before. It was obnoxious, invasive, loud and nasty and it wanted to be seen and felt very clearly and it was.

I saw a black and white only etheric “news ticker” or etheric “crawler” or etheric “slide” as they’re called on our TVs, but this was located in the upper left-hand side of about 1/3 of my internal mind’s eye vision. It flashed very fast constantly in an invasive, in-your-face, blinding sort of way. It looked like alien black and white geometric symbols or glyphs and made no sense to me other than I had the immediate feeling it was an etheric barricade to prevent me from writing anymore at TRANSITIONS.

While I was writing I continued seeing it and I tried closing one eye to see if that changed it in any way or made it disappear, it didn’t, so I tried the other eye and a few other things. Even with both eyes closed I could still see it flashing in the upper left-hand side of my inner vision. Both eyes open I could see it, both eyes closed I could see it, but it was the insane migraine it immediately caused me that told me it was a negative etheric, energetic Do Not Cross barricade put in place here by TD probably quiet a few months ago.

It was all I could do to finish writing that article and publish it because the migraine-like headache and nausea seeing and feeling that etheric barricade caused was severe enough I needed to lay down for a bit and clean and clear again. After about an hour the migraine headache and nausea went away, which actual migraines don’t do that quickly.

After all this, I blasted out any and all residual negative etheric devices, tools, barricades, human created negative thought-forms, tidbits etc. because this sort of TD business is not allowed or endured any longer. Now I simply hose down the place with Light (whatever and wherever that may still be at this point) and everything is clean and clear and faster and easier than ever before. If repeated attempts on my life, my sanity, my very soul haven’t worked, some negative flashing etheric alien and/or human created crime scene tape transmission certainly won’t. But, this is how we learn about how the old lower frequency Duality business works at the end of TD’s reign of terror. After all I’ve been through because of them, this was almost laughable in its desperateness and that’s an important reason why I’m sharing the experience with you.

On a much higher note, we are once again in the middle of another potent energetic Light sandwich of two eclipses and the March 2016 Equinox falling between them. Because of this, many are most likely feeling some extra pains, aches, the old Ascension Flu body chills and aches, head pains and pressures, extended periods of inner ear ringing, periods of dizziness or sense of spinning/rotating/falling/lifting off etc. and any number of other Ascension related side effects. Never forget however that these aches and pains are indicators that you are in another intense phase of evolutionary Ascension so use this time positively for yourself and for ALL.

Evolving Beyond the Dark

This article is specifically for the people from around the world who’ve emailed me over the years with the same horrible, difficult problem; they’ve been suddenly activated by the Ascension Process which causes them to “wake up” more spiritually, energetically and consciously, and due to this they’re experiencing attacks from negative nonphysical, nonhuman beings, aliens, entities and living humans, or Team Dark as I refer to all of them.

As humanity continues evolving beyond the old lower frequency blueprints of the last Great Evolutionary Cycle—that fully expired on December 21, 2012—all that was doesn’t want to lose its control, power, food and fuel sources which has been living and dead humanity on Earth for thousands of years. I’m not going into detail over the old lower energies, players, duality, consciousness and such in this because I have already written much about it all. What I want to focus on in this article is why so many people experience negative astral, psychic, and physical attacks from different Team Dark beings and humans both while awake and in-body and while asleep and out-of-body.

Very simply put, Team Dark doesn’t want any human to escape the dense and narrow frequency range they have existed within for so long. If you and I escape that lower frequency range, which is exactly what we’re doing thanks to the natural Divine evolutionary push from the NEW Evolutionary Cycle and its NEW energy blueprints/templates/codes etc., then who are Team Dark going to sustain themselves off from? And so, they attack humans when they sense that person is “waking up”, is naturally evolving due to the current Ascension Process and therefore will literally rise in frequency and rate and “ascend” out of that lower frequency range and consciousness into a much higher one that they cannot enter, touch or influence in any way whatsoever.

As most people begin the natural, evolutionary Ascension Process, at some point within it they will encounter repeated attacks from Team Dark simply because they’re starting the Process of moving out of range from them and so the battle is on to stop, prevent, or at the very least derail the person from being successful with this and escaping/evolving beyond their influence. Think of this miserable, dangerous, difficult situation as Initiatic because it is.

What many people don’t understand is that these levels, stages and phases within the Ascension Process are literally Initiatic and Alchemical and are extremely important and highly valuable personally. I won’t water this down and say any of it is easy because it’s not. It’s often painful, difficult and downright miserable in most cases and yet, by an individual actually LIVING, EMBODYING these Initiatic, Alchemical processes they are forever physically and energetically changed by each one of them… which is the point to the Ascension Process. One must individually be transmuted, transformed from top to bottom, from the energy bodies down to the physical body by these higher frequency Light Energies to literally have their DNA, dualized brain halves, consciousness, energy bodies and physical body integrated, unified, evolved and “ascended” up to the next frequency range and level(s). Not one bit of this is accomplished in the human intellect left brain or ego, but all the way down into every cell, organ, nerve ending, every thought and emotion because that is what Initiations and Alchemical processes do; they transmute and transform one thing into something very NEW, different and into a higher rate of frequency — like 3D Lead to 5D multidimensional Gold.

Of course, Team Dark doesn’t want that to happen and so they attack, derail, sidetrack, make sick, make weak, confuse, interfere, manipulate and attack some more in an attempt to prevent each of us from breaking through that Energy Ceiling and evolving beyond them and our lower consciousness, lower reality world, ways and systems. Only those who’ve gone so far from Source/God/All That Is would believe themselves to be more powerful than Source/God/All That Is! They are not and never have been so don’t give them any more power or focus than you need to during these changes. Realize, understand what’s happening to you and why and that there is some real work and effort involved on your part to break through that old lower Energy Ceiling and evolve yourself, body and soul, up out and beyond that level and range and into a unified, integrated frequency range that’s not remotely like the old lower 3D one.

This can be done, has been done, and is being done today by millions more people around the world and it will continue so no fear, just take advantage of the natural evolutionary Ascension Process Light Energies pushing us all to evolve now. Do the work, make the effort so you can honestly remember that you actually are an aspect of Divine Source/God/All That Is on a very exciting journey for individual Self and for unified Source as they’re one and the same after all is said and done. Don’t become discouraged or sidetracked by the negative tactics and diehard folks and beings of the old lower frequency world and ways. Keep in your Heart the knowing that you are Divine and have the Divine Right to evolve and live free at a higher level of being, consciousness and reality now, today. Use the tests, the Initiations, the Alchemical processes to propel you to the next higher level and don’t give a second thought over the lower old negative biting at your behind on the way up and out. ❤

These Women Are NOT Me

I’ve had many people quote my articles on their blogs and websites over the years but unfortunately some people have attached photos of different women to my quoted articles because they assumed that those photos were of me. Problem has been that they are most definitely NOT me.

These people never emailed me to confirm if the photo(s) they were placing next to my name and my quoted article(s) were in fact actually me. I’ve had to email some different blogs and website owners to ask them to please remove these two women’s photos — Jean Haines and/or Ellie Miser — from my article(s) they’ve quoted on their blogs and websites for the simple fact that they are not me.

Basic Psychic Protection Methods

Over the years I’ve received many emails from people around the world requesting help and/or information about how to protect themselves from etheric attacks from Team Dark/the Negatives. The majority of these requests for help come from people who were dealing with non-human, other-dimensional beings and entities attacking them in the 3D physical and 4D Astral dimensions. In other words, the majority of email requests for help I’ve received have not been about a living human intentionally psychically attacking them, but about negative non-physical, non-human, other-dimensional Aliens, Beings and Entities attacking them.

WHO ARE THEY & WHY DO ATTACKS HAPPEN?

To keep this article small and to the point, the reason why negative other-dimensional psychic etheric attacks have increased dramatically and become more conscious to growing numbers of people is, in a nutshell, due to the current planetary Ascension Process.

The further we’ve traveled into the Ascension Process (this started approximately 1987, but for some Starseeds/Lightworkers it began earlier), the more darkness, negativity and lower frequency density and duality there’s been feeling the growing pressures of higher frequency Light infiltrating 3D, Earth, humanity and the Collective. And, by darkness and negativity, I mean Team Dark or the Negatives as I call all of them.

Who is Team Dark or the Negatives? They are the negative non-physical, non-human, multidimensional Alien beings such as the Reptilians and Draconians plus certain other groups they control and/or have created themselves like negative Grays, MIB and other inorganic non-physical creatures. Team Dark/the Negatives also includes the 4D Astral Archetypes; all developmental levels of negative non-human 4D Astral beings, demons and entities; human created negative inorganic thought-forms, black magic energies, physical violence, warring, negative sexual energies etc. and the 4D Astral entities attracted to those and all low-frequency energies — 4D Astral Collective energies generated from 3D humans; and the 2D (dimension that exists below Earth’s surface vibrationally) negative Elemental entities, creatures, monsters and demons.

Also included as Team Dark/the Negatives are the living humans who are polarized to the “Dark side of the Force” or “Service to Self”. These people are dark themselves and don’t need help from negative, other-dimensional Aliens and/or beings to manifest negativity in 3D physicality and unleash it upon other living humans, the Earth, Nature, animals etc. They are human Team Dark members and work in the physical dimension in tandem with the non-physical, other-dimensional Negative Aliens, entities and demons to create more fear, suffering, violence, wars, hatred and chaos in the physical world. Why? Because all human generated lower frequency emotions, thoughts and actions are etheric energy food, fuel and building materials for Team Dark.

There are the billions of living humans (“normal” folk) who are repeatedly and unknowingly influenced, manipulated and directed by a negative Alien(s), Astral being(s), demon(s) and lesser evolved entities to create as much pain, misery, fear, wounding, sadness, destruction, immobility, confusion and chaos that they can on other humans for the reasons mentioned earlier. Living humans intentionally used and directed by non-human, other-dimensional Team Dark Aliens, beings and entities to negatively affect other living humans to get those humans to produce negative emotions and energies. Or, if you’re a Starseed/Lightworker/Lightwarrior/Indigo, to derail you in any way(s) they can as often and as long as they can from doing the spiritual energetic Ascension related Work you Volunteered to come to Earth now to do for All. Why? Same reasons: so the Team Dark Aliens and other levels of beings can remain in control and continue feeding off of the low frequency actions, emotions, thoughts and consciousness that controlled unaware humans produce.

Of all these negative situations, the one where humans are used and manipulated by non-physical Team Dark beings to intentionally hurt other humans—not to mention the Starseeds/Lighyworkers/Indigos doing Ascension work—frustrates me the most because the humans being used to do this are completely unaware of the entire situation. And, the more well-developed the human’s ego is, the easier it is for Team Dark Aliens, beings, entities and demons to use and manipulate them against other humans. Horrible, revolting, insulting and embarrassing isn’t it? We’ve all been used and manipulated by certain Team Dark beings but the important thing is to wake up to this fact, take responsibility, and evolve so this horrific inter-dimensional parasitism, possession, astral kidnapping of souls to use them, manipulation of mass humanities consciousness, and manipulation of humans against other humans cannot continue happening.

Don’t expect to do any visualization or protection method once or twice and then expect miracles to happen. Energetically building etheric protection structures takes time, repetition, and real work visualizing, feeling and maintaining what you’re building around your bodies, your bedroom, house and/or entire property. It takes real effort, energy, determination, focus and repetition over the weeks and months to build up layer upon layer of whatever it is that you’re literally constructing energetically. However, once you’ve put in the effort and time constructing your psychic protection you will feel and maybe clairvoyantly see what you’ve built energetically. From then on all that’s needed is for you to maintain your etheric structure by daily and/or nightly visualizing it and intentionally and emotionally reinforcing it. Think of this phase of the work sort of like having to dust your furniture; the furniture is there and now all you have to do is keep it clean and maintained. Same thing with our ethereal protection structures and other multidimensional tools.

BANISHING PENTAGRAMS TO THE FOUR DIRECTIONS

Another effective protection tool is one that many of you are probably already familiar with also but many people aren’t, and because it works and very well once you’ve got it constructed energetically around your property, it deserves to be included. This protective tool is the Banishing Pentagram drawn to the Four Directions.

As you can see by the image above (and thanks go to whoever created this visual), you start drawing the Banishing Pentagram at the number 1 position and then move up to number 2, then 3 and so on until you reach number 5 where you’ll complete the pentagram by moving from number 5 down to number 1 where you started. It’s important you complete and close the pentagram so always finish by connecting the number 5 position down to the number 1 position.

You’ll draw the first of the four Banishing Pentagrams facing EAST in the air with your arm straight and extending out in front of you. You’ll need to keep your arm extended and straight from the shoulder down to your index and middle fingers with your other fingers and thumb folded into your palm. Don’t bend you elbow. Your index and middle fingers are doing the etheric drawing of the four pentagrams to the four directions.

When I’ve needed to use this tool, I always make my four pentagrams to the four directions around fifteen or twenty feet tall and have them hovering in place in air above the ground. I draw them as bright Light or Fire/flame and always visualize them like this.

Always begin facing East and draw your first pentagram in the air, then turn a quarter turn physically so you’re now facing South and draw the second pentagram, then another quarter turn to the West and draw the third pentagram, then turn to the North and draw the fourth pentagram, then turn another quarter turn to return to East again so the space is energetically closed. There are a number of things you can say aloud or silently while facing East, South, West, and North and drawing each of the four pentagrams. It’s up to you really, you can get as elaborate as you want or you can just intensely visualize each of the four pentagrams huge and impenetrable, hanging silently in space around you and your property continuously.

Again, when I’ve had to resort to using this protection tool, depending upon the level of severity of the attack I’m experiencing at that time, I’ll sometimes say aloud as I’m drawing EACH of the four pentagrams something like, I remove, banish, and prevent all negativity in all forms from entering my space now. Use whatever wording is the most meaningful to you at the time, but whatever you do, do it with 1000% seriousness, focus, intensity and intention. Mean and emotionally feel and intend what you’re saying and doing otherwise these actions are empty, impotent, useless theatrics and your negative psychic etheric attacks will continue. This is you being a conscious energetic construction worker intentionally building something on another dimension that you intend to protect you and yours and last as long as you need it.

This is serious stuff people and Team Dark won’t like it at all that you’re doing something to prevent them from attacking you, feeding off of you, using you, tormenting you, derailing you or trying to kill you, so be ready for some negative blow-back and other devious tactics and shifts from them (at least for a while) when you start using etheric protection tools.

The most common countermeasures I’ve experienced after protecting myself ethereally is that Team Dark immediately shifts their focus to another human they can manipulate to attack me or cause me misery in whatever ways they can. This is often when a family member(s), friend(s), mate, neighbor(s), co-worker(s), reader(s) and even other people’s pets are used by Team Dark to continue their attacks upon those of us doing Lightwork, Gridwork, Polarity Resolution and Transmuting and Clearing work etc. The Negatives are tenacious and don’t just lay down and disappear because you’ve built some psychic protection around yourself and your property and house. Be aware of how Team Dark quickly shifts their efforts to manipulating another person or people (and even animals in many cases) to attack and/or disturb you etc. When the Negatives can’t get at you directly, they quickly shift their attention to other people they can influence to continue attacking and distracting you.

Another common tactic Team Dark uses on us, and I’ve talked about this before, is mental interference, especially when we’re trying to build and visualize some etheric protection tool for our self or certain other things we try to Consciously Create. It’s a common tactic the Negatives use against us when we wake up enough to start protecting ourselves from them; they fight back and try to sidetrack or derail us by repeatedly interfering when we’re mentally focused on that protection. When you experience this, counter it by repeatedly pulling your mental focus back to the point where you were before you were mentally hijacked by the Negatives. Eventually you’ll break through and be successful in building and maintaining your etheric protections, whatever they are, so be persistent.

SAME APPLIES WHEN YOU’RE WORKING IN THE ASTRAL & OTHER DIMENSIONS

I mentioned in my August 16, 2012 Back from the Underworld article (only briefly because I couldn’t talk much about it then) about how I’d been working energetically (from mid-July through mid-August 2012) transmuting negative residual energies and helping many dead human soldiers from WWI (World War One) who, at the time of their physical deaths had been kidnapped Astrally by Team Dark beings and held captive there and used energetically.

Just in case you’re wondering if this is some rare anomaly that happened only to WWI soldiers and others alive at that time the answer is no, it happens all the time to any human Team Dark can grab. War zones are especially easy places for Team Dark because the energies are so lowly and dead and traumatized humans just keep coming. All wars in all timelines are actually massive dark energy alters where negative Aliens, beings and entities feed, steal and pick through the endless supply of sacrificed humans to grab and use in the Astral as energy producers. It’s time now for all wars, warring, warring/fighting mentality and belief systems (all of which are very Reptilian), weapons creation etc. to end on Earth because I’m about all done mopping up the vile Astral repercussions, rescuing Astral imprisoned dead military humans and their body parts (plus plenty of other humans not connected to any war), and transmuting the overall negativity, trauma, and insanity wars and all violence produce in multiple dimensions for eons.

In this type of Ascension related energy Work, which I’ve done for nearly two decades now, I never consciously decide that I’m going to go to some past timeline on Earth where there’s massive numbers of kidnapped dead humans and residual pain and fear energies and do rescue and transmuting Work. I just energetically Work on whatever it is that I suddenly find before me, and during July and August 2012, it’s been a lot more Astral rescue and transmuting Work of long-dead WWI human soldiers held captive and used energetically by Team Dark in the Astral all this time.

Others of you (Starseeds/Lightworkers) have been doing this same rescue and transmuting Work from the Astral most of this summer too (not war related), but with other dead and trapped humans in other timelines and locations around Earth who were also kidnapped or hijacked by Team Dark beings long ago. The ongoing multidimensional cleanup and rescue Work we’ve done very intensely since about 1999 has been difficult, exhausting, and nearly heartbreaking not to mention terribly physically painful as well. And yes, there’s plenty more kidnapped, trapped and used dead humans, souls, and fragmented pieces out there in the Astral that still need help being rescued and released from the different prison hells they’ve been held within for so long before this Ascension Process completes the end of December 2012. Do what you can when you can but don’t become distressed over those that you/me/we can’t help for whatever the reasons. Rest and heal your weary body and heart because who else can do this type of Work now? It’s important and necessary to rest, sleep and heal after these extreme and difficult multidimensional missions we go on.

Intentional Interference from Negative Beings

We’ve all experienced this more times than we care to consciously admit and it’s frustrating and discouraging when you know it’s happening to you. If you don’t know it’s happening then the whole business is vastly more confusing and debilitating psychologically. Because I’ve experienced an increase in the negatives (by Negatives I mean the non-physical, non-human negative aliens, negative entities, demonic entities, plus the humans that manifest the negative aliens’ agendas on Earth because they’re easily manipulated by them—aka Portal People), trying to prevent me from doing certain things and reaching certain higher levels of consciousness in 2012. I’ve also received a few emails recently from people experiencing this same negative interference too so it seems we need to talk about this more openly in 2012.

This negative interference can happen at any time of the day or night, but when you intentionally or unintentionally (being activated by the Ascension Process) start doing anything that’s going to help you by evolving and expanding your consciousness, you need to know that Team Dark is aware of this and will instantly do whatever they can to INTERFERE and prevent you, me, each of us from evolving, expanding, and breaking free from their invisible frequency fences and restrictions.

Know that these difficulties are not you being mentally lazy, inadequate, or undisciplined but that its deliberate negative interference doing its best to prevent you from energetically evolving, “ascending”, and therefore escaping this lower frequency range, reality, them and their influences. Fight it. Do not give in to it. Get back in the visualization or meditation or whatever it was that you were doing before you were intentionally interfered with and blasted out of it by Team Dark’s invisible frequency fences and other vile control devices and keep fighting until you can complete the meditation/visualization etc. Go into determined Light Warrior Mode when needed, otherwise you’ll be constantly suppressed and held in place by the negative’s many frequency fences. It can be done, but it’s often a real fight to break through their negative barriers and reach a higher frequency level.

And from the Ascension Community we have…

Below are four Comments recently written by four different people who will remain unnamed. Instead of publishing them under the articles where they were originally written, I’m quoting them here so I can respond to these common beliefs and attitudes from some people within the “Ascension Community”. Everyone has their own current opinions and beliefs but the fact that these come (and so easily) from certain people within the so-called Ascension Community is painful and makes an already difficult job even harder.

Over the years I’ve had far more people than just these four below express these same beliefs about me, my personal experiences and what I write about. I can’t speak for Lisa Renee which the third Comment was in response to (her March 2012 article), and she certainly doesn’t need me to defend her, her experiences or her knowledge. I’ve included the third Comment only because I’ve had some people say the exact same things to me in Comments here at TRANSITIONS and also about me at certain forums.

1) “Denise, I just found your website recently and have enjoyed reading the few posts that I have read so far. I felt compelled to respond to this post though with a simple observation of mine. I believe fully in the Law of Attraction and think that it is much more than just a tool we keep in our back pockets to manifest something we want now and again. I believe it is responsible for every detail that unfolds in our daily lives. What we live each day is brought into our experience because it is in vibrational alignment with the vibration we are putting out. Through the Law of Attraction I think we are constantly presented with contrast (things we like and things we don’t like). This helps us to better refine what we do like so that we can move our creation process in that direction. I think we tend to get caught up in the game though and sometimes get hung up on the things we don’t like, such as your neighbors. I believe that you are pushing against them too hard, giving them too much energy and attention. By doing this you may very well be holding that situation in your vibration, thus further attracting it. Perhaps you can try meditation on letting go of your attachments, frustration and anger towards the situation and people. Send them light and love and let it be. Move your energy and attention to that which does make you happy and know that the universe will take care of the rest. This technique has done wonders for me and I felt compelled to share. The choice is yours. Thank you.

However, I felt that your comments about your neighbour were out of line, especially as you are an aware and evolved person. Drawing boundaries as you did was fantastic and stepping into confronting him was also great. You only have control over your behaviour not his reaction. His behavoir may be as you say “an unaware patriarchal jerk”, “imbalanced numb nuts”, but I will remind you that your neighbour is just as much a spiritual being as you are. That HE has chosen not to step in his Divinity is his choice, but if you as an aware Light Worker continues to hold him in this negative place, then he doesn’t stand a chance of moving forward. Your neighbour may be your biggest teacher and showing you your attachments. It is for us to stand in our light and if our our hopes are for someone to “get it” then it is our responsibility not to judge them, for by judging them we hold them in that place. When I learned Ho’oponopono, I was told that if it shows up “its yours” and that I was the one responsible on how I chose to view this situation. Would I fuel it with my judgement and bemoan how stupid, unfair, unjust and wicked it was, or would I hold myself accountable and take the situation to the highest light. Yogananda tells of a story of a very spiritual householder yogi whose wife’s behaviour was like your neighbours maybe even worse. Everyone hated her. She thought his spiritual life was stupid and a waste of time. One day she burnt his precious books on fire and in so doing this set fire to the house. As they watched the house burn the yogi drew close his wife and said “Dear Lady I love you more than ever. You have been God sent to me. All this while you have taught me to be patient. Now you have healed my last infirmity, love for and attachment to books and home.” Yes, you can move to some other more peaceful surroundings, so you won’t “be assailed” by people like this, but I will suggest, that if this is not resolved within yourself, you will most likely bring in something or someone worse. Thank your neighbour, for there is harmony at the core of your disharmony. Blessings to you Denise and keep up the great work.

Seen from The Galactic Federation of Light perspective they have control over the development of the Earth and that means they decide who of the aliens can come into the Earths atmosphere and it is only the ones from the LIGHT who can come in.

So take it easy and remember the law of attraction >>> attract light and you will get light >>> attract dark and you will get dark >>>> I know some people have dark problems, but it might be karmatic related and it might be a very good developing lesson for the ones to learn and to commit to Christ and the light by being dragged through dark etc.

4) “First, you are a divine being and you know how to heal yourself and remove yourself from suffering. Yes, there is pain as a part of the ascension. But the moment one shifts from fear the pain goes away.

Part of being a “Master” is holding your frequency at 5D levels while walking around in 3D. Anything that makes you angry, frustrated, sad is an “energy attachment/karmic 3D issue” that you need to look at and clear. All attachments are false/man created desires from 3D programming. The desire/need to live in a certain home, eat certain food, have so much money, wear certain clothes, drive a certain car, have a partner, need to have sexual intercourse, and so on are all 3D. Grieve them if you must, but don’t let yourself stay there.

I have “suffered” with migraines for 20 years. the reason for this is that the my brain is waking up, my pineal and so forth, a new chakra formed at the back of my neck, etc. The crown and the new neck chakra form a new energy grid, which was necessary for me to experience the unity field. I cannot beat myself up over not knowing what was going on in my head. Yes, it probably would have been easier if I would have known much sooner and could have talked to my inner self and explained what was going on. I found out when I found out. I talk myself through these increases in energies and removed my 100% of my thinking that this opening of my spirtual gifts are migraines.

This suffering is the death throws of the ego. Falling down in the middle of a store weeping and having a tantrum is playing the victim role and is energy manipulation. Take your control back, go into your heart and let everyone go. Turn into your heart, hug the little soul inside to bring peace and calm so the ego does not need to feel like it has to kick into survivial mode and attack those around you. Shifting from 3D to 5D, is jumping from ego/3rd chakra to the hiigh heart. All that energy is being removed from the 3rd chakra and it thinks it is dying.

We can sit here and compare notes on how much each of us has suffered. I am just not so sure that is a wise use of our time unless each of us makes it to the higher thought, the higher understanding of what is going on. Be responsible, hold your feet on the floor so you can get to the wisdom.

I fully understand these Stair Steps, these different gaps in awareness, development, current learning and beliefs and I’ve repeatedly dealt with certain people and their egos needing to correct me and present their beliefs at TRANSITIONS. Same is true of those people who just flat-out attack me and claim all sorts of incorrect things about why I write about what I do. I usually don’t publish those negative Comments so you the reader don’t see them or realize they’ve even happened. I understand the whys to all this and have bent over backwards for years in an attempt to accommodate these people and their lack of awareness about something I’ve written about that’s based on my personal experiences and current knowledge. I don’t however have to endlessly endure these types of misunderstandings, preaching, disrespect and insults from those people who have a need to write Comments to correct me according to their current level of consciousness and belief systems.

If you disagree with me and what I write about, that is absolutely your right and I totally understand and honestly wish you well on your journey. However, when certain people need to write a Comment(s) and preach, insult and disrespect me and TRANSITIONS, that’s another situation altogether. The authors, channels, teachers etc. who write things I know from Higher Awareness to be incorrect would never find me at their websites or blogs egoistically needing to correct them publicly or privately. I know what I know today and can only hope that other people figure things out quickly. I don’t need to publicly correct them in their own Internet place of business they’ve created to present their beliefs/work/channeled messages and so on.

One hilarious but very accurate thing that Steve Rother’s channeled group said last year was something like “…all the little gods learning how to co-exist with all the other little gods…”. When I first heard that great term “little gods” I laughed, then immediately sighed because I’ve known for years that this transition is and will be difficult for many people; many of these awakening Aquarian/Leo Age “little gods” having to learn how to appreciate, respect and make room for all the other “little gods” and their personal spaces, homes, yards, websites, blogsites, creations, words, personal experiences etc. High frequency, high consciousness, high Heart Aquarius/Leo is sheer magic and bliss; low frequency Aquarius/Leo is one huge egoic nightmare of epic proportions.

#1 & “The Law of Attraction”

Because I’ve primarily been repulsed by “New Age” materials I haven’t read much of it. (Before you judge me for that you might question why I would feel that way about it.) My Dad had me going to Theosophy from age five (for perspective, 1956) until eighteen when I went off on my own and studied up on many other spiritual and metaphysical, occult teachings also. I wasn’t taught the complex adult Theosophical information while I was attending “Sunday School” every week at the Lodge in Los Angles as a kid, but during those years I was taught the concept of karma and reincarnation. I didn’t need anyone telling me about reincarnation however because I’d remembered a few of my past lives before age five, but it was how the concept of “karma” was understood and taught to me then that I had a problem with.

Karma sounded and felt like an exotic, Eastern version of Western Christian “sin” and not much more. It was taught to me in that polarized way of action/reaction, do “good” to receive more “good, don’t do “bad” or you’ll receive “bad” and so on. Karma sounded to me too much like fear-based “fear of God” BS and I wasn’t buying. I’ve always innately known that I’m responsible for my thoughts, my emotions, words and physical actions and I don’t require anything like karmic fear or the fear of some patriarchal system, religion, person or otherworldly Being to intimidate me into a specific behavior or belief.

That being said, I’m also very aware that there are far more multidimensional Players involved and that the overall situation is vastly more complex than most people are aware of; more complex than I’m currently aware of. So even though I’m aware that “thought creates” and the “law of attraction” etc., I know that my thoughts, your thoughts, humanities thoughts and everything else have been seriously and intentionally interfered with, altered, diminished, controlled and manipulated by the Dark Ones. So again, there’s much more going on than just these fast and easy New Age one-liners, many of which are deliberate distortions created by Team Dark, Dark Ones.

I’ve never read New Age books about the “Law of Attraction” so I can’t speak about that. I have known that in the old polarized 3D Earth world if you focus on it excessively you’re definitely helping to eventually manifest it into physicality. The easiest way to reality check this is to ask yourself, “Do I want this whatever it is that I’m focused on in my life or body any more than it already is?” If the answer is no then stop focusing on it! Example: Thinking and worrying about maybe getting cancer at some point isn’t helping you to not possibly come down with cancer in the future.

I’m not saying this law isn’t true because it is and much more so now as humanity evolves into increasingly being able to much more quickly Consciously Create and manifest physically. What I’m saying is that for most Forerunners/Starseeds/Wayshowers/Pathpavers/Lightworkers/Lightwarriors who volunteered to incarnate/reincarnate on Earth in the pre-ascension timeline did so to do very specific positive energetic things for humanity, animals, plants, rocks, Earth, for Lightbeings, for Darkbeings, Angels, Starbeings etc. For example, I don’t need to focus on negative things or situations, people, events or Team Dark for them to be in my reality—quite the contrary actually. The truth I want to get across is that Starseed Lightworkers are living and working with a larger, more complex and multidimensional set of rules than only the 3D “Law of Attraction” rule as it’s currently understood and sold. You’ve got to cut us some slack for this and at least try to understand that much more is and always has been going on. We come under intense and constant negative attacks because of who we are and why we’re here now. It’s that simple.

Consider the OPPOSITES ATTRACT Law

If indeed opposites do attract then maybe this is one big reason why—especially in a world of Duality—Light attracts the Dark and the Dark attracts the Light. If we honestly think about this then it may help everyone else to make more sense as to WHY Starseeds/Lightworkers (Team Light) encounter so much negativity directed specifically at them from Team Dark. Wouldn’t it make sense that in a polarized world that’s been totally controlled by Team Dark as I call them all for simplicity, that those who volunteered to come into this Dark controlled world with the job of embodying Light to free it enough so that its occupants could even make a choice for themselves, would immediately and repeatedly come under attack from Team Dark because they are Team Light? This one is easy people and so in-your-face obvious that you don’t see it, or possibly don’t want to have to deal with it even as an indirect reality. I understand this too and why many people do not want to even admit that the Dark exists, nonetheless, just because something is highly unpleasant doesn’t make it non-existent. Do you honestly believe that this is how the Ascension Process and/or spiritual evolution works?

Team Light isn’t doing anything “wrong” or “bad” or “karmic” to cause attacks from non-human and human Team Dark. The simple fact that they are Team Light is all it takes to automatically attract the attention of opposite Team Dark. Our presence on Earth now to override the negative frequency fences (and much more) that Team Dark created to control humanity is all it takes for them to try and stop or derail us in any way they can. Forerunners/Starseeds/Lightworkers etc. live and work with more tools than just the “Law of Attraction”, and the fact that Opposites Attract in a world of Duality should be obvious as well as the repercussions of it, especially on Forerunners/Starseeds/Lightworkers/Wayshowers!

#2 & “Spiritual Beings”

Again, I totally understand why certain people think and perceive the way #2 Commenter does. And for the record, I never said anyone was not a “spiritual being”. What I have said is that many of these human “spiritual beings” are total assholes n’ idiots primarily due to their over developed egos and lack of ability to expand beyond it to realize that OTHER PEOPLE EXIST BESIDES JUST THEMSELVES AND THEIR IMMEDIATE WANTS AND DESIRES. This plus the fact that they are easily and often intentionally used, manipulated and directed by Team Dark to interfere with Team Light members for some of the reasons mentioned to #1 Commenter. As much as #2 Commenter claims to have enjoyed my writings, she/he needed to let me know that “…my comments about my neighbor were out of line, especially as you are an evolved and aware person.”

I know how hard it is for some of you reading this to comprehend to what degree living humans are constantly manipulated by Team Dark (negative Unseen, non-human, non-physical Beings plus many living humans also). Add to this the fact that Team Dark uses and manipulates certain living humans to constantly interfere with, mess with, attack, disturb, distract, disrespect, injure etc. nearby Team Light humans for the same reasons as mentioned above. I know how hard it is for some of you to understand this as a daily/nightly reality for most Forerunner Starseed Lightworkers or Team Light, but it is truth and one that’s always existed and not something I conveniently invented to avoid some personal spiritual lesson or “karma” or need to change something in myself or project and blame another for.

Because my first thought for years was, “I must be doing something wrong to keep attracting these horrible neighbors and negative energies to myself”, it took me a while to get out of my ego-based sense of self and perspective to finally discover that it was an energy-based issue and not that I’d personally done anything “wrong”. I struggled for decades trying to honestly understand this and wondered what I was doing “wrong” or was not understanding or seeing and why I was repeatedly attracting the negative Beings into my life. I slowly realized that the attacks I’ve been subject to from non-physical Team Dark and certain physical Portal People humans has been an energetic reaction to my being a Forerunner who embodies higher frequency Light in a lower frequency, very Dark controlled world. Like it or not, believe it or not, it is that simple. In a world of Duality this should have been so much easier for all of us to recognize.

Since 1999, I’ve endured and struggled with and tried to learn from the miserable situations I’ve had with certain human neighbors who’ve been used by Team Dark Beings to do a number of physical things; primarily pull my consciousness away from writing articles, books, sidetrack me, derail me, cause me pain, frustrations, confusion, exhaustion, discourage me,not let me rest or sleep, constantly invade my small physical space and home, to do anything Team Dark can to keep me from maintaining a higher frequency energy/Light/consciousness/focus and write what I know, what I’ve learned and am still learning with those of you reading this.

“Aware and evolved persons” get sick, angry, exhausted, confused, discouraged and frustrated too. That does not mean our awareness and consciousness level drops however. Most aware and evolved people become vastly more sensitive, not less so. All humans are “spiritual beings” but their individual level of development, awareness, consciousness, focus, life-lessons etc. are not the same. Certain religious teachings have been distorted expressly to limit and control people’s consciousness, such as this belief that “aware and evolved persons” only act, look, talk, sound and behave in a certain way. According to these old patriarchal religious beliefs dipped in New Age BS, if they don’t then they are not “spiritual” or “evolved” people.

#3 & those Ascension Teachers who supposedly project their inner Dark issues into their writings & teachings

I also understand why certain people interpret these unpleasant topics like this. Hell, I more than anybody want Team Dark to be gone and immediately! However, readers need to realize that some of us—primarily those of us who are Forerunners/Starseeds/Pathpavers—HAVE had to deal with Dark Beings and their attacks because they’re intentionally directed at us for our trying to energetically override them and what they’ve done to humanity and earth. Many of my articles (and I believe all of Lisa Renee’s) are specifically for Starseeds and Indigos, and those particular articles I’ve written are not intended for every reader that reads them.

I know many people want “Lightworkers” to be all about happiness, Light, Love, visualizing the positive fun “fluffy” stuff and totally ignore the fact about why Lightworkers are even here now. If there is no Dark in this world or Team Dark affecting this world and humanity then why have millions of Starseeds and Lightworkers volunteered to come to earth now? You cannot exist within a polarized world and have polarized consciousness and then not want to accept the fact that half of that equation, half of duality even exists!

#3 & the Alien Saviors, Alien Controllers belief

Just because some channeled being claims to be So And So from Such And Such galactic system or federation etc., sure as hell doesn’t mean they’re telling the truth and are who they claim to be. Unless people can discern energies for themselves, the humans that channel these Unseen Beings and relay their messages can say anything and people buy the material completely and remain dis-empowered, distracted and vulnerable. When one does not honestly know who the hell is defining reality for them, that my friends is a very dangerous position to be in especially now with so much at stake. Please keep an open mind and FEEL and THINK for yourself.

The False Light created by the Dark Ones

Team Dark has created an artificial white colored “Light” that they literally hide behind so when a clairvoyant human sees, they see this False artificial Light and not the Dark Ones and hopefully believe it’s real “organic” Light to use a Lisa Renee term. This False artificial Light created by Team Dark clairvoyantly looks very much like the physical bright white light from a fluorescent light bulb. It has zero energy, zero life, no warmth, no anything in it at all. It is totally energetically empty, fake, False white “Light” that the Dark Ones use to trick humans and to hide behind to fool any human that’s sensitive or clairvoyant enough to see it but not yet aware enough to recognize that it is artificial False Light. It is “Dead Light” (another Lisa Renee term) or False, inorganic Light that Team Dark created to use against humanity, especially those “New Age” and “Ascension Community” people who can’t yet discern the difference. Again, just because it looks like Light does NOT mean its real Light at all.

It’s not enough to be able to hear (clairaudience) or see (clairvoyance), you’ve got to be able to read and know energies and be able to tell—for yourself—what’s really what and who’s really who. You’re not safe until you can and once you can you’ll come under attack by Team Dark like the rest of us Starseed Lightworkers! See how this stuff works? Evolution isn’t easy or pretty and many are doing their best (some knowingly and many unknowingly) to prevent you from achieving enough acceleration of consciousness and lightness of density to reach evolutionary/ascension lift-off speed. Do not let them trick you and/or sidetrack you with their lies, promises or their empty, artificial Light.

If it sounds too easy to be true it’s because it is so keep moving and ignore the temptations to collapse in the middle of the Ascension Path and have someone else come save or rescue you. It is not going to happen and I really want you to come with us into the new but on your own two feet as an empowered worthy being. There are important reasons why this is a Process and a difficult one and that is so that every person who makes it did so on their own. They passed the many Initiations in other words and energetically have earned the right to exist at a higher frequency level. Having some Master or group of ETs carry your butt across the Ascension Finish Line is not how this is done, and anyone who tells you otherwise is lying and you should seriously wonder why.

The Ascension Process is a DIY (Do It Yourself) situation and no one is going to “save” or “rescue” you or do the work for you. You’ve got to do the Inner Work to get yourself close enough to the higher frequency range and then things will unfold naturally. The Forerunners/Starseeds/Lightworkers are in-body on earth now to make this Ascension Process as easy as it can be, plus there’s plenty of help from higher dimensional Beings as well of course. But in the end, each of us has to make the effort ourselves, and expecting some group of ET Others to come and “save” you and humanity simply is not how this business works. With Phase One of the Ascension Process at its end come December 21, 2012, there’s so much energetic momentum now that it’s actually hard to NOT get swept up in the higher currents of the real Light Energies and be moved along to the next level. So ignore the Dark Magicians who are desperately trying to suck your awareness up and redirect it over to their carefully crafted BS Sideshow. There’s going to be plenty of this type of negative crap this year so please be aware and discern everything for yourself.

#4 & Pain, Suffering, Guilt, preaching & being disrespectful

I haven’t been in fear for years and I’ve been in pain nearly constantly for many years. Again, I understand what #4 is saying and even why she/he is saying it, but that doesn’t change the fact that people like Starseeds/Lightworker have more on their plates than other people and are embodying and transmuting things that others are not and never will be. That alone causes some Forerunners/Starseeds to experience more pain or less pain and different pain and that’s nothing “wrong” or to feel guilty about. The Alchemical Ascension Process hurts and is difficult and it’s okay to not constantly look and sound “perfect” or “holy” or New Age angelic-like the entire time one is actually living this incredibly difficult and trying Process. I also believe we all need to learn to be much more Heart-centered and Heart-aware about all of this and show more support, respect and compassion for people struggling just like you/me/each of us has while living this evolutionary Ascension Process. In other words, stop preaching and show a bit more real Heart towards the very people you’re preaching at.

I’m not going to repeat the things I’ve already covered with #1, #2, and #3 because #4 is basically saying much the same things the others did.

You or I haven’t “sinned” or done something “karmic” or “wrong” that’s caused the ascension pains, symptoms and difficulties we’re dealing with. That type of thinking is old patriarchal religious distortions dressed up in “New Age” terminologies (by guess who?) and is not only incorrect but insensitive too. Talking about 5D High Heart or Unity Consciousness is easy; actually living it and treating others with due respect for what they’re living, doing and creating within the Ascension Process is vastly more difficult. We all are struggling with this Ascension Process and many of us have been and still are simultaneously dealing with attacks from Team Dark in their physical and non-physical forms. We all should endeavor to treat each other far better and more kindly and respectfully.

WINTER RECAP IN PREPARATION FOR THE 2012 SPRING EQUINOX

But first, some whining…

On January 1, 2012 I felt and was affected by another upsurge and big push from Team Dark (the non-physical, non-human Beings and their human puppets). It was mildly depressing and I wasn’t prepared for it, which I should have been, but because we’re so close now my heart gaze is entirely fixed on the finish line and humanity evolving beyond the vibrational reach and influence of Team Dark. I realize I may occasionally jump the gun with certain old familiar polarized 3D issues and belief systems such as the controlled need for money, the controlled need for gasoline, war etc., but this is because I know what’s possible and coming and want all of us to be there sooner rather than later. To reach the next rung on the ladder, you’ve got to be willing to release your grasp on the one you’re currently holding on to.

There we were in the long-awaited year of 2012 finally and all I could feel, again, was the tenacity and determination of Team Dark trying to grab more people and create more fear/war/violence/murder etc. in this world. Needless to say I was a bit bummed from the start of January 2012 as I felt these old dark dudes—human and otherwise—working hard to regain power, energy, control and more of humanities energies and consciousness.

On a personal note I’ve had a whole slew of physical world things, issues, situations that I’ve had to take care of, such as getting my taxes done and numerous other similar old 3D things that I’ve never enjoyed having to do. Since the start of 2012, I’ve spent more time doing these types of old 3D things, making changes, fixing certain things, replacing things that suddenly broke and so on than I have writing articles! I’ve had busy times like this in the past but nothing to this degree. It seems there’s plenty of changes happening on multiple levels and dimensions now and all with a great big rush and push before the spring Equinox arrives on March 19, 2012.

Despite these unexpected intrusions into my life, time, focus and energy by these old 3D situations and necessities, I’ve had a couple of interesting experiences that have reinforced my sense of being assisted by a small group of higher dimensional Unseens. I haven’t sensed Them in my life a long time so this has been a real pleasure feeling Them around me and assisting me once again.

Once in January and again in February 2012, I had some important legal and money-related old 3D type things come up that I had to take care of. In both cases I made a mistake with something I didn’t even know existed and would have had a heck of a time trying to fix or redo both situations and probably would have been fined for my blunder. To prevent this added mess, distraction and interactions with the old 3D systems I’m not and never have been fond of, some of these Unseens literally put things ON HOLD for me so that other things would happen which would prevent those future problems, fines and redo’s.

I’ve experienced the Unseens helping me like this in decades past, but it was usually an isolated event that didn’t affect a lot of other people. In the January situation this intervention assistance by the Unseens did affect a large group of people so I was even more saddened by my mistake, but who knows how that delay actually affected each of them. But, the Universe had my back and literally put things ON HOLD for 24 hours which was exactly enough time for that other thing to happen that I didn’t even know existed which prevented future problems and fines for me. Sorry for being vague with the details but I’m sure you understand the overall gist of these events and why they’re happening to many of us now. It’s get things in order time once again if that’s what you/me need to do now.

So the January potential confusion and mistake was fairly easily avoided thanks to the Unseens literally making computers and printers stop work which forced a stop on everything for everyone for a week. This was done so that something would arrive in the mail the next day for me which I very much-needed to take back with me a week later when this group event was rescheduled…due to the computers and printers mysteriously suddenly not working that first day. Thank you Unseens for having my back and covering my butt with this one because I had no idea about any of those other 3D legal issues and paperwork etc.

The second Unseens intervention to prevent another potential Denise blunder happened in February. Gads I’ve missed these Unseens working away in the background of my life helping me to do what I’m here now to do!

In February I needed to make some changes to my money and where it goes etc., so I did the required paperwork for this change and then waited for the physical changes to manifest. Problem was that I missed them when they arrived because I didn’t recognize them! I suspect it was a matter of more ascension-related brain fog plus those heavy-duty X-class solar energies hammering my head/brain/DNA, plus those increasing gaps between the old 3D linear time and awareness and the growing 5D unity consciousness and functioning in the “Now Moment”. More embarrassment and confusions but again the Unseens had my back and did their best to help me see what I wasn’t seeing that was actually right in front of me physically all along. Oh boy, I see a book-title like — How To Ascend & Balance Your Checkbook At The Same Time.

So, there I am on the phone calling someone to try to find out why my money isn’t where it’s supposed to be. I’ve called this number before with other questions and there was always a person on the other end immediately. Not so this time. Again I was put ON HOLD on the phone for ten minutes or so. While ON HOLD waiting the Unseens kept pulling my eyes to one sentence on a paper I had in front of me specifically for this phone call. Finally I saw the sentence and realized that what I was waiting for hadn’t happened yet and wouldn’t for another couple of months. Oops. Next the Unseens directed me to turn over another paper I had in front of me so I’d see one sentence on it which would tell me everything I needed to know about why my money wasn’t were I expected it to be and when it probably would be and so on. As soon as I saw that all the little pieces fell into place in my awareness and I immediately hung up the phone and thanked the Unseens for preventing me from further self-created confusions and embarrassments.

And last night and this morning there’s suddenly been a couple other issues pop in that need a small portion of my time and energy at this point. Where this goes, if it even does, will unfold in time or just fall off my radar altogether. My point is that there now seems to be plenty of sudden and unexpected (sounds like Uranus doesn’t it?) events and/or potential events and happenings manifesting after years of being locked-down into what I/you/us have been doing for many years or decades even via the Ascension Process.

MORAL OF THE STORY IS…

It’s getting a bit dicey now and then maneuvering through old 3D events in a world and reality with consciousness that’s shifting so dramatically into something entirely different. This is like years ago during the worst of the worst of my heavy, dense, dark transmuting and the resultant ascension symptoms. When I’d leave the house to grocery shop I’d always stop myself first and look down to make sure I had pants on and hadn’t forgotten to fully dress myself before I got in the car! Seriously, it was that bad back then, and in January and February 2012 I’ve had a couple of potential 3D (3D as in legal, money, banking, taxes type) blunders of equal magnitude due to my expanding awareness and jumping back and forth between linear time and non-linear or “Now Moment” time, awareness, and being and learning how to not screw these types of things up! I’m starting to suspect that we’ve been assigned a special Team of Unseens just to cover our butts and have our backs during this major transition!

“CAN’T WE ALL JUST GET ALONG?” NOT IF YOU EXPECT ME TO CHANGE!

Another event happened the other day when my neighbor whose a self-absorbed, unaware patriarchal jerk was on his cell phone outside where he and the wife live every minute it’s warm outside. Problem is that our houses are like twenty feet apart and he aligns with my bedroom window so I hear and see him/them despite my having spent a few hundred dollars putting up privacy panels to keep him out of my bedroom at night.

I heard him outside my bedroom window on his phone telling someone that his two (adult) sons with their two dogs and two mates were arriving from out-of-state in a couple of hours. Because I endured this last year, plus daily intoxicated Happy Hour spent outdoors under my window for a year plus sunbathing, plus dogs pooping and peeing on my things outside and getting attitude from him/husband/Daddy/patriarchy when I went out to try to shoo his son’s dogs away from shitting and pissing on my things…I was NOT happy about having to live through all this crap again for three weeks…and during the spring Equinox no less. See the pattern unfolding with these issues and energies? My guess is that many of you reading this can totally relate.

Suddenly it was decision time for me to figure out what to do or not do with this man. I realized I only had a tiny window to confront him (if that’s what I was going to do) about all the things he’s been doing for over a year and getting ready to do a lot more of as soon as his adult kids arrived. I realize that he’d been planning to have loud outdoor just add alcohol family fun get-together next to my bedroom window because that’s what HE LIKES and I either had to suck it up and let it go, or, quickly confront him about it all and go from there. Now I’d rather have teeth pulled than have a face to face confrontation with a patriarchal, imbalanced egoic numb-nuts who thinks independent, Light infused females like me should be burned at the stake, or worse. However, and after all I’ve been through in this life not to mention just the past thirteen years, I will eventually confront whoever it is that’s trying to push me out of existence either through their own self-absorbed stupidity and mega ego etc. or (and/or) whose intentionally being manipulated by Team Dark to get at me and mine. After doing brutally honest light speed discernment and peeking into the near future in an attempt to see if my future confrontational actions make this co-existing situation better or worse, I sensed I needed to confront him immediately before his wife, in-laws, sons and their girlfriends dogs and crew arrived in what could have been minutes. Long story short, I go outside and confront him but did so honestly and fairly saying my peace and suggested that he also tries to compromise as I have…and of course he attacks me, insults me, projects onto me, dodges responsibility, blames me, and flat-out lies about everything and I knew he would because he isn’t capable of anything else yet.

He did all those things people do who refuse to take any responsibility for their actions. In mid confrontation his cell phone rings and he can’t answer it fast enough to escape me and what’s happening and immediately starts telling his daughter on the other end what a horrible neighbor I am and what an unhappy life I have and how I only want to bother the neighbors etc. I’m standing three feet in front of him as he’s saying all this to her. He simply would not even attempt to have an honest adult conversation with me. There’s more BS and insanity of course but you get the drift of how this played out between us at that moment. I so need to move to a more secluded location and let these types of people do what they do while I do what I do…

After writing this article I received an email of Lisa Renee’s March 2102 article entitled “How Much Are You Willing to Know” and I had to smile to myself. There was a recapitulation of so much of what I’ve been going through for many months and why. I’ve known why for most of my life, but it’s always helpful and comforting hearing certain information like it from another about these extreme situations and difficulties we Starseeds/Lightworkers/Indigo are having because of them—but also those unaware humans that are resisting spiritual growth, evolution and change of any kind.

My situation and question however is still, how do I co-exist with other people such as these neighbors when the gap between our consciousness and everything else is what it is? I don’t want to suffer anymore because of this housing/living situation and am doing what I can to be able to sell/buy/move to a more private rural place where I won’t be assailed by people like this and they won’t have to endure my energies directly either. I’ve been excruciatingly aware of what a miserable situation this has been for me and many of you too, not only during these past 25 ascension years, but our whole Starseed lives. There are many more questions to cover about this situation and how we (by we I mean Starseeds/Lightworkers/Indigos etc.) can live safely and comfortably during this transition while the other humans go through what they are but at a level that’s suited for them. I know that once I’m fully there this won’t be an issue, but until then, like you I’ve got to co-exist with people who haven’t a clue about reality, energies, consciousness, other-dimensional Beings and their agendas, what’s going on now, and many of them do not even want to know!

An Astral Thrashing by Ancient Giants

Before we can talk about the improvements unfolding in 2011, I want to backtrack us a bit for contrast and reflection. I could write a book based on this topic because it’s so amazing and such a profound change to what reality has been on Earth for my almost sixty years. I’m talking about the now steady and increasingly obvious decrease of the Dark Ones/the Negatives/Team Dark from our reality and lives. Here are some examples of this increasing shifting and departure of them from a few recent multidimensional experiences I’ve had.

A GIANT ASTRAL THRASHING

On November 6, 2010, I had one of the most interesting and informative lucid dream encounter I’ve ever had, and I have had some whoppers! I was lucid in this dream from the first moment because the dream had been designed and created by a Dark One. He wanted to talk face-to-face with me so he created this “dream” setting for me to make sure I got his entire message, which I most certainly did. He created this dream setting to look like the old house I lived in during the most difficult years of my early biological Ascension Process where I’d been under constant demonic attack for four horrific years. [See A Lightworker’s Mission]. He wanted me to be very consciously aware that it was he and his kind behind all of the Dark attacks I went through at that house from 2000 through June of 2004.

In this lucid dream, which was not a “dream” at all but an actual meeting in the fourth dimension (4D Astral), this Dark One and about five or six of his buddies were waiting for me in the backyard of this other house. From my perspective I just suddenly found myself in this already started dream, which is usually a sign that something other than you has designed it and intentionally pulled you into it for a specific reason. So there I am all of a sudden, lucid in the Astral and back at this other house looking up at about seven incredible giant Beings; Dark Ones that were not Reptilians but something else. Their bodies were all the same but their non-human faces were slightly different, as human faces are, and they were wearing costumes which were intended to further intimidate and frighten me. They didn’t however but looked rather ridiculous. We’ll get to that in a second.

So there I am standing outside in full daylight in this astral meeting with about seven of these ancient humanoid Dark Ones. They all were around twenty feet tall; I estimated this from marking where the highest peak of the house roof came on their bodies which was around their waists. In other words, they were some HUGE, ancient, giant Dark Ones and they got my attention for sure! Now here comes the funny costume part; they all were dressed in stereotypical biker outfits. Black leather pants, vests with “colors” on the back, chains, spike collars, wide leather cuffs and all the other typical old bad-ass motorcycle biker dude costuming from the sixties and seventies. Seriously, I should get an award or metal or something for not busting into a belly laugh seeing twenty-foot tall Dark Ones trying to look extra mean n’ nasty by wearing old “Hell’s Angels” biker costumes in my backyard! I just stood there staring up at this group of non-human, non-physical Dark Ones trying to further intimidate me and couldn’t believe what I was witnessing. Their size and unpleasant non-human faces alone was enough, but thankfully for me the old “Hell’s Angels” biker outfits took the edge off of the entire situation.

After a bit the head Dark One leaned down, picked me up, and held me close to his ugly non-human face and gave me a good hard thrashing! I was the size of a rag-doll in his huge hand as he shook me, yelled and screamed viciously at me and clearly let me know how much he HATED my goddamned Forerunner Starseed Lightworker ass and how seriously I have ruined his plans, his life and lifestyle, his fun, his ruler-ship over humanity and Earth blah, blah, blah. His buddies watched with great pleasure as their Boss spewed hatred in my face and shook me around in his giant clawed hand. And, as amazing as all this was because it was “real”, was that I wasn’t nearly as frightened as I would have been had it happened a few years ago. I was lucid of how I was emotionally feeling and what I was thinking during this designed intimidation tactic by these particular Dark Ones, but I was rather surprised by my lack of fear.

Of course it helped tremendously having these giant giants costumed in old-school biker regalia, plus it helped tremendously having the main Dark One telling me his secrets and how I (as a Lightworker) had ruined his species way of life and their food and fuel supplies (humanity) and so many other things I couldn’t believe it! I kept thinking to myself while this Dark One was raging in my wee astral face, “My god Denise, listen to everything he’s telling you in his wild rage because he’s revealing tremendously important secrets. Do not pull the ripcord and wake yourself up yet. Wait until he’s done telling you everything.” So I remained and endured him raging at me about what a miserable day he and his kind were having all because of what me and my kind have done. Instead of fleeing the astral scene as I usually do in these types of astral abductions, I remained until this Dark One had finished his rant at me and then I got the hell outta there and woke myself up!

This was a big deal for me to NOT be so frightened and NOT escape when things got too scary because I do know how to wake myself up and escape when needed. This also told me a lot about how much I’ve personally grown, and about how much the Light has done to cause the Dark Ones to not be able to stay within the still increasing Light Energies here.

ANOTHER MULTIDIMENSIONAL ATTACK BY THE DARK ONES

On February 22, 2011 — 2-22-11 — I started out having a very nice dream but it kept morphing into bad, then into worse, and then much worse. Once the nightmare reached that ultra-icky sick blood n’ guts violent point, I did pull the astral ripcord and woke myself up. Problem was—as it often is—I didn’t leave this nightmare in the 4D astral plane, it was right there in my physical bedroom hovering above me near my ceiling! “It” is what caused my nice dream to morph into a gory, sick nightmare.

Once I was awake from the nightmare I could easily see in the natural night’s darkness this mass of unnatural Blackness hovering about a foot below my ceiling like a large 4D astral oil spill. It was wider than my queen-sized bed and took up nearly the entire square footage of my bedroom ceiling. I’ve had many attacks over the years from this same type of mass Blackness that’s darker than the darkest night, and in years past these attacks would leave me severely ill for a couple of months. My point is that I was well aware that I was going to be fighting for my life and well-being as soon as I awoke and saw this 4D canopy oil spill Blackness hanging over me in bed. What happened next however was an absolute first in my life and that is what’s really important about all of this.

Once awake and aware that I was in for another serious battle for my health, sanity, multidimensional energetic well-being and possibly my very life, I went into hyper-aware, hyper-sensitive Light Warrior mode while simultaneously taking mental notes of the entire situation. The thing with negative Beings is that, no matter what shape, disguise, or costume “It” puts on, you know what “It” is because “It” cannot change or alter “It’s” energy signature to save “It’s” life. “It” is what “It” is no matter how clever or creative. “It” always feels exactly the same no matter what because “It” has not changed one little bit. Nasty is nasty is nasty period.

So there I am yet again fighting my way through another attempt upon my Forerunner Lightworker life by the Dark Ones, but, there’s one HUGE change to this familiar attack; “It” cannot move down any lower to attack or touch me! My god this is a minor miracle and something that’s never happened before. Now I’m not saying this attack was easy because it wasn’t and it lasted for an hour and a half and was very intense and exhausting. However, “It” could not drop down any lower and literally, repeatedly, pound on my head like an actual assault as “It” has in years past. So, what’s changed and why?

We’ve gone deep enough into this battle at this point (2-22-11) that the Dark Ones cannot effect me (a Forerunner, Starseed, Lightworker, Gridworker, Embodier) in the same ways they have because the Light has returned and is taking back and filling up this world and so much more. The Dark Ones are on their way out in other words and I cannot tell you what this means to me after 59 years of having to deal with them and their endless attacks throughout this life. For me to repeatedly and vividly be shown just how much has really changed energetically, both within my Denise self and the Earth world and the Astral and beyond, is so incredibly rewarding… and the best is yet to come!

BEIGE HOUNDS OF HELL ASTRAL ATTACK

Moving right along.

May 12, 2011 I had a dream attack which really amazed me. It’s almost—dare I say—comical. So I’m dreaming early this morning and find myself in some unknown neighborhood in some unknown city somewhere walking down the street at night alone. Suddenly a pack of dogs comes running towards me from down the street. Normally this would have sent me scrambling for that astral ripcord in a hot second, but, my-oh-my how things have changed in a few short months since November 2010!

No I do not escape the dream attack but turn to look at the pack of barking dogs running wildly towards me with the intent of ripping me to pieces in the street. I noticed they were different sizes and breeds but that they all are beige in color. That told me that the Darkness ain’t so dark no more (May 2011) but is now more of a matte beige color. Go ahead and have a good giggle over this symbolism, gawd knows I certainly did.

So as the pack of beige dogs reach me I magically produce — are you ready for this — a large bed pillow to whoop-ass with. Yes, a bed pillow to beat off a pack of attacking beige dogs, alone, in the night. Ya gotta love it. So there I am in the street pillow popping attacking dogs left n’ right with my Kung Fu Light-infused Bed Pillow of Destruction. I sent every dog that attacked me flying through the air and dissipated them into nothingness. But again, the most important point in all this for me was that I was totally and completely emotionless about this whole business. I had NO fear, NO anger, NO aggression, NO hate, NO nothin’ but poppin’ attacking beige Hell Hounds back to Source. I felt like one of those old rock-solid Kung Fu movie warrior goddesses calmly whoopin’ ass with the greatest of ease. I’ve never ever felt this before in my life and it was good, really good.

I said a couple of months ago that one of the things I wanted for myself now was to finally evolve beyond reacting to lower or negative frequency situations, attacks, and people etc. I no longer want to respond in that old lower emotional way and my dream of fighting off attacking beige dogs with ZERO emotions one way or the other was a huge symbol for me personally. When I look back over the past few months like this to get a better understanding and perspective, I see just how much has really improved on multiple levels for me personally, but also with how much has improved collectively in this dimension and others. I also know that this is just getting rolling now in early 2011, and that it will unfold exponentially week by week and month by month through to the end of the Mayan calendar on Oct. 28, 2011, and then the great transition through the 11-11-11 portal of November 11, 2011. Reality will be increasingly unrecognizable and in completely positive ways.

From a direct and intimate face-to-face rage-fest with what I believe were an ancient group of giant Nephilim beings, to unemotionally popping attacking astral hell hounds back to Source in seven short months is pretty impressive, especially after nearly six decades of living in a totally Dark controlled world. Hang in there everyone because the best really is right around the corner at this point.

OMG it’s the “END TIMES”!

Oh, it’s the “End Times” alright, but the real question is — the end of what and who and why now isn’t it?

It’s the “end times” for the non-physical other-dimensional negative Dark Ones controlling and running Earth and its species. It’s the “end times” of the Dark Ones using physical humans to carry out and enforce their non-physical desires and negative agenda’s. It’s the “end times” of the Dark Ones endlessly feeding off humanity as their primary food and fuel source because they don’t believe in Source/The All That Is and therefore believe they need to use certain other lesser beings (humanity) parasitically to receive the energy and life-force they need to survive. It’s the “end times” of the Dark Ones multidimensionally trying to kill, attack, destroy, wound, stop or derail the Volunteers/Starseeds/Lightworkers/Wayshowers carrying Light on Earth.

It’s the “end times” of Dark owned and operated humans sucking the life, money and resources out of both humanity and Earth and demanding we the people pay for it all, and be grateful that we have what little we do now while they frantically figure out new ways to take more from we the people supposedly in the name of trying to balance or fix a bogus money system that’s unfix-able and needs to go now anyway. It will and soon now.

It’s the “end times” of mega egos being force-fed to the masses as the latest “hero”, the latest “super star”, the latest pre-teen “super star”, the latest hot “sex symbol” etc., when it’s really about how much money a few people can quickly make off their newest super star before they blow an emotional fuse and publicly melt-down in a few short years. It’s the “end times” of humanity being convinced they need other people to adore, hero-worship, fixate on, project upon when they themselves are the real prize.

It’s the “end times” of lower frequency and lower consciousness people deliberately being kept in positions of power and authority in every system around the planet. It’s also the “end times” of the global media system force-feeding humanity controlled information (to support lower frequency consciousness and produce lower frequency emotional energies) that’s forced upon them by an inter-dimensional hierarchical system and so on down the line.

It’s the “end times” for all this and much more in every country and government around the world. It’s the “end times” of mountainous piles of negativity, greed, lies, deliberate distortions, manipulations, elitism, a lock-down on consciousness, manipulated emotions, global corruption, darkness, negativity, warring, violence, bloodshed, polarized consciousness and everything created by it and all that perpetuates these lowly negative things.

It’s so easy for Americans to watch our TV’s and see the leaders of foreign countries who are corrupt to the core, greedy to the core, heartless, bloodthirsty and will kill their own people to stay in power and keep their greedy stockpiles of money they’ve stolen from their own people for decades. It’s easy for Americans to see this in these corrupt and vile leaders of other countries; it’s going to be vastly more difficult and painful for Americans to see and admit to how totally corrupt, how totally Dark and negative every system and the majority of leaders in America have been and still are. It’s time for the Revolution of Consciousness to happen in the USA and it’s going to manifest very differently from how it’s been in other countries.

To people in other countries these foreign egocentric greed monsters—aka leaders/dictators—are easily seen, but here in the USA, Americans have been so profoundly manipulated mentally, emotionally, etherically and physically that they actually believe they’ve been “free” all along. As they continue waking up to discover that the USA has been and is far more controlled and less free than they’ve been brainwashed into believing, many will FINALLY rise up and rebel like never before.

It’s the non-physical and physical Dark beings and humans controlling, running, directing and depleting humanity and Earth that’s ending now. That is the “End Times”. Be strong and keep your High Heart Consciousness focused on the positive end results of this intense 2011 transition phase for us, humanity, Earth and beyond. We’ve worked so hard and long in multiple lives and dimensions to get to this point right now so don’t give up during the final fifteen seconds of this Grand Transitional Process.
